Things Remembered

I love the idea of this store — keepsakes engraved with your special message. However, I think it is a little pricy and the floor displays were not fully stocked. I really wanted this particular 5×7 frame, but the worker could not retrieve it from storage because she had to man the kiosk. I settled for the 4×6 frame and the engraving came out perfect with straight lettering.

I’ve actually wanted to purchase something from Things Remembered for many years but never had the opportunity until now. I adore things that are engraved and/​or personalized. When I found out that Things Remembered had opened at Windward Mall this year, I decided to make my first purchase. I selected a great leather wallet that has an attached money clip — engraved with his initials. Love! The salesgirl was so helpful and the selection at the kiosk was so fantastic that I was compelled to pick out two more gifts (engraved again!) for two other family members. The prices are reasonable, the items are pretty, and the engraving turnaround was quick. Even though it was a couple days before Christmas, they were able to finish the engraving with only an hour wait — which worked out perfectly, as I simply finished my Christmas shopping while my «things remembered» were completed.
