Starbucks

Apparrently the staffs working there have attitude to the customers. Their faces were like you own them money and you are not welcome to be there. I have been in dozens of Starbucks all over the world, this one was the worst. I am talking about the staffs working on Sunday January 24^th, 2016, around 1pm. Especially the relatively younger woman of the two femal staffs at that time. I don’t know who gives her the courage to be so rude to customers who just want to buy some coffee and desert to enjoy a sunny Sunday afternoon…

Unfortunately I have to give this Starbucks a horrible rating. I have gone over and over and have now decided to completely quit going all together. They are always slow and make your drink wrong. I was just in there on Saturday morning at 9:00 am. There was nobody behind me and the Barista (did not get her name but had very short blonde hair pulled back in a tiny ponytail) was so busy talking to her guy friend about what they did the night before completely made me wait for my drink because she was to busy talking and then made my drink completely wrong. I told her it was a light and she was pissed because she had to remake it. Then when she was done instead of saying sorry through it up on the counter and turned away. I said Thank you and have a nice day sorry that u couldn’t read what my drink actually was. She just looked at me and rolled her eyes. That was it will never ever go back. About to leave Starbucks all together and go to Mercurys… worse Starbucks ever for customer service..

Just like other reviews have said, the baristas only care about their little social hour and have no desire in customer service. No manners whatsoever and they have little entitlement attitudes. I would skip this place unless you are looking to reminisce your high school days.

I got stuck in traffic getting there, the usual. On a Saturday morning. I wait in line forever! So annoyed. At this point I an thinking this better be good.. I finally order and the take 15 minutes, I ask where it is they said they forgot. I finally get my meal and the BQQ brisket is smashed everywhere, the bag is falling apart. Cheese melting everywhere. I g e t my drink i ask for 3 honeys and the honey is not even a tired I spend 5 minutes mixing it and it is so terrible, I will never go to Starbucks Coffee in kirkland in my life!

Horrible service. I had 3 elderly men cut me in front of the baristo and he said nothing and helped then first. Then the Frappuccino I got tasted like bitter fudge and was really thick in consistency. I got an icy drink that was thicker than the whipped cream it was in, and this place charges a dollar more for a worse drink. Yuck.

We just moved to Kirkland and I am sad that this is my new Starbucks. It has been extremely slow every time (more then 10 visits) we have been there and most times it is not busy. On Sunday we ordered four drinks and they did not have one of them. When we asked where the fourth drink was, the barista acted very put out when she should have apologized! She appeared to not enjoy her job — if you don’t want to work there then don’t!

I always do my homework here and drink some tea or coffee depending on my mood. The baristas here are so nice I’m friends with half of the staff! They always make your drinks right and refill them perfectly. The staff always keeps the store nice and clean. The bathrooms are also nice and clean. The only thing that I don’t like about this Starbucks is there there isn’t enough tables for people to do work on. There is a lot of round little tables great for chit chatting and putting your drinks and phones on the table but to contain a laptop and some books or paper work is clearly a huge hassle. The wifi is quite slow but they said they’ll switch to Google Starbucks soon. The construction is a huge hassle to but that’s not Starbucks fault. I usually leave earlier than I have to to be at this Starbucks because you never know if there’s very few parking or if the store is full! I love the people in Kirkland and everyone is just super friendly and this is my go to Starbucks even though I live in Bothell!

Was in the area, so I thought I’d drop by here for a bit before my appointment. It’s your typical, average Starbucks store. Same ol’ same ol’. I ordered my usual drink, nonfat iced caramel macchiato with a chocolate croissant, which they warmed up in the microwave. It’s a small store, but there was a small seating area. Service is prompt. There was some construction going on outside the store, so part of the sidewalk was blocked off. There’s no parking lot, or maybe there was, but it was closed due to construction. I parked across the street and walked over.

Oh, yeahhhh, the baristas are friendly, never miss a chance to chat with each other, departing customers.
Walk up to the counter, and it takes them a full minute to acknowledge me, much less get around to moving to ordering position.
Then it takes 5 minutes of wrangling over what I want, and two attempts to make it.
Not difficult if you LISTEN.
May be fun for an iced, no changes «treat» in the he afternoon, but if you need coffee, no BS in the morning, go somewhere else.

These guys are great. They are so good about remembering my order every time I walk in. I don’t even have to ask for it anymore and they have it going for me! They are always friendly and love to chat if they can. Facility is clean and though it’s small, the service is definitely worth it.

Great customer service, great job on the drinks, clean facilities, not much indoor seating, but compared to other Starbucks, this one is great.
Two days later… BEST STARBUCKS SERVICE ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY! Kind, professional, patient. Mindy was here.

Typical Starbucks. Busy busy one though. Staff is super friendly, it’s ridiculous.
It’s clean, & tables provided outside are a great touch.

Standard Starbucks fare. This location is near my office and the staff are largely indifferent. On my visit today there was no greeting, much confusion getting my grande drip, and the baristas seemed to be playing some version of musical chairs behind the register. When I got my coffee, the sip-​hole was right on the seam and coffee was dripping everywhere. Not particularly busy, either (I often go to the Olive Way store which is insanely busy, and those baristas/​cashiers are pros AND they’re friendly). We are not impressed, but fortunately there are 2 other independent coffee spots nearby.

All Starbucks make the same coffee and for the most part the same food but the difference is the service. At this location they are always busy but they always seem to chat, make you feel like your’re not a number and get you what you ordered as soon as they can. This place is one of the good ones.

Location rox. Limited seating. Pastry case here gets emptied out fast!
There are no less then 6 other Starbucks within 2 miles. However this location, being as central as it gets, is a frequent stop when I’m DT.
Jogging the waterfront or docking the boat in the Marina, I find I end up here a lot.
That said– it’s still STARBUCKS… best Caramel Mach. for SURE.

I hate Starbucks. That being said, this one was OK. My buddy wanted to stop, so we did. He wasn’t sure of what he wanted and the Barista was very helpful (and kinda cute, too). All in all, decent experience but I’d much rather have Dunkin Donuts coffee.

A friendly Starbucks.
They do a few things differently than other locations; the tv that shows the song currently playing, and the «Barista of the Week» dedication.
You can sit and no one will bother you. And when you order a drink or pastry, you’ll be taken care of.

It isn’t summer until you have spent the morning standing in line with the crowds here. You get to gawk at hung over boaters from the docks, try to ignore the girls in teeny bikinis and see-​through cover ups, laugh with the babies in sun hats smelling of sunscreen and generally join in with the happy people buzzing over another beautiful day in a beautiful city.

Bad outlet situation if you have a laptop.
