This is where I get my all-time favorite London Fog. It’s the perfect size for a coffee shop, and manages to have a good amount of seating without making the space feel crowded. The décor is fun and minimal, and I think that’s good. It definitely adds to the experience of being in the shop and looking at all of the different people in the photos is fun, but I like that Rococo’s focus seems to be the quality of their products and not making the place look over the top ultra-trendy like a lot of shops do. Also, they have a membership type thing for frequent customers! Best coffee spot in Kirkland for sure.

Best place to do business in kirkland… Over a friendly organic cup of coffee. Reminds me of NYC

I love this place! Granted, I rarely drink coffee. I think coffee is a bit meh and overrated. I think it’s sad that so many people are dependent on it or even addicted to the caffeine. So I stay away from coffee not to join that crowd as well as avoiding the amount of energy it gives me. That being said! I love this place! A place that just throws all of what I just said out the window because of the great atmosphere of this establishment(winter or summer; it’s a different feel but both nostalgically great), the excellent service!!! Crazy good with friendly people that really know coffee, and the coffee quality! There’s only one place I have coffee and if I am ever in the area, I have coffee here! That’s it! Thanks for being awesome.

Locals have been suggesting this spot since I moved here and as someone who loves coffee and has traveled to many coffee shops, I was really expecting to be blown away. Sadly I’m kind of disappointed with the flavor of the coffee. I really wanted to love this place, everything else about this shop set it up for 5 stars but the coffee flavor itself was a huge let down. The quality and flavor of the coffee was just okay. Which was really disappointing because I wanted to love this place. I honestly expected more with the flavor of the coffee bean, unfortunately the taste wasnt anything special or something to set appart this coffee shop from another. Staff were super friendly, environment was buzzing, clean inside. But the coffee itself was just subpar. A 12 ounce coffee @ $ 4 – 5, I expected something amazing to happen but sadly it was just alright.

Great teas and atmosphere. Good location in downtown Kirkland. It’s almost never busy and there’s plenty of seating. The workers are pretty helpful and kind. Happy customer!

What a great place to get coffee! It’s usually pretty packed but there’s never a long line. They have a great drink menu and tasty treats. The baristas are very nice and always make beautiful drinks. I am by no means a coffee snob but even my uneducated palate can tell that their coffee is top freakin notch. It’s so smooth and delicious; it’s almost a crime to put cream and sugar in it(don’t worry though, I won’t judge if you do). Skip Starbucks for once and give this place a try! If you go often enough, they’ll put you on the secret frequent buyers list and you’ll get a discount whenever you reach some amount of dollars spent.

The place: My friend and I came here on a weekday afternoon during a holiday and this place was pretty crowded! Café Rococo has a front-facing area with tables located near the ordering place and a back area with more tables. We got a table right away when someone was leaving, but we got lucky. However, around ~1pm, the place was a lot emptier, so I’m guessing this place gets more crowded around morning time and late afternoon/early evening time. They have plenty of tables for 2&4, and some of them are located near outlets, so you can get some studying done here if you want as well. The café is located near the Kirkland waterfront, so if you want, you can take a break and walk by the water – (super gorgeous walk!) It’s a classic, cozy coffee shop. The drinks: I got the chai tea latte and it was good – spicy and a little creamy. I’m over-critical when it comes to chais and I think this place does a fine job with the drinks. You can tell they take their time to craft the drinks, I really like the attention paid to detail(and even to the latte art I saw a couple of times). My friend got the caramel macchiato and it looked delicious. I wish I had gotten that too :) As a quick note, they make their drinks on the luke-warm side, so if you like your drinks hotter, be sure to ask. The staff here is awesome – very nice, friendly, and patient!

Good pour over French Roast, and tons of great space for start-up types or tech commuters. They also have these small little bon bons you can buy to have with your coffee. You can buy them individually for people like me who might just want 1 – 2 small bites of food with my coffee, but not an entire $ 10 — 1,200 calorie bagel sammy or a $ 5 piece of 600cal carrot cake. Wish this place was in my neighborhood!

Lovely place in Kirkland that is within walking distance from plenty of other businesses. I saw the café from across Cactus where I was having brunch and decided to check it out. I’m glad I came in because the place was very nicely done. Plenty of seating, cozy setting, and everything smelled amazing! Their coffee was well done too, not too bitter but enough flavor to be distinct from other brands. The place is definitely worth a visit, will be back if I’m ever in the Kirkland area again :)

I was in the area and decided to do a quick coffee run! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I ordered the Caffe latte with a leaf coffee art.(I asked for a bear, but the usual artsy person wasn’t in today: c) It was perfect for my palate, it wasn’t too bitter or watery! If you’re around Kirkland, come to this caffe and pull up the seat near the window. There’s so many dogs and people that walk by the area that it’s pretty relaxing. :) Great view, nice ambiance and delicious coffee.

Came in to chill before an appointment. I gave their London Fog Latte a try and it was nice. The place is spacious with plenty of seating in the front and back. Free wifi too :)

I must confess — the first time I passed this place I thought I’d never go in. I was just feeling very coffee snobbish which, of course is nonsense. I DID eventually go in and in the past year I’ve gone in A LOT and grown to love this place. One, the coffee is GOOD.(For some reason I had decided it wouldn’t be, way back when. I was so wrong and I’m glad I tried it!) Two, the staff is SO friendly and fun to talk to. They develop a real rapport with you every time you’re in there. Three, they are the only coffee place I’ve been to so far who, when I asked for a Cortado(I was missing Spain) knew exactly what I was talking about and damn, that Cortado hit the spot.(Even better, it was served without a generous shot of bad attitude as I’ve gotten elsewhere.) Lastly, the location rocks. Its a quaint little strip in downtown Kirkland and I often run over in between bus connections(from Kirkland TC) from school to home.

The staff and owner are perfectly agreeable and charming. Very flexible, too! I enjoyed the cold-brewed smoothness of the toddy during the summer, but needed something warm in the fall so they offered to steam it for me!(Such darlings!) That became my regular and they remembered, even! Every time they accommodated me-and I appreciate it! Such a great local feel and not expensive, especially for those that live and work in the area(like myself). I stop by almost every morning before work and wouldn’t DARE go to the Starbucks around the corner. Keep it local!

I had an hour to kill in downtown Kirkland and needed a place to get some stuff done. Caffe Rococo was a perfect place to grab some caffeine, a table, and get work done! The drip coffee was delicious and the almond croissant was delectable. The cold brew was also very good. The prices were on the higher side for drip coffee but comparable for cold brew. The tables were large enough to fit two computers for a two-person table and there was free WiFi. All the chairs were cushioned. I was there on a Monday afternoon and the atmosphere was bustling, but it was the right blend of loud enough where you don’t have to worry about talking quietly and quiet enough not to lose concentration in what you’re doing.

Better than Starbucks. Got the best caramel machiatto here. The place is great for study/work. Servers are very friendly. The London Fog latte is also great.

This is arguably the best coffee place in Kirkland. There is a good range of drink choices, and even though I didn’t get a coffee today I got the sweet green matcha, which tastes like a hot green tea ice cream. Yum. It also looks like a great place to work, and there were plenty of people doing so, even on a Sunday. There is also seating outside on the sidewalk. If you check in on Unilocal you can get 10% off your order.

I like the vibe and service here and that is why they get four stars instead of three. Their coffee is good, but does not stand out to me relative to all the coffee gems in this area. We first tried a soy cappucino(to compare to Zoka’s) and then I went back and tried the drip. In both cases, the coffee seems a little on the weaker, milder side. I like smooth coffee so that was great, but I do prefer it strong as well.

I’m really disappointed with myself for not writing a review sooner. This has been my «go-to» coffee shop for over a year now. I love walking in to see familiar faces with some of the best customer service in the area. The coffee is roasted in house and delicious. I actually had the best Sumatra(which I don’t normally care for) I’ve ever tasted a couple weeks ago. There are free refills and you’re even encouraged to grab a cup for the road on your way out the door. The wifi is free for a few hours which coordinates well with the parking limits in town. I am a huge fan of the location and will opt to sit outside on a nice summer day. The final thing I’ll say is that the oatmeal here is amazing. I have them use less water than normal as it can get a little soupy but it is delicious and done just right with this adjustment. Always plenty of space for meetings big and small. Highly Recommend.

Great work/study spot. This place is really awesome for working and studying. The WiFi is not super fast but it is free and definitely usable. The environment is both good and bad. Honestly the photos on the wall are a bit confusing and maybe weird to me. But other than that it is a good spot to sit down, put headphones on and concentrate on your work. The coffee is pretty good as well. I felt that it was a bit bold, but that is just a preference in my coffee. I really like a lighter roast such as Elm or Storyville.

Great, quite atmosphere. Great for conversation and a small group hang out. Plenty of space and good music. The coffee is delicious. I tried Carmel Vanilla Latte. Coffee art is on point.
