I had the best experience with Dr. Terry! I unfortunately had a dental emergency over the thanksgiving holiday, she met me on a Saturday & was so nice, helpful, gentle & truly cared about my oral well being! I’m not a fan of having to see a dentist & she really made me feel comfortable so did her assistant, Gena! I was so impressed with her care that I plan to move my two kids dental needs to her office. I’ve had shody luck with dentists in Seattle. «Liberal treatment» is hard to always spot unless you get multiple opinions and I was definately on deck for treatments I did not need. Yesterday was my first visit to this office. I saw Dr. Terry who was wonderful, easy going and very clear about everything. She wanted to refer me to a perio office for a deep clean before some crown work I already knew I needed. She told me that If I was not comfortable with this that they would do the deep clean in office but if it she didn’t see the results she was looking for, she would refer me anyway. I told her I was fine with referal. Done deal. THANK YOU for being honest. That call was definately made in my best interests as opposed to their financial interests. They totally could have just done the work right then and there and there would have been no harm in it. But they actually wanted to 1^st refer me for the best care as opposed to wasting my time and money. Then, at home that night, I broke one of the culprit teeth right out. Holy s_​_​.
The next morning I called Susie (who may in fact be the nicest human being on the planet. Seriously we need more Susies around)…she emapthized with my pain and worry… she put me on hold… twice…then told me to come in at 2:45 for a filling. Unreal. I took a shot in the dark and got in. Really, unreal.
This time I was seen by Dr Fox. Dr. Fox was also really cool and laid back. He made it very clear that the filling was temporary because I had very little tooth left for the filling to hold and that if and when it broke, we were talking crown. I was thinking «crap, I’ll have to get this tooth fixed again in month». He said, «so if this filling lasts 5 years, we’ll be doing good. This is not a permanant fix for this tooth.» 5 years? He could have totally made me feel as if this work would have to be done in a month, but he’s talking years… That is care. Now both drs being honest. Since I had not had the perio, a crown today was out of the question… He filled the tooth PAINLESSLY in about 30 minutes. They had this cool mouthpiece for me that I could rest my jaw on while it suctioned the back near my throat. Two things that make me dread dental work are that disgusting, nauseating feeling of «debris» and liquid falling down the back of my throat and the 2 day discomfort from having to physically hold my mouth open forever. Because of this magic thing I have never seen before, neither one occured. At all.
It’s a 30 – 45 minute drive from the hill, but well worth it. Restaurant people/​friends can’t afford «liberal» dentistry. When you have something major to deal with (like breaking out a tooth), your first shot is likely your only one, even if it goes wrong. This place rules.

I have so many good things to say about Dr Fox and his practice.
Let’s start with Susie. Susie could not be a nicer person to deal with! She is always super friendly and upbeat, and she responds quickly to emails when scheduling appointments. She is literally a delight to talk to on the phone and in person.
Next up, Jamie. Where do they find these friendly people? Jamie is my hygienist, she is so nice and so good at her job you barely know you’re at the dentist. She’ll be sure to remind you to floss always, and my experiences with her have always been pain free.
Finally Dr Fox. He’s also very friendly, obviously knows so much about what he is doing, and I’ve even had to have dreaded crown work done with him and I felt no pain or discomfort. I came to Dr Fox because I felt that my last dentist’s work was sub par, and it really was comparatively. I want the best for my teeth, that’s why I will keep going to Dr Fox. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Ryan Fox as my dentist ever since he came to Kingsgate. He is wonderful. The worst part of oral work to me has always been the shot to deaden the pain. He has such a wonderful way that while I can feel the process, I get no (that’s ZERO) pain. He and his staff are wonderful. I once chipped my tooth over by the Safeway across from his office and called in to make an appointment. They had just had a cancellation and my tooth was fixed within an hour. I have recommended him to many people and will continue to do so.

I just changed dentists to Dr. Fox after being dissatisfied with the job my previous dentist did fixing my chipped front teeth. Boy, was I blown away! Just from looking at my teeth during my free consultation, Dr. Fox could tell my entire dental history starting from the oral surgery I had when I was 10, the methods my orthodontist used when I had braces, my root canals, and all my tooth-​chipping accidents. He even deduced the way in which I was grinding my teeth at night, which I had never heard before. It was the most knowledgeable and insightful diagnosis I’ve ever received from a doctor!
Naturally, Dr. Fox and his team have earned my trust and I am consistently more and more impressed. Communication is high and I am confident in his minimally invasive approach to getting my bite back into place. Also, he went above and beyond in fixing a chip in my tooth by polishing out others to make my bite more comfortable. My teeth look better than they did before I chipped them!
The entire staff, especially Susie and Cindy, are warm, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Fox and his office as a team you can trust to tell you the truth and get the job done right.

I just switched to Dr. Fox and was thoroughly impressed. Dr. Fox and his staff were friendly and professional, I didn’t have to wait in his waiting room an inordinate amount of time (like at my old dentist’s office), but what I liked the best, was that he took photos of all my teeth. He then transferred them to his client management system and I was able to sit there in the chair and Dr. Fox pointed out (on the computer monitor in front of us) and explained what was going on with all my teeth. I like the fact that he takes pictures (actual photographs) in addition to the x-​rays. This way he has a benchmark of comparison and doesn’t have to rely on memory or written notes. Great use of technology, I love it! I also liked the fact that he looked all through my mouth for any signs of cancer. My old dentist never did that in the 10 years I had been going to him.
I have already told everyone back at my office that they should switch to him and will continue to tell all what a great place this is.

Since switching to Dr. Fox’s office over two years ago, I’ve been nothing but impressed! Not only are they always friendly but they have technology I’ve never seen before in any dentist’s office and Dr. Fox really knows what he’s doing! They’ve recently added a new dentist, Dr. Wendy Terry DDS and she has been great as well. Everything from Suzie’s front desk wiz to the quick and painless crown, etc… continuously impressed. Every time.

Many people fear the dentist; obviously, those people don’t go to Ryan Fox, DDS.
My face had an unfortunate meeting with the pavement, turning my front tooth into a razor shard ¼ the size of the original. Dueling banjos began playing in my head as I forced a crooked smile into the mirror, my appearance had transformed into a bad guy from Deliverance.
After a brief phone call I was shuffled into the days schedule. On arrival I was greeted by Dr. Fox and his son who was visiting in the waiting area. I explained my situation and showed off my broken smile, which nearly sent the boy into tears. With confidence, Dr. Fox explained to his son that he was going to fix my teeth. The procedure was painless, quick (1.5 hours), and the teamwork that took place was impeccable. I arose from the chair thinking the procedure couldn’t possibly be complete. I investigated by rubbing my tongue against the problem area and to my astonishment, it felt exactly like my old tooth. I was handed a mirror and I saw my ‘pre-​pavement’ smile (possibly better…). It was such a fine experience that I’m half tempted to grab pliers and give myself more reasons to visit the office.

First time exam and cleaning with Dr. Fox and his staff was excellent! High tech office, sonic water cleanings, digital xrays, pro digital photography of all your teeth. I now realize what a disservice my last dentist was doing me. Actually seeing hi res images of your teeth and fillings is such a valuable tool!
Dr. Fox is very knowledgable, staff is professional and really nice too. I’m going back next week to have him fix my last dentist’s shoddy fillings. Definitely recommend.

I was a little more than nervous when I received a letter from my dentist telling me that he was going to retire and sell the business. I had been seeing him for 20 years and really trusted him. (Im a bit of a fraidy cat when it comes to going to the dentist.) But the young Doctor that he sold the business to has won my trust !! He is very good, and gentle and he does good work. He will explain everything to you if you want to know what is going on. In fact, the whole staff there is just wonderfull. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone.
