Richard is the kindest, most helpful man in the jewelry business. Years ago, my mother suggested my boyfriend go to him to have a custom engagement ring created with our family gold and diamonds. He created a beautiful ring that was perfectly what I wanted. When our engagement did not work out, I took the ring back to him and he re-​designed it according to what I wanted. I am forever grateful to Richard for being so kind and helpful throughout the process and creating such a beautiful piece that I cherish daily.

Richard Tawtel is a hidden gem in Laguna Beach. I ordered a 3.3mm platinum band from him and not only was he extremely fast at making the custom order (5 day turnaround) but the ring was absolutely perfect. He uses only the top grade components (950 grade platinum) and allows you to customize absolutely everything. All this and his prices are amazing.
Not only is he a perfectionist but he’s extremely accommodating. He was willing to meet at his store on a closed day for our special order with ten minutes notice! How’s that for service?

richard is the best person to go to if you want unique, beautiful and elegant jewelry. He made both my husband and my rings when we got married 5 ½ years ago and to this day I get so many compliments on my ring. He is such a nice person and the best in the field. He is friendly and will work with you personally to create a remarkable design that is for you only. You will not regret coming to see him. He also has beautiful collection of jewelry in his store… so please go visit him if you want a quality ring that will last you a lifetime.
