I’ve been to other Taco Bell locations and usually order a grilled stuff burrito which tastes pretty good as standard fast food can get. This location serves disgusting nearly rotting food. I ordered a chicken grilled stuff burrito and what I got was a watery mess with funky smelling and tasting tomatoes, hardly any chicken and a lot of rice filler with a strange sour tasting guacamole and unpalatable sour cream. After consuming half of the burrito since I was super hungry I felt queasy and ending up getting sick. I should have gotten my $ 5 and change back but I threw the rest away. Never again will I eat at this location.

Steak Cantina Power Bowl, no Rice, Beans or Ranch. Side of Chicken. Side of Ground Beef. FTW!

They tend to get my order right about seventy percent of the time. The service at this location is slower in general than most Taco Bell’s I have been to. The employees usually look happy.

I don’t know how they mess up orders as badly as they do. I ordered 2 gorditas and got 4 regular tacos. I still went back(shame on me) and ordered a bean burrito with extra cheese. It was filled with nacho cheese instead. Disgusting. Add in wait times that can last upward of ten minutes in the drive through and I have no idea what’s going on in there.

The worst service… ever! Waited in line for 25 minutes. Complained to the manager. She said they were short staffed and asked if I want to cancel my order(after waiting 25 minutes!) Horrible!!! It’s not the first time that I had horrible service at this particular TB, but it will be the last.

Seriously. Its tacobell. The workers seem to screw it up. They are so slow. And the workers suck. Get more staff or fire the employees. This store really needs to be evaluated. As i speak i am in the drive thru line. Ive waited about 15 minutes and theres still a car in front of me. Trash

Twice now I’ve come to this Taco Bell drive thru for a coffee at around 7:20, and both times nobody has been there to take my order. This morning three cars ahead of me also had to drive off. The sign says 7am. Get it together, people.

This Taco Bell has a nice dining area, but the service is consistently slow. Whether at the lunch rush or dinner time, the food prep lines are generally understaffed. Unfortunately this is the«least bad» Taco Bell in the area(North Pasadena is worse) otherwise I would skip this location.

Our local taco bell has seen some things. From potheads to coked out locals. Its been through a ball pit, hard seats and the Enchrito. My recent visit was a delight. The restaurant is clean and nice inside, the food is well made and the service I received from Mr. Magdiel was outstanding! I will always love my chulupa and this location never dissapoints on its execution.

Finally the pain is over. Building is being torn down. This was always a miserable excuse for a Taco Bell.

If I give it negative stars I would! I usually come here with no problems and I always only get chicken soft tacos. But now it’s a pain in the ass to order since that new stupid shredded chicken bullshit. I always have to make sure they know that I want GRILLED chicken not shredded. I went today and asked the guy 2 or 3 times to make sure it was grilled and said it was and when I checked the bag it was shredded. Are you stupid? Also $ 9 for 4 tacos and 1 empanada is way too much. So Im glad they messed up because I just asked for a refund. I wont be coming back here again!

I’ve been going to this location for years now and the service is great foods pretty food. But remember it’s Taco Bell not a 5 star restaurant. Some previous reviews are pretty harsh but you all know that when you get the munchies this is the place to ht up in La Crescenta area.

I like Taco Bell. Sometimes I feel like when people review fast food places, they fail to remember the most important thing… it’s a fast food restaurant. Emphasis, FAST, FOOD. And then they get on their high & mighty horse and condemn the place for being a fast food chain. Hello, this ain’t your Gordon Ramsey restaurant, so don’t expect high end food OR service, for that matter. That being said, I can understand if truly shitty service is taken into account. Or if the food is cold/giving you stomach pains. The food at this particular Taco Bell doesn’t seem much different from the usual. I like getting #9 Meal, which includes the Crunchwrap Supreme, 1 soft or hard taco, and a soft drink for around $ 5. Crunchwrap supreme is my go-to because it’s like an alternative for pizza… sour cream, salsa, meat, lettuce & cheese all wrapped up in a crunchy wrap — yum! Service… Well, have to admit, the guy definitely took his time to respond on the drive-through speaker. But, when he asked us whether we wanted any sauces and my response was«Lots of hot sauce, lots of medium sauce» — he gave me probably 25 packets of sauces altogether. Definitely not stingy on the sauces! Let’s be honest, the food is only 50% as good without being drenched in the hot sauces… Overall, if I’m trying to eat fast food tacos, it’s either Taco Bell, Del Taco, or El Pollo Loco. Each has their strong points, and I think Taco Bell’s is definitely their crunchwrap supreme. 3 stars means I’ll come back again, because it’s pretty good.

I rarely give fast food places less than three stars because my expectations are so low. But I’ve had a couple of bad experiences here, and I don’t think it’s coincidence. Today, I got a burrito supreme, which I usually like. But the meat today was just nasty. I know I know, what do I expect from Taco Bell? I think I got meat from yesterday because it was lukewarm, almost a hint of cold to it. I feel like it was leftover meat from yesterday that someone didn’t heat up enough. Another time, I went there after 11:00(they open around 8:00, I think?) and they weren’t open! I saw a worker walking away from the place to his car and leave. I think the manager didn’t show that day or something. I think this place has potential. I mean, it’s a pretty big franchise. But I believe this particular location is just neglected by its owner.

I’m actually not a Taco Bell fan, but I come for the Doritos Tacos and Mt. Dew. This location is always empty, most of the people who use it go drive-thru. Not great service. Cashier’s ALWAYS in a bad mood and she likes to yell at you when you don’t pick up your food immediately. They don’t really clean the tables — but the place is already in desperate need for an upgrade, like the Jack in the Box a few feet away. Also, the soda fountain puts like 90% water and 10% of the beverage you choose.

Drive thru is very slow. It took about 5 – 7 mins to get my food as soon as I got up to the window.

How they have the health code rating«A» in the window is beyond me. When you walk in it smells like a dirty sock. I should have just left, but no I ordered food that took forever, I mean almost 20 min. And it was nasty. It had a really odd smell so I didn’t eat that. Just ate my Mexican pizza(well tried to.) the overpowering smell of dirty socks kinda killed my apatite. Never again will I visit this dump. Zero stars if I could.
