Subway

The staff is always friendly. The buzzer for the sandwich toaster is obnoxiously loud. 3 stars for the sub standard pastrami.

When it comes to ingredients Subway is Subway but when it comes to customer service this place has to be THE WORST Subway I have ever visited.
Always rushing you through your ordering and throwing things without care on to the sandwich… and when I ask for mayo I’m not asking for a gallon of it but manage to get two each time. We have visited many subways and even though this one is closest to home my hubby and I will venture out for our fixes from now on.

Ordered 2 sandwiches drove to Bellevue and opened them to eat «NO MEAT». It was still in the microwave. Called and talked to guy who made them and said we could get 2 more for free. Went back 4 hours later and all we got was refusal to honor the promise and had to argue for 10 minutes.
WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AGAIN

Rarely, if ever, will I give a one star. Sadly I have to do so. BROKEN CLEANLINESS RULES ARE NOT EVER TOLERATED.
Recently I came here and was disturbed on a number of levels. I recognize that businesses have bad days. Clearly this was one of those days. This business owner was updating his point-​of-​sale system this particular day, and if that wasn’t bad enough he was only one of two employees on staff while this was going on. Case in point. He should have staffed his store properly.
That is where things go badly. Staff person #2 then breaks all restaurant rules and criteria all over the place regarding cleanliness and food handling procedures. She literally put on gloves, handled food, then went in the back, brought bread to the front of the store, continued handling food, and doing the owner’s station.
When I got to the top of the line to pay, I was told that they were only accepting cash in a very non-​apologetic, take-​it-​or-​leave-​it fashion. The owner said, «what, she never told you?» Ummmm. No. I went ahead and paid cash, but while doing so, I said, «is there going to be a discount or credit?» The owner credited the bag of chips.
This was a rushed moment. I don’t usually go to Subway in the first place but figured I could throw veggies on a sandwich and call it a day. This will NOT happen again.

Best friendly staff and they made my sandwich exact how I want, if u want something extra so just ask for it. otherwise they will use there instruction by subway. This subway is very clean compare to others subway

I like Subway for a quick healthy lunch, so I’m rating it against other Subways I’ve patronized. Their service has always been quick and courteous, and the restaurant itself is always clean and all the veggies perfectly fresh. Some Subways don’t put a lot of effort in these areas, but this particular one stands above the rest. Their bread is always fresh and warm, never stale or crusty. They have a wide variety of Baked! chips and mustards, most important for me (Dijon!). Some of the Subways I have been to don’t have Dijon, and for me a proper sandwich must contain a proper mustard. So the next time you are in need of fast food, don’t hit the McDonald’s across the street, get a healthier fresh alternative at this neighborhood Subway.
