I just called Pagliaci and ordered a large pizza with mushroons onions and Canadian bacon. They told me the price was $ 29.50. I laughed out loud and hung up! Get over yourself Pags! It aint that good! Someone in Seattle PLEASE offer a better option! You guys dont deserve to be «the best» People! Stop fueling this ridiculous run!

I have always received excellent service and delicious pie from Pag’s delivery. The folks on the phones are courteous and know what I like, how I order(e.g. salad dressing on the side) and the drivers don’t seem to have trouble finding my house even though the numbers are hard to see.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had, tasted like salty cardboard. Threw most of it out. The delivery time was about 90 minutes.

Waited for the pizza at the store but the«fresh» pizza was cold, the cheese was solid and cracking,(usually what you see on old pizza) and it just didn’t look fresh. Probably an off night but this wasn’t a fun experience given their higher price point and wait. Ended up throwing away the cold pizza and picking up another pizza from little caesers($ 5 hot and ready). Never thought in a million years little caesers can taste better than pagliacci.

Friendly staff. Quick delivery. Delicious pizza. I just wish their heirloom tomato pizza was available all year round.

That is some superfine pizza, I tell you what! The price is a little high, but it seems like all food in Seattle is like that. The Agog Primo is almost a replica of my favorite pie from a pizza place back home on the East Coast. It makes me smile every time:)

The pizza is above average with their hand tossed dough and their fresh cheese and good quality toppings but they skimp on the cheese and toppings and They don’t have a lot of combinations to choose from and although they are very tasty, and I do enjoy their pizza more than some of the other places I order from, the price is a little steep for what you get. I still chose them from time to time when I can afford it but I’ve had better, for less«dough»(pun intended).

I gotta give it up to my local Pagliacci’s. The prices have definitely increased in the past few years, but its hand down good pizza. Good tip: the phone number you call is one chain number. They have your number stored, so they call you by your name and already know what you typically like to order. I tend to re order the dishes I liked so that was a nice suprise. If your looking for something extra for other than dominos, pizza hut, this is the place to go! GUAPPROVED!

Love the pizza here. Called in an order and it was ready for pickup when I got there! Love the crust. Just the right amount of chewiness and the wood-fired flavor was great. Really enjoyed the crushed italian tomato sauce, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella. Friendly employees in the store and at the call center. I’ll be back for another pizza soon!

I have now ordered twice from Pagliacci’s. This review is for their delivery-only location on 98th Ave. Their pizza is satisfactory… it’s a few steps above Little Caesar’s, a mountain above Domino’s, but still not as good as Grimaldi’s, Round Table, Woodstock’s, Franky’s(for my Chico peeps), or most pizza places in New York with a four-star or greater rating… The spicy pepperoni is good, and so is the sausage, but the cheese tends to arrive in that plastic-y texture by the time delivery reaches your door(and I’m practically across the street), even though the pizza is still hot. The delivery drivers aren’t very enthusiastic, but I guess it’s not really expected to be excited about delivering pizza :) The phone order-taker is always upbeat and friendly. The ordering process is «easy» because they store your information from your last order(without asking permission first), including your credit card number(!). This threw me off a bit because I never opt to store my credit card number anywhere. For those that love convenience over security, this will seem like a great feature and benefit to you; for me, not so much. I might order Pagliacci again for a late-night craving coupled with extreme laziness and a total disregard for my cholesterol and credit card security.

I left New York in 2006, so I’ve pretty much gotten over the fact I can no longer get a slice of pizza and soda for $ 1.50. Paying $ 30 for good pizza is standard unless you want Domino’s. I do not want Domino’s. I’m so glad Pagliacci is literally across the street. I have implemented«Pizza Friday» to make sure I get pizza regularly. Pizza Friday is the only thing that gets me through the week. I think about it every day and actively look forward to it. The only thing I can even talk about on Fridays is pizza. If I had to pick one food to eat for the rest of my life, it would be pizza. They know who you are based on your phone number as soon as you call, and can see your past orders. I thought it was bad enough the pizza place knew who I was and what I wanted to order as soon as I called, but I think I hit a new low when I walked in to pick up the pizza and the girl at the counter goes: «hey Kate! It’s been a while since I’ve seen you. Normally your boyfriend picks up the pizza.» They have my business as long as there is one nearby.

I’m a New Yorker and there is nothing I love more than a good thin crust. This overpriced collection of toppings seved up on cardboard does little to satisfy. If you believe two large pies and side salad should run about $ 50 then, by all means bon appitite. At least it is better than Pappa Johns!

Pagliacci is my favorite pizza on the west coast. It’s weird that it is a local chain upholding some serious standards, but I can’t argue with the results. The crust is perfect. They use high quality toppings(I particularly like the Mama Lil’s Peppers). They have a really efficient phone ordering system. They always have my pizza ready when they say they will. Needless to say, I eat here regularly.

So tonight I called in my order. Clearly the guy on the phone HATES his job. That was not only the WORST service I’ve every received but apparently he was in a hurry to get me off the phone and almost missed the opportunity for an up-sale. Didn’t ask if I wanted a drink and made me feel stupid for asking about types of pizzas and what come I add items. Nevertheless I guided the conversation and wrapped it up as quickly as I could for his pleasure. I live in Kirkland and will NEVER purchasing from this establishment again!!! Word on mouth is a powerful tool my dear friend. Cheers

As far as chain pizza joints go, this one is pretty good. The Juanita location doesn’t have tables, but it is has pickup and they can deliver from there. We got pickup since the delivery times were in excess of an hour: the wait time for picking up was only 20 minutes. Customer service on the phone was pretty good, and it was also good when I went to pick up the pizza at the store. The pizza is pretty pricey for chain pizza, but you do get a better quality product than other places. That said, $ 20+ for a medium pizza is quite steep, especially for flavors that you can easily get elsewhere. Some of their fancy flavors(peach? Zucchini?) are worth checking out though! There are a few spots in the lot for you to park in while you grab your pie.

Let’s be clear — super expensive compared to every other delivery pizza out there. That said, I’ve never seen Dominos offer Uli’s chicken sausage and morel pizza. Really high quality toppings(the sausage and spicy pepperoni are standouts here) and super accurate(if somewhat longer than I’d like) delivery estimates. Normally I’d ding them for not having an online ordering system… but there’s no wait for their(presumably centralized?) phone ordering system. The phone orders are taken in some very quiet call center — I’ve never had to repeat even ridiculously complicated orders — and they do things like remember that the last time I ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza I added spicy pepperoni, and would I like to do that again?(Yes. Yes I would.) Check the frequent pie-er — it’s not always worth doing but sometimes it’s great. There’s also a perpetual special — buy one small pizza, get the second one for $ 6.99(which is generally more than half off.) Great for two indecisive people.

From someone who has consistently ordered dominos out of habit, THISPLACE is light years ahead in terms of sheer pizza quality and flavor. Tasty crust and fresh ingredients. I will never order dominos again for those nights we don’t feel like cooking. Ditch dominos and GOPAGLIACCI’s! Updating to 3 stars… got a little sloppy pizza the other day… not terrible but not great

It’s not bad pizza but overpriced in my opinion. I was on my way home from getting some chores done and not feeling like cooking. I stopped by as I had passed by for years without actually trying it. The kid taking my order was nice and friendly, so a star for that. The place was nice inside and pretty clean so another star. The real problem started when I looked at the prices. I decided on a spicy pepperoni pizza and since I wanted more than a couple slices I picked the 13″ and it was almost $ 20! Seemed pretty steep for such a small pizza with only one topping. Then they told me it would be about 15 mins and I had more chores to finish before it got dark so I asked to have it delivered since it said free delivery and I only lived up the road a few blocks. Boy was that a hassle. The kid had to get a manager, who mistakenly changed someone else’s order first. Then after voiding my order had to redo it all over again. I signed my receipt and added a tip for delivery. They said it would be about 25 mins, which I thought was weird since they had already put in the order and I only lived about 2 mins away but whatever I wasn’t going to wait. The delivery guy showed up about 25 mins later and had me sign another receipt, which I found odd since I had already signed 2 at this point. He said it was probably because they had never had someone come in to order for delivery, which I guess is not the norm. Anyways, it was a decent pizza but that’s it. Not worth the money and not worth the wait for me. I won’t be back.

Pagliacci is by far our favorite delivery pizza. We have ordered from this location several times and have very rarely been disappointed — it is consistently good. My wife always gets the Fresh Veggie — sub in Mama Lil’s peppers on a San Marzano base — its delicious(even for a meat eater like me). I usually try one of the seasonal’s or go with the proscuitto primo. Be sure to check what the«frequent pie-er» deal for the month is which can usually get you half price gelato, appetizer or salad which is always good as an add-on.

I always order take out from this location and never check in so I forget to write a review. Pagliacci Pizza is by far the best delivery pizza around. They are always precise on the wait times when they think they can get it out to you and I mean by the minute. Last night I called and ordered our usual pizza and they said 35 minutes. They showed up at 33 minutes. They got it down. We always get ½ Chicken, Mushroom & Spinach and ½ «12TH Man» The 12th man is delicious and is there off the menu special but you can order it all year. I discovered this one last year during football season and continue to get it all year long. It has pepperoni, peppers, olives, salami & chicken on it — that side is for the BF but I like it too. The chicken, which is my side, is also delicious and even is a little on the spicy pepper side sometimes. I will admit, the pizza is not the cheapest but the quality is definitely there and same with the delivery punctuality.
