Dirty and super annoying. We like taking our nieces and nephews to chuck e cheese in college grove. We happened to be in the area and came here. It was really dirty. Had to ask multiple times to have our table cleaned before all of us sat down. There was grime and sticky mess on the games. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience and we(the adults) just couldn’t wait to leave. Maybe we caught them on an off day or something bc it was really busy. Still, it was gross

Their pizza has improved. They have great pizza! The salad bar isn’t bad either. And the soda fountain has a lot of good options. Kids and adults alike will have lots of fun on all the games. Just make sure and bring enough cash you don’t get much for your buck here. You can go online and add coupons to your phone’s wallet. That will give you a little bit better of a deal. They have beer but they take your ID and you can only order one per person. Also, be warned every time I come here I leave sick within the next few days. Kids everywhere not washing their hands you get the point.

I need to start by saying that my 4ur old loves this place. But he’s 4 After that everything goes down hill. Food quality is horrible, it’s dirty and the games break constantly.

Just had my son’s 6 yr Birthday party there and the service was great. the employees as well as the manager checked up on the party to make sure I had everything I needed. This is one of the cleanest Chuck E Chees’s Ive been to. Definitely will be back soon!

We had a great time here. They have a special person that now walks around testing the games to make sure they work. The food also tastes way better.

*Only giving 1 star since you can’t give zero!!! My girlfriends and I took our kids here today and there was RATFECES and urine in the play structure. The management was rude to use before I even saw the rat feces and smelled the urine. We were approached aggressively when my girlfriend who has Celiac Disease was told she couldn’t bring«outside food» into the establishment. We explained that she has very strict dietary restrictions and cannot consume their products. They told her that her consuming her own food was a «liability» in case someone else has an allergy to her food. WHAT!?? Nonsense! She was told she was«warned» and can’t do again! So, then, I accompanied my friends toddler into the structure because he was unsure of going up by himself(smart kid)! When we got inside, I started seeing the poop. I had a napkin in my pocket and I collected as much as I could as we crawled up. I collected about 8 – 10 pieces of feces right in the middle of the areas that the children crawl through. I told management as soon as I got down, and they said they were going to look into it. They didn’t, so I went back up and took photos and found many more pieces of poop in the corners and crevices. I took photos and sent them to the store’s email address. I haven’t gotten a response yet. After much more complaining, they did put a «slippery when wet» cone in front of the structure, but kids were still going in. They didn’t put a sign, shut the area down or tell any of the other guests. After talking to management further, the(did not offer, but) agreed to refund the cost of our meals, but everyone knows that you can easily spend $ 50 on tokens when you are there with 3 adults and 5 kids! I asked when they are going to get to cleaning that play structure. The manager says that the clean it «at least once a week!» He also said that he will let his managers know so they can decide what to do about it??? Why did they need to ask someone what to do?! I told them they need to get cleaning NOW, but no one moved a finger and kids still were playing in the rat feces infested play structure after we left. Can you IMAGINE what the kitchen looks like??? Time for a health inspection!!! I also posted on Facebook. Go check out their other poor reviews!

Brought my brother here yesterday, overall I have been here around 6 times since I was a child. It’s overall a good place to come to and watch the kids go crazy, seriously CRAZY! It’s a bit smaller than sports arena and in my opinion, less things to play. Overall, the employees were nice and safe. The pizza was pretty great as always, chicken wings looked more like tiny balls, and they are very cheap with the French fries. Overall a decent place. Be prepared for some crazy children: p

We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party here at her request. I honestly was not looking forward to the madness and would have preferred to do our usual bounce house in a park with BBQ. I was pleasantly surprised at both the low cost to have 15 children attend and was delighted that I was able to basically sit back and do next to nothing, other than take tons of pics and video of course. Lorin, our assigned personal party helper, was absolutely fabulous! She took care of everything and made the whole experience effortless. I’m game if my daughter wants to do any future birthdays there. Much less expensive and easier than any party we have ever thrown. The one negative was that there were only 2 of their normally 8 ticket redemption machines operating and my daughter had upwards of 1700 tickets to redeem. Keep those machines working, especially on the weekends people! Overall, I highly recommend for a young one’s birthday party.

God, why didn’t I just make the drive to the chuckie cheese sports arena? So many issues with this one; for one it’s where all the loudest most unkempt parents take their kids. Hearing people yelling curse words and the n word was not awesome to hear obviously. The tables were filthy, the bathroom gross with 2 toilets clogged out of 3. My little girl got her token and tickets taken and the parents as keeping with the fashion of this being the ghetto and broken down one didn’t give a crap after I asked for them back. Just won’t be coming to this one again, I’ll make the 45 minute drive to the cleaner and better environment ones

June 21, 2015… Took my daughters to Chuck e cheese for Father’s Day. They are three and four years old. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and chicken wings. The place hardly had customers. We played games for nearly an hour. Food did not come. I asked the manager about the food, he said it will be coming in less than five minutes. An hour and 15 minutes after arrival, still no food. I asked the manager again, and he says that it will be ready in five minutes. An hour and 40 minutes after arrival, still no pizza. Again the manager says the food will be on the table in five minutes. My children were hungry and now crying. I requested a refund and we left. Ironically there’s a sign at the kitchen which reads something to the effect that without the great service we are just another pizza joint.

~ Do the Chuck E! ~ Clap your hands(do the Chuck E) Now wiggle your ears(do the Chuck E) Wag your tail(do the Chuck E) Everybody turn around! Clap your hands(do the Chuck E) Now wiggle your ears(do the Chuck E) Wag your tail(do the Chuck E) Everybody turn arooooouuuunnnd! I would be tickled if this dance actually made its way into the clubs. The revamped look of a friendlier cartoon rodent over the prior versions. I guess he looks more mouse-like, although the robo-rat in the animatronic band is still the original from back in the day. He still plays tunes with his pals Helen Henny, Jasper T. Jowls, Mr. Munch and Pasqually. Flashbacks anyone? The food is whatever. The cheesy bread is cheesy and the salad bar on a good day is decent cafeteria fare. You’re not bringing the kids here for the pizza any more that you’d go to Hooters for the food, and lowered expectations is key. The arcade, ticket redemption games, and toddler areas are mildly interesting and there are complimentary Purell antibacterial gel dispensers to help ease germaphobe issues. If you spend enough time partying here, then mascot Chuck E makes an appearance, walks through the restaurant while an employee escort calls all the kids to follow for an opportunity to get free redemption tickets. Do the new dance, make lots of noise, and then Chuck E throws handfuls of tickets in the air. Kids everywhere! The redemption area is understaffed, the prizes are cheap trinkets, and getting even the bottom tier prizes cost too many tickets. The one gal who was working the counter was very nice and patient with the kids. When it was Mini-me’s turn to pick stuff, one choice was a tiny toy triceratops figurine. The employee, bless her heart, wanted to clarify and asked me if that was the one with the short arms as she did the t-rex pose. I couldn’t resist and had to ask for a repeat demonstration to make sure we were talking about the same dinosaur. Where a kid(or grownup) can be a kid.

Chuck E. Cheese is alright. It is for youger kids no older the 10 to 11. The food is okay. The wings are too salty. The pizza a bit greasy and a bit light on the sausce. The food is over price for sure. It is a bit small as well

We were there yesterday for my grand daughter’s birthday. How can people say it was dirty? I found it was very clean. The staff was friendly and well organized. Pizza and other food was good. All the kids and parents had a great time.

Had another birthday for my two little one’s again at this location. The party room was set up with our reserved table and they even had two personalized guitar balloons for them to rock out to during the celebration. The table was also setup with plates, cups and 2 pitchers of drinks as requested and our party director took our pizza orders. We decided to order 2 pepperoni’s and 2 bbq chicken pizza’s(my fav flavor there). I also got a salad bar too, which I don’t know why because I usually don’t like the salad very much and this visit didn’t change my mind. Chuck-E came and danced with all the kids and the little one’s got their turn in the Ticket Blaster and came up big! Overall, the experience was meh, for me, but the kiddos had a blast… and that’s what really matters!

Not sure if it was just this weekend, or this place has evolved into a super ghetto, overcrowded and rather stinky establishment. I could elaborate, but would rather not.

No. Please no. Of course I would take my kids there when they were younger and always dreaded the stench and filth with low quality food. Once I discovered Peter Piper I never looked back.

I think its a great place for young kids. There are more games and things they can do here compared to boomers, Belmont park or any other arcade. It’s also a token each so you dont have to spend much on games and they can pick a toy for prizes which they love!(even though those toys are super cheap) it’s also small enough that you dont have to be super worried about them getting lost. There are however not a lot of variety of food which isn’t so bad because their options are what kids would eat and its good for a quickly meal. I also like that the characters are active with the kids
