Thus far, this is the best Togos I have been to! I came during lunch time and I was amazed by the employees amiability and their fast service. Which to me, is a clear reflection of the excellent Management of this Togos location. I definitely recommend this Togos!

The food is good but they are SOOOO slow. I came in during a busy lunch hour when summer shook gets out & people go on their lunch break. They only have 3 employees working even when there’s the worlds longest line. They are so slow and take forever to complete an order. They ask you 50 times what you want in your sandwich and keep forgetting. If only they wrote it down so they wouldn’t have to ask a million times. And they don’t even pay attention when you’re ordering. U have to get their attention and watch them like a hawk to make sure they’re doing the right thing. I feel like I’m training the employees as I order my sandwiches. debby is probably my most Hated employee. It took her 30 minutes to make 5 sandwiches. And eventually her coworker had to jump in and help her cause she had no idea what she was doing. I don’t know how togos trains their employees.

Togos sandwiches is way better than any sandwiches stores in the area, even better that Subway. With an outstanding costumer service(very polite and helpful) to excellent and consistent food taste(mouth-watering and real deal tasty). Everything is descent and reliable in their service. Well, they might be not the best but their one of those many good sandwiches store in the city.

Absolutely love there Turkey avocado sandwhiches. I’ve honestly never had an issue with this place, people need to remember that when ordering a sandwich, YOU tell them how to make it, otherwise theyll make it how they like it right? What someone might consider mayo, and mustard, may end up making your sandwich, a soup of a sandwich. Besides that, the quality has always been good as thats all I really get is the turkey, so cant comment on much more besides the avacado being fresh as well, which they smash almost like a guacamole, so the entire sandwhich is a turkey avacado… not just the center. No issues here! Enjoy!

I go here quite often and the sandwiches never disappoint. I am always so full after because they pack their sandwiches. The service and people are always great, and always ready to serve you. The pastrami and turkey avocado are my top 2 sandwiches. They also have great daily deals, where the sandwich is $ 5 or $ 6 for sandwich and drink it’s such a deal! I definitely recommend this place!

Had the pepper jack pastrami and hot roast beef sandwiches today. Based off of those two, I will not be back or recommend to others. Taste was nothing special, very mediocre quality. The meats in the sandwich didn’t taste fresh or authentic at all. Service was pretty slow. Overall, it was okay for a one time try but will not return.

The sandwiches are decent, but the service is not so good. I went to school with some of the girls who used to work here. They always used to make great sandwiches and were very friendly. These new people are quite rude and S-L-O-W. The value has gone down a bunch too. I used to be able to get a sandwich and soup combo, with any choice of sandwich. Now, they only let you have a classic mini. a tiny little ham or turkey sandwich on white or wheat only! Boo Togo’s!

Solid sandwiches for the price. The subs are shorter than subway but denser. I get just as full from eating a togos sandwich. I highly recommend the pastrami. Very juicy and tasty! Watch for their daily deals which are substantially cheaper than the normal price. It shares the same space as a Baskin Robbins.

I typically really like their service, but when i’m greeted with a «just so you know, we only have … right now» i’m already quite annoyed. I didn’t even get a hello. Tonight I have 2 kids getting 2 individual kids meals, and am offered 1 plate. So i had to ask for another. Not too big a deal but c’mon, they don’t want to share a plate, and i don’t expect them to either. She seemed annoyed that we were there even though it was an hour and a half before closing time. Other than this incident, i am a fan of their sandwiches because the meat tastes real and larger portions are offered, and the servers are usually nice. I just wish they had sourdough bread more often and spinach. I’m only knocking off one star because the rest of my visits here are great. So i hope customer service improves; not all-just tonight’s…

The place itself is pretty clean and there usually is plenty of parking. The only downside is that when there is a long line sometimes, it takes a while for u to get ur Sandwich. If u want ice cream it’s pretty nice because it’s connected to a baskin Robbins as well.

I ordered a mini classic a side and a drink. I asked if there was a combo and the man said no. It ended up being $ 10 for not even meal because the sandwich is less than half. While eating I proceeded to look at the menu and asked the man if the mini was the same size as the kids, he replied yes. Then I asked then why is a kids combo $ 5 if it is the same? He replied, because the drink is a little bit larger. So basically my drink was $ 5!!! I asked if there was a combo, he said no and I asked for the smallest drink. Where is the logic?!! Not even close to a meal worth $ 10! They should really know there own menu

I used to love coming here. The people were nice and pretty fast. But this place has gone way downhill over the past couple of years… The servers are not friendly anymore, and they are NOT helpful. I waited in line for 15 minutes while 1 guy made a sandwich for the person in front of me. There were 4 other girls just wandering around behind the counter and didn’t even offer to take the next order. The only person working was VERY slow. he didn’t even know what went in the sandwiches. and he didn’t know how to use the toaster. It took him 10 – 15 minutes to make my sandwich. I was about to just walk out. The other 4 girls just watched him struggle and didn’t offer to help. When he was trying to toast my sandwich, it just kept beeping. 1 of the girls finally just turned off the toaster, but of course my sandwich was not toasted. I just took it home and ate it, but it was awful. I have to agree. the sandwich size has shrunk dramatically. The«6 inch» sandwich was about 4 inches. and the ½ sandwich + soup or salad deal has not been a good deal for a while. They took away the option for the good sandwiches and only allow you to have a «mini classic» which is just like a kid sandwich on white or wheat bread and a tiny cup of soup. What a ripoff. Sad to say, but I think I’m not coming back anymore

Horrible experience first experience. Service was so slow. There were serval worker… none of whom who were taking care of customers. What pissed me off is that the one guys making sandwiches would put something in the oven or toaster and literally stand there and watch timer. Do something else — serve other people — don’t just stand there and waste time. Ridiculous. Also what is up with the counter being so high? I wish it were lower so I could see my food being made. I can’t imagine I will ever come back. This place should be called ToNOTGo.

Terrible service. Tried to call in order. Apparently was too busy to take my order. I showed up to no line. Next sandwiches were same size when 1 should’ve been a. Large. Next they forget au ju sauce. And finally the new girl that made my sandwich packed on the mayo. Gross. Thanks togos

Decided to try Togo’s again after a long break due to customer service issues. Found a hard and very sharp plastic bag clip, cutting my mouth as I bit into my sandwich. #ouch #goodbyetogos #subwaygetfresh

Mmmmmmmm. Pastrami Mondays. A ginormous pile of thinly sliced pastrami, mustard, the veggie works. A drink. And a side of chips. Only $ 5.50. Need I say more… Any day of the week is a good day to go to Togo’s but Pastrami Mondays are the only reason I look forward to the beginning of the school/work week. It’s probably their most popular daily sandwich, rightly so, so get ready to wait around peak times like lunch. You may have to wait a little but dang, is it worth it!

I love me some hot pastrami. Togos is the only place I will ever get hot pastrami from. Its that good. It’s all I eat there too. This place gets busy during lunch time, they always have enough people working here though so the line goes fairly fast. My only gripe. The price. Really? What they consider to be a regular sandwich is a 6 inch from Subway, and depending on what kind of sandwich, more than a foot long from Subway. My regular hot pastrami from Togos was $ 6.50. If the pastrami wasn’t as good as it is I wouldn’t ever step foot in a Togos establishment. But, I just can’t get enough.

I haven’t been to Togo’s in such a long time and was starving in the are waiting for a carwash. Got what I always get: turkey avocado on wheat. I wasn’t let down! The bread is fresh, the meat is way fresher than subway, and so is the avocado. I like how they have avocado spread as opposed to subways minimal slices of avocado which u only taste once every 3 bites. I can’t speak for the rest of the sandwiches bc I never try anything new… but can say I was satisfied with my sandwich and the service. Also a plus that there’s a baskin robbins right next to it! It’s not gourmet, but you definitely get what you pay for and I have no complaints.
