I’ve been coming here for over a year for service of my Mercedes. The service is great and they’re always honest with what your car needs vs. what is optional. They’re quick and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend!

I needed to replace all tires on my Camry and was debating which online dealer to use (didn’t want to go the physical dealer route due to bad experience with Sears tire repairs). Fortuitously I ended up with a nail embedded in my rear tire so started looking for a repair spot SOS. Drove in and happy to note the honesty and service. Daniel is courteous and polite and helped me choose the best value even though I was ok to paying more. He extended the lifetime free repair and road hazard coverage in the package. From buying 4 goodyear tires to having them installed, tested and getting an oil change — I was back on the road in an hour. This is when the official Goodyear store won’t handle the same job at twice the time. What can I say — happy to meet these honest folks and will come again.

I’ve been coming to this branch for all my auto service needs for the past year for three simple reasons:
1. The owner and Daniel at the front desk are extremely friendly, honest and helpful. They explain everything with patience and offer a solution for any situation. The owner would even drive immediately to another location to bring parts so you don’t have to leave the car.
2. Their prices are incredible and match the prices at discount online tire stores like tire rack. They always offer all options at various price points explaining the pros and cons of each without being pushy to any specific set.
3. They are honest, they always honor their service insurance and hazard protection completely hassle free, they changed 3 covered tires free of charge last year with hazard protection. Also I asked to check my breaks and even though other service centers were pushing me to prematurely change the pads, the guys here at Elliot explained that I still have more than 10k miles till I need to change them.
Nothing but my respect for be guys here at Elliot, 5-​star. I will definitely continue to come back and bring all my family and friends!

I’ve been taking my cars to Elliot Tire for nearly 15 years, the last 7 of which to the Kirkland location, and have sent friends/​family their way many times throughout the years.
I’ve found KJ, Jeff and the entire team to all be extremely honest, personable, professional and trustworthy. They have always gone above and beyond for me and I think very highly of their automobile and customer service.
After a recent recommendation, my Uncle took his truck in for several repairs. After picking up the truck, one issue was still occurring (it was improved but not 100% the way he wanted it) and after calling the shop, they even offered to come pick up the car so they could make it right. After they fixed the issue (at no additional charge even though it required additional parts) and my Uncle picked it up, he told me «I’ve never had a repair shop apologize when something wasn’t working as expected.» This speaks volumes to the pride that the team there has in the work that they do.
While nearly all of my visits have finished in first time success, we all know that things don’t always go according to plan. However, as demonstrated above, I trust in knowing that the team at Elliot Tire Kirkland will do whatever it takes to ensure that the problem is resolved, often times at their own expense. A testament to the level of service one can expect at Elliot Tire Kirkland.

Wow, you really don’t find service like this much anymore. I called them from the road about fixing my flat tire and changing my oil. My oil system was telling me I needed service NOW. I dropped off the flat and before I even left they told me the oil system just hadn’t been reset like it should have been during the last change. Jiffy Lube down the block forgot to do it. So my oil is fine and good for another 2500 miles. They checked out all the other levels and I was good to go. Couple hours later, I got the call that my tire was fixed. They changed the tire and put my spare away while my toddlers and I sat in the waiting room playing with the stuffed animals and crayons they have there. I went to pay my bill and they told me it was no charge. What?!? I know other places do this too, but this was a big hole to repair! Every single person I interacted with was so nice. Jeff, John, and a couple others. This was my first visit and I’m so glad to know they’re there when I need new tires and in 2500 miles when I need an oil change! Definitely going back!

Great service every time. I’ve taken lots of cars here over the years. (The Ali D. communication earlier … my daughter … was probably a bit my fault). Sometimes, used car purchases take a few visits before the major issues are resolved.

I had recurring car issues for several weeks. Initially, I was upset with service. After expressing discontent, the shop stepped up to help me understand the source of the problems. Literally took me under the car to explain where the source of the leaks were. Really, really appreciate the communication and that they were still willing to service afterwards. The cars driving a lot better now. Thanks KJ and crew for your help!

Beware of upselling. I first went to this business when I had a flat and this was the nearest showing up on Unilocal.They offered and fixed the flat for free, but I was being persuaded to buy new tires even when they had good tread remaining, and used only for 15k files. I went second time for oil change when I received a discount coupon by mail. This time they upsold me an cabin air filter for additional $ 59.99.

My brakes were apparently bust despite a place I went before where they told me they «inspected» them and they were ok not long before. So bust I noticed the screeches. This place was the only place open that time on Saturday and I was in a kind of emergency, so decided to give it a try as I needed the car and my brakes were undriveable. I got them fixed, tires balanced rotated and I have a noticeably nicer and smoother (and I assume whole a lot safer) ride now. This is going to be my goto shop from now on. Thanks KJ.

You have no idea how thankful I am for Jeff and his team! They have helped me above and beyond any sort of customer service I have ever received. They have always been mindful of my financial situation and have worked with me the best that they can. I swear I’ll never go anywhere but here. I’ve had more car trouble in this year alone than anyone should have in 10+year span! And Jeff, KJ, and now Daniel have been honest and straight forward and want nothing but to help. Car trouble is the last anyone wants or needs and Elliott tire is where you need to go for trust worthy dependable work.

For over 10-​years I have trusted the team at Elliott’s Tire in Kirkland to service my two vehicles. Whether it’s a routine oil change or new tires, or an emergency situation due to check engine light or fluid leaking, they always treat me right with quality service and reasonable prices.

I called in to see if I could make an appointment to get my tire repaired, as I had hit a pothole and reinflating it didn’t seem to do the trick. I was told I could come in that day and that there was no appointment needed, and they told me when to bring it in by so that it could be done quickly.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile — the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming! They took my car right away and repaired my tire — free of charge. Would highly recommend going here — they are very friendly and professional.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They are the only place I can go and not feel like I’m getting ripped off. My knowledge of cars goes as far as knowing when something is wrong and I can take my car here knowing I’m only getting what’s wrong fixed, and at the best price. They’ll tell you what else they notice may need maintenance in the near future but won’t lie about the urgency and try to sell you on getting it fixed that day like other shops. Their prices are fair and the staff is amazing. I live down in Federal Way and refuse to get my every so consistently problematic Jetta fixed down there anymore, I take it here and get it back done right.

Let me start by saying that I’ve come here before and gotten good service. But I didn’t question their honesty then.

Now, a different story. Dropped the car off because the brakes felt «off». Got a call back telling me (very convincingly) that I need all tires replaced (he worked hard to sell me on Goodyear tires, saying they are better than Michelins I had on there now), both brakes done (even though I did rear brakes only a few months ago), need a new battery (quote for $ 129, plus $ 30 more for corrosion treatment). I was told I have a cracked control arm (and quoted for labor and parts to replace both). Plus alignment. The total was in the vicinity of 4,000 dollars.
I chose to wait and took the car to Costco, where I got my tires in the first place. There, they told me that both of my back tires are at about 75% life and do not need to be replaced. They also told me that Michelins are without question superior to GoodYear that I was being sold on. I also bought a battery for $ 75, instead of $ 129 Elliot’s quoted me.
For a second opinion, I took the car to the mechanic that replaced the back brakes a few months ago. After looking over the car he told me that I do not need either brakes replaced for a while (and vibrations I felt are normal for the wet NW weather), that my control arm is not even close to needing to be replaced (let along needing to replace both), and set me free to get my front tires replaced at Costco prior to returning for the alignment service, which (of all things), the car actually needs.
Conclusion: If I didn’t take my car in for a second opinion at a trustworthy shop, I would have paid Elliot’s almost $ 4000 dollars for work my car did not need.
You don’t lie to me and try to take advantage of me and get to keep my business. I will never return.

This is the tire service center that I regularly go to, mainly because they send me coupons in the mail all the time. I first went to replace a flat tire; they made it as good as new (or better) but the process cost around $ 300. They were very courteous with me, though, and made sure to follow up with me by phone.
I recently went back for an oil change. They did that, fixed my hood latch, and removed some carbon buildup from my car’s intake valves. This whole thing was about $ 200, but the parts and labor don’t come cheap. The people here do a great job and make my car better every time. They’re expensive but trustworthy.

This is the second time I’ve brought in my car. I’m a single woman and they could take advantage of me but they don’t (I have a mechanic friend who recommends them highly). Not only is the work good but Jeff is a great manager and makes everything very easy. The other guys are super helpful too. Very polite and helpful even with the littlest things (like finding an electrical outlet for my laptop). Very homey atmosphere. It’s nice to know that I have a mechanic I can trust.

This is the 1^st time I’ve gone to them. And these guys helped me out BIG TIME. Not only did they take care of the alignment issue that I had (due to a recent accident I was involved in), but also let me use their loaner car so I didn’t have to get rental car. On top of that, their actual final cost was less than their original estimate. They were friendly and personable. Enjoyed doing business with them. They earned themselves a future repeat customer. I recommend these guys highly.

These guys take amazing care of me and my car! They recommend services that are necessary and do their best to save me money and time. I appreciate the care that goes into my car as well as the incredible customer service. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. Jeff is fantastic!

Most importantly, they are pretty good at disclosing costs. But they are always recommending unnecessary maintenance!
Girl that works the front desk on Saturdays is kinda rude.
Be warned: if you bring in your own parts they charge more for labor than what they would charge for «their» parts!

Elliott Tire Kirkland has always treated me right. Recent oil change visit was due to error of last company (Jiffy Lube) not resetting my oil-​indicator. I asked them to rotate my tires when they did oil change. They found the error, didn’t have to do oil change and DIDN’T charge me for the visit. Thanks very much guys. I would definitely recommend Elliot Tire Kirkland to all my friends, and co-​workers.
