Broke numerous items, did not use care, played my guitar while moving it (at 1:30am because they took so long) and left most of my furniture at the bottom of the stairs. Zero stars.
Update: Talked to the owner about reducing the fee which she accepted. I appreciate her effort to rectify the damage.

We unfortunately did not have a good experience with these guys. They underestimated the size of the truck we’d need after we gave them the requisite specs (note that the last moving company we hired sent someone ahead of time to scope this out). The guys they sent were very slow, and the «packing help» that we paid extra for was laughable at best. On top of this, after they rented a 2^nd truck to accommodate the rest of our (explicitly stated) belongings, it broke down somewhere along the 5 near Bakersfield, which meant they had to transfer everything to a new truck, and a handful of items disappeared (if anyone finds 2 empty 5 gallon water cooler jugs by the freeway… those were ours). On the unloading side, they were again very slow and seemed baffled by the challenge of unloading in an urban area (read: busy street, into a condo building. Because newsflash, not everyone moves to a ranch house in suburbia). The last straw was when we got a «talking to» about where the team deposited our boxes, because their lousy packing job left everything unlabeled. The only reason I’m being generous with the 2^nd star is b/​c I felt bad about their truck breaking down. Bottom line: moving is stressful enough. Don’t make it worse by hiring this crew (and note to the owner, please take down the photo of our car behind your truck. We did not authorize you to take the photo or put it up for commercial use).

I was really impressed with their very professional service. Everything was moved with care and and the entire move was done faster then I expected. Although there was only two movers, they were able to handle a huge heavy couch and a big elliptical. I highly recommend this company.

Both, Mr M. and Rebecca are great. I always receive friendly and courteous service. Affordable, fast and efficient. A professional company ran by professional people.
