Chili’s Grill & Bar

Food was not good at all. The Chili’s that I remembered growing up is no longer. The chicken crisper a were over cooked and dry. My wife did not even eat half of her dinner. The floor was dirty and appeared to not have been cleaned for awhile. The only reason for two stars is due to the kids meals. The kids enjoyed them and they did look ok.

The last time I was here I was so disappointed that I vowed to

I did both and they refined my dinner.
Today the meal and service war OUTSTANDING!
We dined on 2 appatizers and 2 entrees for the 3 of us. We still had A TOWER of food that will be enough for another meal.

This was my worst dining experience EVER. I ordered the cajun chicken pasta, the chicken was very dry and over seasoned, the so called alfredo sauce was horrid. I only took two bites of my meal and it took the server about 10 minutes into our meal until she asked us how everything was. I told her I didn’t like it and she asked if I wanted something else, I said no because my appetite was completely turned off and I couldn’t eat anything else. She said she would have the manager take it off right away. Even though I had told the server I didn’t like it she still left it on the table, a big rule in the foodservice industry is that if someone doesn’t like something it must be removed immediately. Minutes later she comes by and says she is very sorry but the manager refused to take it off because apparently «my manager refused to take it off and she was really pissed when I asked because apparently the district manager just yelled at her.» She then offered a box asking if i wanted to take it home. So now they expected me to pay for a meal I didn’t eat or even like. I asked for the manger to come over myself, as she walked over she asked how she could help, I explained how I didn’t like my entrée and she didn’t seem to care. She responded with «Well why should I have to pay for this dish because you didn’t like it, there is nothing physically wrong with the dish.» I told her how the chicken was dry and how it was very over seasoned, but once again she did not have a care in the world to my concern. She then offered to discount our meal and I disagreed. I should not be receiving a discount, I should not have to pay for this meal at all… She claims that many people have been coming in and did not like certain entrees and she said why should she keep having to pay for peoples meals? It isn’t like this money is coming out of her pocket. I have worked in the service industry for many years and restaurants especially big chains like chilis have a budget for these things. In the end the pasta was taken off of our bill, but by no means will I ever eat at chilis again. This manager had no respect for my thoughts or concerns and was so rude while speaking to me.

Alright chain restaurant. I guess by now I should learn not to order steaks at places like this. I ordered a medium rare sirloin but it was obviously a blue rare. Not a fan. But the server was attentive and I liked their drink menu (a bit overpriced though).

We had Ami as our server and she was awesome! Very informative and helpful with menu choices. We camped out in the booth for awhile after we were done eating and she came over and still checked on us and kept our drinks refilled. Good food, great service. Clean too! I’d rather come here than Applebee’s or Texas Roadhouse, or other similar chains in the area.

Food was good and prompt. I went for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Sat at the bar and the menu was sticky and the salt and pepper shakers were filthy and needed cleaned. The bar itself was covered in a film. I had to ask for a place setting twice. I would not recommend it for lunch

We went here as a large group of 18 people on Thursday night. The waitress that we had, I forgot her name, was awesome as she was attentive and we never had to ask for refills. For Service she would have gotten them 5 stars but then that is when things just went downhill.
The building is in need of repair. My mother-​in-​law went to the bathroom and was shocked to find that one stall had a shower curtain for a door! Where they had moved the tables to accommodate us were sever dirt buildups and broken tiles. Very bad maintenance in this location.
The good was just O.K. You could tell it had set too long and the fish was dry around the edges from being cooked too long. The meat that I received for the combo was very small and not worth the price.
If you do not mind the maintenance issues this would be a good place to grab a drink and relax but if you are looking for a nice place to take a dte please go somewhere else you and your date will appreciate it.

To be honest part of the reason I decided to write this review is only because it is my boyfriend’s favorite place. We have moved to Chicago and even after trying so many new places he still always wants to go here! I do agree with him though because I love the southwestern eggrolls which I recommend anyone to get who comes here.

Food was terrible but service was good. Chips were extremely salty and salad was over dressed to the point where it was soggy. Our server was great and the atmosphere was nice.

A reliable and predictable family favorite. I’m not sure if anyone has figured out how to prevent that last rib from becoming charred and dry. The rest of the ribs on the rack were pretty good (though a little on the dry side). Oldtimer (burger) w/​cheese was nicely constructed with all the «fixins». Sign up for their email club before you go to get the coupon for free chips/​salsa.

Service was awful. I found glass in my drink and the manager seemed not to care. Even after I showed him that the glass in the drink cut my tongue. On top of that they did not want to give me a military discount even though it states it online! Just awful service!!! I have never been treated so poorly.

Pretty good food at pretty good prices. Recommend burger, fajitas, quesadilla salad

I often go here for lunch. Lunch time staff is always great. I highly suggest the bottomless soup, salad, chip and salsa.

I’ve been back to Chili’s with smaller groups (2 – 4) instead of larger ones, and the service has improved notably. It’s still not the best service in town, and there are other restaurants with better food – but it seems that they’ve improved since the last time I wrote a review.

I’m just not a big fan of the food at Chili’s and I seem to go ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ on good/​bad serving staff. With that said, Chili’s was the first date location for my and my wife years and years ago, so we go there everynow and then to remember the times :)

Brought my niece and fiancé here on New Year’s Eve day for lunch and had an excellent experience. Our waitress was great — bringing refills, checking in, etc. He had a chicken cajun pasta which was delicious. I had some quesadillas which were just ok. The little one had mac and cheese and loved it.
It’s Chili’s so the food was good but not great and the décor was the standard so that’s why only 4 stars.
