I like this place. Great selection of the things I want. The store is clean and well maintained. Too bad the staff is terrible. The cashier woman didn’t even offer as much as a «hello» or asked if I had my smiths card or phone number. She did however ask my female Caucasian friend if she had her card and even had a pleasant short conversation with her. My friend who was with me and we even shared the same cart had a much better experience than I did. She didn’t have a smiths card and was still given the club price. Wut? I won’t hold it against the entire staff but that lady was terrible. I’ll update it with her name later. Maybe I look like a tourist or something but damn what a rude lady.

The Worst costumer service in every department. The store was better as a food4less. They should have put a trader joes or whole foods in. I cut myself on a Shopping basket with a sharp piece Of plastic sticking out. They saw how sharp it was & my cut arm & basically acted like they didn’t care. Poor service in the deli, fresh fish, & at the cash register. Awful store & service! Go the extra few miles to Albertsons or Whole Foods.

I absolutely love this store! The staff is super friendly and I love that they talk to me! Im quite the talker so… I appreciate this! They’re nothing but smiles !! Other than the beautiful staff, the aisles are very wide and roomy and there is always a nice selection of groceries!!! So, I most definitely recommend this store!

The guy at checkout is named T.J. This guy has to deal with the crazy crowd that comes with the area and the everyday rude customers that can’t seem to work the self-checkout computers without getting upset. Somehow T.J. is the nicest, most genuine, calm and collected individuals I’ve ever seen in Las Vegas. These 5 stars go directly to him. I come in regularly and never see a change in this guys attitude. I had to approach him and ask him his name. I now greet him every night when my wife and I come in for our late night grocery trip. Yes the produce here is terrible and the customers are a little crazy, but T.J. keeps us coming back night after night. Someone wake up and please give this man a promotion, or at least a raise.

This place used to be Food 4 Less. I’m not sure when it turned into Smith’s but I’m glad it did! The place has cleaned up and doesn’t have that ghetto feel any more! I stopped in to pick up a few last minute things for a cook out and was pleased to find fresh produce and crab legs on sale! Score! Pricing was reasonable and staff was very friendly and helpful! Will be back the next time we visit Vegas again!

A very nice store with a complete grocery selection. I can’t imagine where a few of the reviews that were negative about the store come from. Stocked us up beautifully for a fun week in Vagas.

I like this store. Similar to albertsons or other grocery stores. Definitely get a card for the discounts and it’s really affordable. Very clean store and a good location for people towards the south point hotel. Staff was super friendly also.

This location is way nicer than the one on Rainbow/Windmill… The store itself is alot cleaner and the staff is much more attentive to the customers. If I were to go to the location on Rainbow/Windmill, I would have to walk to the front of the store for assistance in finding something in the store. I don’t usually have that issue at the Las Vegas Blvd location; I can usually find an employee somewhere working in the asles to assist me instead of having to walk what seems like a mile to the front for help… I reallllly hate having to literally hunt down an employee for assistance. Overall been a good enough experience here for me to just stop going to the Rainbow location all together.

Smiths is the old food 4 less location. Totally remodeled. I really like it much much better now. Smiths is pretty large. Some highlights are a great higher end cheese counter, lots of selections for bread and the customer service was pretty good. A downside would be a pretty weak meat dept. Wayyyy better than the old food 4 less.

As grocery stores go Smith was super clean and very well organized everything had a place and there was a place for everything. The flower department was just spectacular felt like I was in a garden. Great store

This used to be a grocery outlet and you can barely tell the difference… I came in here for some veggies and ice cream and it took me almost 30 minutes including the time in line! I think I’ll try and avoid this place from now on but the service was nice so I give it 3 stars =)

Gross to see all the employees that handle food sitting out front smoking… YUCK! The store is great, but mgr should address this awful habit in the front of your store!!! Its very off putting. You’d never see that at Whole Foods. The food selection and deli are nice. Great cheese section too!

Love this Smith’s. They have an awesome selection of wine, booze, breads, and cheeses. The olive bar and has a huge selection of different olives and Mediterranean style foods. Produce section is huge and everything is always fresh. The people working here are helpful and friendly. Prices are cheaper than Von’s or Albertson’s too. There’s so many supermarkets in the area but this one is by far the best I’ve found so far.

Let me preface this… WITH this… I went here with the intention to pay a gas bill. That’s it. I arrived in the car park at 4:15pm. As I was approaching the entrance I couldn’t help but notice a bright red head employee exiting the store lighting up a fag. I parked and a few minutes later I entered the store. I walked up to the service desk and there was a sign saying the desk was closed as the person left for a 10 minute break. Nowhere did it say when this person would return. I waited until 4:30pm when who returns? The red headed employee I witnessed exit the store at 4:15. So much for a 10 minute break. I handed her my bill & told her I needed to pay it. She hands me a carbon copy form & a pen. What is this for? Why are you giving me this? I ask her. She tells me to fill it out. Fill out what? The grey box? The white box? What part of the form needs to be filled out? SHERRY her name is, clearly doesn’t understand simple English as she is not answering my questions, just talking. I realize this is the form THEY are supposed to fill out, not me, or you, or anyone else for that matter & proceeds to give me this nonsense about how that form is to be filled out when you don’t bring in the original bill.(If your bills are emailed to you like mine are you won’t have the original bill.) I again ask her what is this about. I have been to numerous Smiths in 9 years to pay my gas bill with the same printed form & have never been told to fill out a form… Smiths have always dealt with their paperwork never once making their job… mine. Her response: I’m lying, they aren’t allowed to fill them out. Sherry clearly needed a good bollocking which I gave to her & ended it by telling her if you’re going to post a sign saying you’re going to be gone 10 minutes, it better be 10& not 15. Again she called me a liar at which point I asked for a manager. Edward’s 2nd day at that store he says. He apologized for her, saying she’s a Food 4 Less employee & Smiths is having a hard time with them doing things their way instead of how Food 4 Less did them. He was also surprised to see & learn the sign she posted wasn’t in compliance. The signs have to give the time they will return, he says. He wasn’t pleased with the photo I took of the sign. For my inconvenience he says, he gave me a $ 10 gift card. Not what I wanted, but… er…ok?(Confused) While this Smiths is much closer & more convenient to my home than the one in Southern Highlands or at Maryland Pkwy & Silverado Ranch… I’ll not enter this store again. While its nice & new & clean & big I wasn’t keen on Sherry, the out of dress code Front End manager working a checkstand, or the way these Food 4 Less employees turned Smiths conducted themselves with customers: unprofessional &NOT keeping it classy in an «upscale» store. There’s a difference in clientele between the two stores: price conscious vs service oriented willing to pay higher prices for it & my experience & what I observed today clearly has me concerned. The types of customers causing hell at the registers arguing prices & Food 4 Less this & that… no thanks. No thanks. I pay higher prices for better service, in a better environment, with better products. I didn’t find it, or witness it, here. Which is a shame. I really liked this store & was thrilled Smiths was opening close to my house. I’ll drive out of my way or just go to Vons as I always have.

Good bye food for less! Hello Smiths, usually pick the store closest to the house but in this case I will drive a little bit. Best make over ever, The cheese selection is fantastic, and the produce is a huge improvement. I no longer have to go that over priced natural grocery place down the street. There is a great selection of bison, grass feed beef, and organic chicken. Also they carry Hatch green and Red Chile, as well as Buneo Brand tamales, in the frozen section.

This place just open replacing food for less so I thought I would give it a try. Their deli section was great, a lot of nice prepared sandwiches and salads. Their cheese section had a lot of varieties. My complaint is the I service is horrible at the moment I was the next person in line and had to wait for 30 minutes without getting my groceries, I just left. Check out for updates! Hopefully they get better…
