Horrible customer service. Heavy make-​up Cashier name Anxxxx?.. Was rude n beyond. Calvin Klein ought to be shamed of hiring a girl like that. Store manager, if you have any camera in the store please check this girl’s behavior. CK. Treat your customers with more respect.

Received horrible customer here. Cashier’s standing there chatting and not even noticing a line forming. I found what I was looking for here but wish I didn’t have to experience their crappy customer service. I’d rather shop at a different CK store.

If you like Calvin Klein, then you are going to find some good deals. The clearance racks are great. I found the store to be very neat and organized, which makes it easy to navigate. I’ve never had any issue with the staff. They are friendly and helpful. Great place to shop. I will definitely go back there in the future. If you have any CK rewards, I would recommend using them here because you will really get the most out of them.

I’ve been a fan of Calvin Klein’s creations for more years than to which I will admit. There are three tiers that I know of: boutique, department store, and outlet.
I fully expected this outlet to be similar to some of the other outlet stores (understaffed, under stocked, messy). Wrong!!! This shop is neatly organized, on-​trend, and has very friendly sales associates.
I will make this a destination stop on future outlet mall excursions. Both women and men’s wear, accessories, etc. available here.

I’ve been here a few times and have never had any problems. I once had to exchange a belt that I got for Christmas which was the wrong size and they let me exchange it without a receipt which was nice! I’m a big fan of CK clothing and have bought a few items here for good prices.

They have a good selection of clothes but it may be pricey similar to mall price. Customer service is a-​okay and this place can get busy during peak shopping times!
