Laguna Niguel Collision

Allow me to preface by mentioning that I’ve never been to Laguna Niguel Collision prior to my accident. Therefore, I was a first time customer hoping for «good» results. I didn’t know much about the shop to begin with.
To summarize my unfortunate event, I was rear ended during a complete stop on the freeway in Laguna Niguel (on a Sunday). Ironically, the accident happened close to the shop (above them on the freeway). The impact was hard enough that my car was pushed into the SUV in front of me; a three car collision.
I’m a car enthusiast and am very meticulous about the fine details of my car. I own a Mercedes Benz AMG. With that said, I don’t just take my car anywhere for routine service, performance modifications, detailing, etc. Each and every place I’ve ever taken my car to is/​was for a specific reason (extremely reputable, guaranteed work, excellent quality, competitive prices, etc.).
After situating everything with all insurance parties (next day, Monday morning), I decided to do some « Unilocaling» for an auto collision body shop that was within proximity of where my car was located. Prior to the accident, I was staying in Laguna Niguel. I came across «Laguna Niguel Collision» (LNC). The Unilocal rating for the shop had nothing by 5-​Stars (…5 solid stars!) with approximately 35 – 40 reviews. That was definitely a good sign. Because there were/​are pictures of high end, luxury, and exotic cars, it most likely meant that the shop is knowledgeable, experienced, and has some form of good reputation. If you think about it, who would take their $ 100k+ car to just any shop. A person in their right mind would really care about where they took it. I decided that I was going to drop off my car at LNC and let the insurance companies begin their process.
Later that same day (Monday afternoon), I arrived at LNC. I was immediately greeted by the shop owner, Dmitriy. He was very friendly and down to earth. I explained my entire situation, damages on the car, how meticulous I am, and how worried I was about having the car being put back to the exact way it was. His response… «We will do everything we can and work with your insurance company to make sure that you’re all taken care of.» I appreciated his response because he wasn’t trying to over-​promise anything. He was honest and sincere. With previous experiences at other shops, they tend to over-​promise and under-​deliver. Not really something any customer wants to deal with. Dmitriy also being a car enthusiast, he understood where I was coming from. He was able to relate to some of my frustrations.
Because I had plenty of custom parts on the car, Dmitriy would give me a call during the repair and confirm certain parts before doing any work. He always made sure that things were done correctly according to the way the car was prior to the accident. During the time-​frame that my car was being repaired, I stopped by his shop twice to drop off some helpful information (specific part numbers). He offered to show me the progress on the car and I was impressed with the way his entire crew /​team professionally conducted their work on all cars. All workers handled everything with care and precision as if they were working on their own cars (an excellent quality to have within a shop).
By no means am I trying to put any negative connotation on other «mainstream» or «chain» body shops out there, but I’ve experienced «okay» quality before. LNC is not «okay» quality. LNC is extremely great quality.
When my car was finished, I couldn’t believe how amazing their work turned-​out to be. Everything was done perfectly. It was exactly the way it was before the accident, but better. All parts (bumpers, fenders, lights, grille, etc.) lined-​up perfectly, paint matched, custom parts were put on correctly, and the list goes on and on.
Upon inspecting the car, I was speechless. It was super clean inside and out. Without exaggerating, the car really did look brand new.
Thank you to Dmitriy and team at Laguna Niguel Collision. You all did amazing work. Everyone went above and beyond to get the job done. I truly appreciate it. To some extreme car enthusiasts such as myself, the results mean a lot. I’m glad I made the decision to go to your shop.
Note to potential customers… give LNC a chance to earn your business. You won’t regret it. They’ll take care of your car.

I highly recommend this place! I’ve come here several times and keep coming back. I have referred a few friends and family as well and everyone always thanks me for sending them to such a customer service orientated and professional establishment! Dmitriy and his team went above and beyond on the latest job I had done. I went in for a bumper replacement and not only did they do that but they also touched up some scratches and dented on their own and free of charge. These guys deserve your business!

Going to Laguna Niguel Collision’s website you’ll notice all the high end vehicles that they work on. At first this made me apprehensive to bring my wife’s car to be worked on. Once I got there I explained that this was my wife and child’s primary mode of transportation and i wanted back to the state it was prior to being in an accident. Dmitriy quickly put my mind at ease that her car would get the same level of care and expertise as the exotics parked next to her. I asked if they could replace some of the parts instead of trying to fix it and he said he would work with the appraiser to meet my requests. I definitely will recommend Dmitriy to anyone who asks about the work they do which is fantastic

They worked close with me on my M3 to make sure I could get a bumper and trunk put on before a show. Not only that but they actually repainted one of the pieces since they weren’t happy with it. Overall an awesome experience with the guys.

Laguna Niguel Collision has repaired (2) of my cars from (2) separate accidents and each time they went above and beyond the expectations of a Body Shop. My most recent experience with them were the repairs to my Infiniti M35 after I was hit head-​on by a drunk driver. They assisted me through a stressful and scary experience and even worked with the challenges presented by the other driver’s insurance company. Not only are they professional but they were sympathetic to my situation. I must have called everyday for update to my repairs and every call was pleasant, knowledgeable and reassuring. I cannot give enough accolades to Dmitriy and his team for everything they have done for me. I will always return to this shop for any and all of my Body Work needs.

They do amazing work on high end cars to lower end cars. I brought my car in after someone ran into it and it was fixed in under a week. I will defiantly be going back for any cars that will need help in the future.

This place is a gold mine, in a world where attention to detail seems to be always overlooked this place goes in the opposite direction — I had a GREAT experience with the big body job, the car not only looked perfect when completed but they went above and beyond and fixed a few other little things that weren’t even on the quote … and DIDN’T CHARGE ME ! When was the last time that happened right? They were polite, on time, and like i said … very accommodating — I wish every auto related shop was half as good as these guys ! Honestly this body shop place is best spot to get your car fix guaranteed! The service was amazing they treated me with such care and the pricing to get it fix is very reasonable. I am amazed by their work and service! I had a heavy rear end collision in my new mercedes benz and found LNCC thought Unilocal search. I dropped of my car and they took care of the rest, they dealt with my insurance company directly and returned my car looking better than ever and detailed to the max! Brought my 2012 BMW 328i to LNCC for an accident repair. $ 10,000 in damage. After 2 weeks and my deductible, I was on the road again. These guys are awesome. Demitri the Manager was polite and straight with me. The mechanics and the shop gave me confidence immediately that this place has integrity. They know what they are doing. If you go anywhere else, you’ll be missing the mark.

My Mercedes ML 63 AMG’s rear bumper got more than dinged, so it was time to find a reputable body shop. I searched Unilocal and «Laguna Niguel Collision Center» was the highest rated body shop closest to me.
I spoke to Dmitri over the phone and asked him if I could text him a picture of the damaged bumper for a quote — he said «sure!». The quote came in pretty much to what I thought it would be — with body shops, you really do get what you pay for, so you definitely don’t want some fly-​by-​night shop that will do it for dirt cheap.
I brought the Mercedes in, and Dmitri confirmed the quote. He then shuttled me back to my place for free! I was told it would be ready in 2 days, which was a great turn-​around time.
Exactly 2 days later, my ML 63 AMG was ready… it looked fabulous! They even had the car washed. I looked over the repair meticulously and could seriously not tell the bumper had ever been damaged in the first place! You guys rock! Very professional body shop with a seriously talented crew! Don’t even waste your time going elsewhere!

I’m never going anywhere else! Came in to get a estimate on new bumper replacement. My insurance recommended this place. Great friendly staff was very polite despite my situation. Helped me get a rental car and gave me a door-​to-​door service. Dimitry was very professional and assured me that the car will turn out perfect and better then before. Got into a fender bender and was recommended to go this shop. Boy was that a good decision on my part. Awesome service and excellent body work. Never had a better experience anywhere else. Will come back and recommend.
