Bomas Bar & Grill

One of my favorite hang outs. The food I’ve had is always tasty. my favorites are the tuna melt on rye, the chicken wings, and the Cobb salad which they put grilled chicken on if you ask. The bartenders are awesome and so is the server.

This is a nice place to meet friends. It’s very clean and modern. Bartenders are friendly and I’ve never been disappointed with the food or service. I like that there’s a jukebox that customers can operate. Also, I’ve had some pretty good luck with machines there.

Great service, the chicken taquitos were awesome, the philly steak sandwich, sweet potato tots all were very good. I will for sure be back!

The bartender… Big guy with a beard? Was also amazing! Came by to top-​off my martini with the leftovers.
The food is ok, bar food nothing unusually different. Same thing with the drinks. The angry snake bite? Was ok, enjoyed the sour peach martini though.
May go back, but as I said average food, great service… Thank you Maria!!!

my daughter & I tried it for the first time because we had a coupon. VERY pleasantly surprised! Cute place! Waitress named Maria was so great! Very attentive, nice, suggested her faves. Prices were more than reasonable (my vodka cran was only $ 3.50!), service was awesome & atmosphere was great! Will def be back! loved it!

Great service today! I called ahead to pickup a food order and Tracy was super nice! I went to pick it up and while waiting Tracy gave me a cup of coffee to go, no extra charge. Upon getting the food home, it was piping hot and delicious. We even had ranch, jelly, ketchup, extra napkins, etc. thank you for making my short experience worthwhile!

Small sinple menu. But i like the space and atmosphere. The bartender was alil lazy. But it was all good. He ended up being nice and comped our drinks for playing. It has pool tables and a lot of tvs to watch games.

Great place came here to watch a game awesome service the food was great I had the bacon cheeseburger, overall staff great will be coming back soon

This place is awful, just awful. Couldn’t get a drink order right for the entire group, used a half shot of liquor for mixed drinks, and the food was terrible.

The worst service ever. Went for diner Saturday night party of four. At 7pm, the grill was closed and only 3 people at the bar. We waited anyway but the food was poor quality and bad. The sandwiches had less meat than a Subway and the pasta dishes were poor. If your a vegan and like to overpay for what you get, this is the place. The waitress Maria C was not attentive and spent more time with two people playing pool. When it was brought to here attention that it was so little meat on the Philly cheese steak and didn’t offer a remedy she said she should talk to here supervisor who would be in tomorrow. The worst in LV.

Not my favorite. Food tasted frozen and the place was dirty. Would have been great for drinks only… skip the food

tonight at 3am, we were the only ones here & ordered only food. Waited over 35 minutes for the bartender to tell me that the COOK can’t figure out how to make my taco salad! Bartender kept checking in the kitchen & told me the guy should’ve been fired a long time ago. I ordered a salad and it couldn’t be prepared at all! So then I ordered chicken quesadillas. going on an HOUR of no food still… I feel like going in the kitchen and asking the cook if he is incompetent! So ridiculous– NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE! Unbelievable experience for being the only two in this place ordering food! SMH. I’m ready to walk out and go through a drive thru. If a manager sees this, I hope that idiot cook is fired, I won’t bring an business here as log as that clown is in the kitchen. SO RIDICULOUS!

What a great little bar!
Very updated design-​wise (felt contemporary, yet comfortable) with a good variety of food stuffs on their menu. I went with the crispy chicken salad and I loved it… loads of spinach, perfect crispy chicken (not just a cut up chicken tender) and a delicious dressing (come to find out they make all of their dressings in house!). Some better than average Pinot’s on their list too. You can tell by taste and quality that someone thought hard about the food in this place and wanted to make this a highlight to an otherwise gaming bar.
My husband and I loved this local gem and we will absolutely be back.

What a great happy hour!
I’ve passed this place a ton of times but finally decided to stop in a see.
The décor sorta feels like a living room, which is a little strange, but it was comfortable so it works. We saw the happy hour appetizer menu and with everything $ 5, decided to pick three.
Pretzel bites with cheese — SOOOOO GOOD. That cheese is out of this world.
Artichoke dip — Definitely not like any I had had before but it was really good as well. It also comes with chips and pita bread so it’s nice to have a choice.
Chicken Skewers with Peanut Sauce — Pretty simple but had a little kick. Good as well!
The waiter was a nice guy and overall, while the set up of the place is a little different the food and service was great. Next time we want to try the nachos!
THAT CHEESE SAUCE. OH, THAT CHEESE SAUCE!!! Amen.

We came in here on a Sunday and discovered that it had been completely remodeled! It looks completely different and the bar opens up to the dining room which now has a pool table. It was pretty empty and we sat right away. The bartender was also the server and she was awesome. We ordered mimosas. I think they were $ 5 or something crazy cheap. I ordered the steak and eggs and bf ordered a chicken wrap. Both meals were delicious! The sweet potato tots are sooo good. The steak with my breakfast was sooo good. My bf’s wrap was soooo good! Lol. Everything was just really good and it was so nice to get great service.

The menu looks good, we had a coupon and were excited to try this place. We walked in and the bartender had no greeting and we had to ask where to sit? The bartender comes to us and asks is everyone over 21 years old. Apparently they changed the restaurant age limit to 21 recently. The website should be updated. We were ready to spend over $ 100 with a huge party and ended up leaving.

I think I came in here with the right expectation. I wanted a burger, some kind of pub appetizer, and a few beers, and that’s exactly what I got. service, good. beer, good. burgers, great! and all for a fair price.
my bf and I both ordered the Bacon Avocado Burger, and I asked for the burger cooked well done. it showed up looking tasty, charred on the outside and juicy on the inside. bacon on the burger was crisp, and the avocado was fresh and tasty.
I had the sweet potato tots, and bf had the fries, I ate all mine and cleaned his leftovers. they were both SO good, just about the perfect sides for our burgers.
we also ordered the pretzels, and while the cheese sauce was thin, it was packed with flavor.
we sat on the bar side, wasn’t too smoky and we could vape at the bar. very friendly! will go back when I’m craving a burger again.

I parked in the lot and went in.
Darkness was plentiful.
A few played video poker, a few stared at telly screens.
I sat at the bar and fed 60 into a machine.
Bartender waddles over. Takes my drink order, webfeets away.
Caught him staring at me while assembling my drink.
I think he wants to dismember me.
Put me into plastic bags and scatter them around the desert.
He quacks his way back, places my Scotch before me.
Stares again and duckwalks to other patrons.
I’m down to 20 bucks and gulped my Scotch.
Now he’s whispering at two and they’re ALL looking at me.
I begin to wonder if this might be my last hurrah.
I ordered another Scotch and ignored his stare.
Now my money is gone and so am I.
I drained my glass and left.
But not before looking over my shoulder.
Twice.

What’s weird in this town is that a couple of bars that actually had great food went out of business and those that serve the typical burgers and appetizers maintain a steady clientele, go figure.
Anyway, I ordered the ribeye steak medium rare, it came out medium well. Sweet potato tots were good, baked potato– alright.
Shrimp scampi and the angel hair pasta a little dry… I think you could go to a second rate buffet that has a live cooking station (Red Rock, Silverton) and get a better shrimp scampi over angel hair.
I guess my mistake was to go for the entrees expecting a good dinner when it’s really a place to grab nachos and burgers and other finger food so I won’t really burn them for it.
Waitress was nice and service was good. Interior was clean.

I’ve eaten here plenty of times and I can honestly say that I love the food! The hamburgers are always good! The fries… THE FRIES!!! SOOO GOOD! Chicken fingers are good too! The sweet potatoe tots are really, really good! I always go during the day so not to sure if it’s a different crew at night.
The only thing preventing it from 5 stars is that if you want prompt service, you have to either sit in the bar area or let the person know that you are in the regular dining area or else you could be waiting for awhile until someone comes and checks that area at first.
