Very rare you find a mechanic that will turn down an opportunity to bilk you for a massive repair and instead replace a filter for free. I’ve sent many troubled cars. Not sure how he makes money because he always seems to do beyond the right thing.

So so impressed with Dorel. He is extremely personable and professional at the same time. He texts me for permission before he does ANY work and tells me exactly what it will cost. He will tell me if a certain service is imperative, or if it can wait. I will never bring my Benz anywhere else!

A friend of mine referred me to Dorels and after having my car serviced there I can’t say enough good things about them. They are fast, friendly, professional and have great prices. Another firm quoted me nearly twice what Dorels charged me. I was impressed how honest they were. When my brakes began making noise another place told me I’d have to replace all the brakes, rotors and several other components. Turns out the pads had worn down (after 60k miles) and everything else was fine. Because brakes are a safety issue I was very pleased that they encouraged me to come in immediately.
This is the kind of neighborhood business everyone should support. They are easy to work with, never over charge you and treat you like they’d treat their own family. I have been looking for a mechanic of this quality for a while. I owe my friend dinner for letting me know about Dorels.

My family has been going to Dorel’s for years. Since finding him, we have never even considered going anywhere else. You cannot find a kinder, more knowledgeable, or more honest man to take care of your vehicles. I have heard so many friends tell horror stories about having to take their cars in and I am so very grateful that I don’t have one since we started going to Dorel’s! Cannot recommend him enough.

Dorel’s, has been on working on my entire family’s cars for years! I’ve driven, a Volkswagen Jetta, Chevy Tahoe, BMW and now a Mercedes. He is fair, honest, and the most reasonably priced. I have never had better service. Dorel is so kind and knowledgeable and fast. He is always willing to fit me in when I’m in a bind. There are few mechanics out there that seem honest. He doesn’t ever make me feel like he is up selling me. I truly appreciate Dorel.

Dorel’s name is passed around quite regularly on our church website. Many people swear by him, so I decided to give him a try. Like his business card says, «You’ll come back, guaranteed.» He was right.
The man is honest to a fault. He works on your time, and is surprisingly light on your wallet. Our air conditioning/​fan wasn’t working, so not only did he give us a quick fix with a good price, he took care of some other minor issues like our squeaky brakes at no extra charge. He really works to keep you.
We will continue to give him our business.

I have to agree with my wife on here. I am non-​biased and I think he is great!

Dorel would much rather have you figure out how to fix your car yourself so that you do not have to spend time and money. He will give you the best advice on the cheapest and most effective way of handling any car troubles. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s the best on the Eastside hands down.

Speechless, I have been through many German car specialist and by far he is the best, pricewise. Excellent customer service. You bring your car in and they will work on it unlike some shops that charge 5 hours of labor and 2 hours spent on smoking and playing around. When he quotes you the price you will be assured that it is an accurate price, and no hidden fees.
Take your car in and you will not be disappointed.

I have been taking my car there since he was in Totem Lake. Dorel is very honest and has always taken care of all my cars. I own an Audi TT and a Audi 200 and an BMW M3. He is honest and the price is reasonable.
