Marco’s Pizza

Still on our search for great pizza delivery… We ordered a meat lovers, a pepperoni and an Alfredo. The meat lovers: was ok… good enough to keep and reheat the next day. the alfredo: we could not taste any alfredo and it literally tasted like rubber, The pepperoni: was kind of tasteless and I quote the hubby «are you sure they didn’t get this from dominos?»
we will keep searching for a good pizza delivery place.

This was my 1^st time eating @ Marcos. Ordered the pizza online and the pizza was ready in 15 minutes! Tasted great for a reasonable price. Will visit again we give 5 stars if they delivered to my house.

Always ready on time and fantastic taste. Love their chicken fresco pizza and subs! They load their pizza and fresh and quality ingredients.

5÷21÷15) the worst service I have received today. Called in a pick up order and still waited ²⁰⁄₃₀ minutes after the «30» minutes they said they would take. Thank you for the cold pizza and apologies… I realize it’s Friday and your slammed but please staff accordingly. You have a great tasting pie but your customer service failed today.

There’s a guy at the front who is really struggling to take a phone order when I walk in. (Not a good sign.) When we order it takes three tries to «a meatball sub and a dr. pepper». Not trying to be rude but there is either a language barrier or a hearing disability involved. Based on the other reviews I’m really not sure what goes on here. They have zero customers in the shop and four guys working in the back. And when I asked for ‘a cup with ice’ for my soda it took two tries. Let’s not even talk about the fiasco that ensued when I asked for the wifi password!
While waiting for my sub I hear them talking about the pizza they will make for them selves… Not lack of communication there. They made their requests on the first try! Weird. Really weird.
Hey my sub came! (No plates offered, sigh.) The bread was warm and crunchy but half of the sub’s sauce and meatballs were cold. So, in a nut-​shell, it’s done to Italian food what McDonalds has done to burgers. They claim ‘authentic Italian’ but let’s keep it real. It’s a quicky-​food item for cheap.

This was our favorite place. We ordered pizza at 5:30 to be delivered at 7:00. They delivered a veggie pizza an hour late not even close to what we ordered. After 5 phone calls and Dustin manager not caring that our children did not eat — they got here at 9:20. Never again!

Marcos Pizza is our goto delivery place. They load the pizza with quality toppings and customer service is always great! The garlic parmesan added to the crust is awesome! The delivery drivers are always kind and courteous. Love it!

Such a shame. I really like Marcos pizza over the other choices but I just can’t order from them again. After the 4^th time delivering my pizza to the wrong house i have had it with them. I called and confirmed my address at the time of ordering and still it goes to another house. I spoke to the manager about it and he said that it was a problem and again confirmed my address but yet they get it wrong. So they said there are 2 addresses under my phone number and they deliver to the other address every time first. WHY!!! I have asked them to fix the problem repeatedly and they have reassured me 3 times this problem has been fixed. Well, this 4^th time I just rejected the pizza and ordered from their competitor. I told the manager I won’t order from them again and he seemed to be fine with that. Oh well, if you can’t manage your store then you can’t earn my business.

Not only is their pizza very good, I’m out of their delivery area and they still deliver to me. Kudos to Marco’s Pizza

Let me say that I’m pretty picky. I review things taking in mind many factors. My lady and I moved into the neighborhood a short while ago and in our apartment was a box for a free pizza from Marco’s. I thought that this had to be good stuff if they’re offering a free one. I wasn’t disappointed. The whole crew there were great. Quick service. Most important, pizza was great. Would recommend to anyone.

We arrived at Marcos after saying no to $ 5 frozen pizzas at the nearby Target.
The sales girl was helpful… she told us what specials were available. We ordered a large pizza for $ 10 (normally $ 15), half regular pepperoni, half «Pepperoni Magnifico» (the mini pepperoni). We were told that the pizza would take 15 minutes.
After getting a drink at nearby Sonic and waiting another 5 minutes, our pizza was ready. We were happy with the wait time.
I noticed another customer who arrived before us and was still waiting told me he had been waiting for his order for 40 minutes. The place seemed a bit disorganized.
We took our pizza home, and it was VERY greasy. The taste was good, the sauce and cheese not overly done. The mini pepperonis curled-​up into small cups and had a small amount of liquid/​grease in each one. The large pepperonis were greasy as well.
More grease normally means fatty, cheaper meats. I like that Straw Hat pizza, for example, is not greasy at all.
It all depends on what you want. If you want good tasting pizza at a good price, get Marcos. Just lay a couple of paper towels on top and do a flip-​over before you consume.

The store manager was very helpful. I told him it was my first time at Marco’s and he gave me coupons even though I had none and gave me free cheesy bread. The pizza was delicious and fresh, the cheese was very good, the crust was just right and the sauce tasted well. I am definitely coming back.

I went here on a Friday afternoon, about 5 PM. Place was empty. I walked up, no greeting or anything of the sort. Went ahead and ordered a medium cheese pizza and a drink to sit and eat. Not 2 minutes after I sat, a lady with her children came in, and was greeted. Perhaps she was better looking than me, so she was greeted and I wasn’t LOL (that was a joke).
I was waiting for my pizza for about 20 minutes. I noticed the young woman got her pizza before me, which was strange as she had ordered well after me. I waited a few more moments and went up to ask what was going on. Apparently the servers had given my medium cheese to her, which her children started eating, and I don’t blame them, and they hadn’t prepared her large hawaiian. How this happened is beyond me, perhaps it was a human mistake, but mixing up a medium plain with a large hawaiian is somewhat strange.
After some wrestling for a refund, the cook just said yeah we gave her the wrong one nothing we can do.
I am not one to ask for handouts, but perhaps a 10% off your next visit or something of the sort would be nice. Maybe a sorry we messed up. But hey, what do I know?
Horrid service. I didn’t try the pizza, and likely won’t, especially with the service I got on this visit. Take your business elsewhere, you will regret coming here.

It’s just OK. I really can’t rave about it — Katy seems to be short on really good pizza.

We see the Marco’s delivery cars on a daily basis so decided to give it a try for the first time today, lunch time on a Saturday. Delivery time not super fast, it arrived lukewarm (definitely *not* hot), lid had been smashed down with cheese adhering to it, and the worst part, it was like the pizza had been held vertically… was completely squished down toward the bottom with half the pizza folded up and cheese and sauce coming off. This could have just been a one-​time (really) bad experience, as the flavor was pretty good… but considering it is not particularly inexpensive anyway, we won’t be trying a 2^nd time.
