Carl’s Jr has lots of food selection. Lots of variety like chicken, salads, burgers. The food is great. Usually in fastfood chain, the service must quick, doble time. Sometimes they forgot to put mayo on burgers, The tables were filthy and same with the chairs. Carl’s need to try another strategy. But still you have a delicious food and a nice worker. maintained the cleanliness of the aerea.

If you’re definition of fast food is food that you get quickly, then this is not the place for you. I’ve waited 20 minutes in a drive thru when there was only one car in front of me. And that’s happened many times at this place. These guys do not know what they’re doing, and on multiple occasions I’ve ordered one of the deals on the menu and the person taking the order didn’t know what I was talking about and had to have someone else take my order.

I think I already found my favorite fast food restaurant that has the best bacon cheeseburger, and that’s in the Carl’s Jr! I loved it and i will always come here whenever I’ve got problems! hahaha It makes me feel relax here and that fresh hot fries that they serve has an after taste chill in me. They do have a lot of food menu which is very advantage for a variety of customers because they don’t need to go anymore to a specific food restaurant to find their specific favorite food, it’s mostly here at Carl’s Jr! Hope i’ll get discount here next time as regular customer here!

Worst costumer service from this guy Curtis who worked tonite 3÷9÷06 around midnite, most drive thru would at least consider taking 2 separate checks esp coming from a hospital where ’ food run ’ would take more than 2 orders on one visit. He would rather lose a $ 60 worth of order than to split a check, and the funny thing is there’s not even one other costumer following me that time at the drive thru. This Curtis guy needs a thorough In service on how a business operates. Too bad for the owner of this establishment. SERIUOSLY!!!i

If you love and care for your health and safety PLEASE read. The absolute worst Carl’s Jr. Of all time, ever. I saw an employee scratch his anus under his pants and take my crosscut fries, I saw an employee not wash his hands, the lady cashier one time pick up a chocolate cake that fell and used a fork to clean it and serve it back. The manager has cussed someone out over a normal complaint, the guys at the drive through late at night are rude and sometimes don’t take your order, I waited twenty minutes once with only one car ahead. Employees and management should not operate here. I have and never will go back. I put up with it only because of their Green Burritto but no more. My wife got sick and I am filing complaints with corporate with my attorney over this horrible establishment. Do not go

Looks like they are out of business. Went by tonight, should be 24 hour but completely dark & even drive thru closed at 6 pm

I’m giving them one star because almost every time our orders are done wrong. Many times something in the order has been missing. They also raised their prises unreasonably. I am usually tolerant to mistakes but when it becomes a habit I’d rather not be a part of it.

I dont always go to Carl’s Jr, but if I’m famished I’ll eat anything… cooked or not! Carl’s Jr has a great menu selection. Lots of variety between burgers, chicken, burritos, and salads. It’s nice that they diversified their menu to attract more customers. This location, however, was completely empty when I arrived. One patron sitting and eating and employees just standing around. The food we received was good for a fast food burger place. We had burgers and burritos and I actually think the burritos were better than their burgers. Carl’s Jr needs to try and reinvent themselves. You have places like In N Out, Five Guys, Hook Burger and Dog Haus that have entered niche markets and are drawing burger fans in with fresh ingredients, creative menus and unique tastes. Overall, when I’m starving and need to eat something asap, I’ll stop by Carls’ Jr for a quick burrito so that my stomach can calm the hell down! LOL!

The food is average. The service was just OK… our server was really nice but didn’t seem super knowledgeable about the menu. Maybe he’s still learning it.

This is probably one of the worst Carl’s jr ever! I went there three separate times and they got my order wrong every single time even when they repeated my order back to me correctly. :( Oh, by the way the food even though was not what I ordered was not half bad. I think instead of having a ordering board to choose from, I think they should have a order roulette wheel which may improve the probability of getting the order right or closer.

By fare the weirded fast food joint. Twice we have had weird experiences here. First time, we order and drive up when all of a sudden the guy waves out the drive thru window and says stop. We stop and he says wait there. So we didn’t drive up to the window. 30 seconds later, he waves for us to drive up to the window. We thought that was really bizarre so we just left. Second time, order at the drive thru and the lady says«cash or credit» I said credit, she makes a weird noise and says«our system is re-booting, you mind waiting 8 min?» Ahhh ok. So we drive up and the car in front of us just paid with card and left. We drive up, paid with card and drive away. Basically the people they hire here just plain and simple don’t give two cents as to what’s happening as long as they get a pay check. This is the only Carl jr. we ever eat at as its right by the house and that’s maybe about once every three or four months. Pass!

carls used to be good but now The tables were filthy. It took 5 wipes to clean our table and every wipe was muddy after cleaning an area of one table. If a restaurant provides an outside eating are I made the mistake of coming here once, it won’t happen again.

Normally, we enjoy this restaurant at this location but: My family and I dined in here on Thursday, 7÷30÷15. We chose to eat outside in their patio area(1st time). The tables were filthy. It took 5 wipes to clean our table and every wipe was muddy after cleaning an area of one table. If a restaurant provides an outside eating area, they are required by city code to keep it properly maintained and as clean as the inside restaurant area. I’m not one to complain but in this instant, I had to. FYI. My wife and I both had the new El Diablo thickburger. It was terrible. The meat didn’t taste like meat. It had the consistency of a veggie burger with an indescribable bland non-meat taste. It was more vinegary than spicy. I’m Mexican and this burger was all tang from the vinegar. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Stopped by to pick up a chicken burger and used their drive thru. Pretty quick and the woman that was probably the shift manager was dry, you know the type with no personality and doesn’t say at least a quick hi. The young lady that gave me my burger was way more pleasant with a smile and asked if I wanted ketchup or any other sauce and said have a nice day, I see a future manager in her. Bacon Chicken Burger was pretty big, tasty and I actually only ate half the burger then dumped the rest of the burger bun, way too much bread. Next time I will have the chicken strips by themselves.

I’m now a Member of the Mile High Club #Overrated The Mile High Burger is available in 3 sizes thankfully I got the regular size and NOT the ½ pounder at a whopping $ 10.79 for a small combo! For the lady who took my order in the Drive-Thru, looks will only get you so far in life, Stay in SCHOOL. Not a sharp gal, had to repeat order several times, she seemed distracted… drove off she gave me the wrong drink! Mile High — Regular $ 7.79 — I like Carl’s flame grilled burgers but I’m not impressed with the bacon, I prefer it cooked a bit more like well done, it’s barely just cooked. Burger was OK, 3-Stars Getting my order/drink wrong Minus –1 Star Looking at the other reviews this location has service issues! @ Lisa A That’s messed up!

Literally sitting in the drive thru-watching a manager walk out the back door… go over to a car in the parking lot with a whipped cream can and spray it all over a car… if this is how your management behaves who knows what’s going on with the food… yuck
