High Roller Pizza

This place could easily be 5 star. Guy behind the counter was great! I mean great! They were out of parmesan packs, so he proceeds to pull out a bag of fresh shredded parmesan and chop it and put into 2 containers. No charge. Pizza was good, not great. Would like it a little more crisp with some more cheese, but it was good. House salad was amazing. Super Fresh, outstanding croutons and very good portion for the price. My biggest complaint, the Ranch Dressing, it sucked. Need to give this another go guys, people are increasingly using Ranch on not only a salad (my purpose) but pizza and fries as well. Had to stop at another restaurant on the way home to pick up some quality Ranch to eat with my salad.

This afternoon we ordered a half sausage and half pepperoni pizza. The delivery actually arrived quickly (just under a half hour), paid the driver cash, bring it in, open it up and it was a plain cheese pizza… they brought a replacement pizza over nearly two hours later…

I will never spend my money here again!!!
It took over an hour for my delivery and I love less then 3 minutes away… I ordered a club sandwich, chicken wings, and cheese bread… not only was the hot food cold but I got an Italian sub… when I called to complain I was told to call back. So I did. I asked for a refund just for the sandwich and I would pick it up tomorrow I was told I couldn’t without bringing back the food… he offered to have the driver come pick up the sandwich but I could come pick up the money from the store when they open tomorrow… after all the ridiculousness I just hung up…

Always delicious! I have gluten allergies and they have always been cautious of cross contamination. Difficult at a pizzeria but this is one I trust :)

Ordered a large pizza for delivery and I specifically asked for easy sauce and chicken and mushrooms on one side only where I was staying at the Cancun resort they only brought the pizza to the lobby and then had the lobby call and request to have me or my husband come down to pick up the pizza instead of them delivering it to the room when we receive the pizza the pizza was not as we ordered it was very dry heavy sauce and mushroom and chicken all over the pizza we called the guy explained to us that he would replace the pizza with the pizza that we had ordered in the first place half cheese and half chicken and mushroom so we received a call to my cell phone from the delivery guy who stated that he was about toDrive into the parking lot and for us to meet him in the parking lot to pick up the pizza that was replaced that weird just ordered yet again, needless to say I will never order from here again.

2^nd time ordering from. Not impressed limited flavor dry pizza. Tonight ordered a Gryo. Don’t ever do that. Little meat sauce horrible and stale pita bread.

Pizza is not good I’m sad to say:(. But nice staff! Owner on site I think very positive and pleasant.

This used to be a GREAT pizza place, all natural and organic… NO LONGER ORGANIC OR NATURAL.
They are under new management/​ownership and it is a disaster. I called in an order last night, the guy asked for my address at least 3 times and then started talking to someone else instead of listening to me, so I had to keep starting over.
After about 45 minutes I get a call from a guy asking me if I ordered pizza. I said yes I ordered two. He asked me for my address because the original guy who asked me for my address several times got the street wrong.
I told this guy and he said he would be right here. When he arrived he asked me how I heard about this place and I told him we have ordered from here several times. His response was wow, I never delivered here before???
The pizza’s did not look like the picture on the front page here, the ingredients were all over the box. Now I find out they are NO LONGER using Natural & Organic ingredients? Last time we will EVER order from this place. I cannot say they are even like all the rest now, they are worse. Sad to see the original owner gone, she ran a classy place, cared about the customers and tried to make sure everyone had an enjoyable experience.

No longer all natural and organic!!! High Roller was an amazing pizza joint that was pricey but worth every penny. Now its just your average pizza place :-(

Favorite and BEST pizza in Las Vegas. This is thee ONLY place you can buy pizza and not get this gut bomb in your belly afterwards. This restaurant truly is going above and beyond with their ingridents and is something you can not only taste, but feel. The pizza is great. I had an opportunity to meet the owners and they were very aware of what was going on in the shop and always trying to make it better, excellent operators here. Thanks Sherri! Customer for life, Highly recommend.

If I could rate less than one star I would!!! I placed an order online and I called three times to verify my order and the address after 2 hours they all of sudden does not have the order or address wth they are the worst!!!

Brought my girlfriend here and got a heart shaped pizza courtesy of letting them know that I was coming in for a date night.
The staff was awesome and we got a chance to banter back and forth while we waited for our pizza.
We got an incredible pizza with a crispy crust and sauce that’s out of this world. If you get a chance, stop by here and grab some pizza!

Not good :(
This pizza was very bland and the crust was way too thin. Sad to say I would not recommend this spot.
The service was good both workers were very nice however the pizza just was not good.

This was by far some of the best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. My pepperoni pizza was handmade and took a good 15 – 20 minutes to receive, but the wait was worth it! All ingredients were made extremely fresh and I left craving more. I used to think Domino’s had good quality, but this was definitely a step above. I only had one small gripe, there was no Pepsi available (only diet), but I figured I need to drink healthy anyway and got a water. The manager Anthony is very polite and takes pride in his ingredients and staff. Would come back again!

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! My favorite is the Greek Roulette. I also love the Double Down. Pesto-​alfredo sauce, chicken, asiago & mozzarella cheese… amazing.
They have many different specialty pizzas, subs, even wings. Lots of choices :-) There’s definitely something for everybody here!

After eating here much more I’ve found that they r still the Best Pizza in Las Vegas my favorite spot… I drive 20min from the other side of town to get that delicious pizza. Keep up the great work

Estaba de vacaciones en Las Vegas Nevada, yo vivo en San Francisco ca, cansada de caminar buscamos una pizza ya que teníamos ambre, nos contesto un Sr. nos tomo nuestra información y dijo que nos llamaría, y jamás nos llamo y la pizza nunca llego, por lo menos hubiera dicho que no la mandaría, para pedirla a otra pizzería, jamás volveré a ocupar los servicios de ellos

I have to say, the guys who work here are FANFRICKINTASTICAL. The pizza just isn’t my style. Part of me wishes it were because the guys who work there went way above and beyond.
I ordered pizza on a Friday night. I asked them if they had Dr. Pepper and the guy said, «Oh man, we don’t and it’s my ALL TIME FAV!»
When the delivery dude showed up at my door he had a special Dr. Pepper for me. Folks, they went to the store and got me Dr. Pepper. I gave him a $ 10 tip and said holy cow, best service ever. I felt like royalty.
I might give them another shot solely based on the amazing customer service.

I would give this place a negative star if I could. Worst customer service… Was trying to get 25% discount and lady at the register said it was too late. Also other deals for special days on the menu but again no service to offer the upgrades.
Too make matters worst no wings available. No sorry we are out. Manager isn’t customer friendly either. Not worth the price of the pizza.

Says «pizza by slice», walked in to ask if they have a pizza by slice ready and guy with beard gives me the «what kinda question is that» nod with his head like I asked him to donate a kidney or something. I’m new to the area and if this is how you plan on welcoming new customers you might wanna rethink that.

You should see owner’s reply! She says «we have right to refuse service to anyone, stop attacking this business». Way to handle customers! I saved a screenshot I’ll post it. And then she blocked me

I’m not usually one to write reviews but this was necessary. We had decided to order High Roller for delivery from the good reviews. Upon receiving our order, noticed that the driver was careless and half of the ingredients were on one side of the pizza.
To top it off, the entire large pie was UNCUT. How do you even manage to forget that?!? If you’re concerned about a timely delivery, at least pay attention to your quality and how you pack the pizza into the car as well.
