This is the place where I usually go for a hair cut. Its clean inside but not enough parking spaces outside. All the employees are friendly I would say, not all of them are good at English but they are good at doing their job. This young guy at the desk, I think his name is Edward, is kind of rude. Other than that this place gets your job done. Don’t forget to check-​in online before you go there so that you don’t have to wait when you reach there.

Had to wait for 1 hr to get a hair cut. The lady that was cutting my hair didn’t even listen to what type of hair style I wanted, she started to do her own thing.

They do a good job but they should designate parking spaces for their store. Only 2 people inside getting a haircut and 0 parking available.

This place is really helpful if you are working on how to improve your patience!
You go there and think, aah there is one guy ahead, OK I am after him. Then all of a sudden the VIPs show up with electronic «check-​in» and you fall back in line. I think they should have one numbering system running sequentially for both electronic or personal check-​in and just call the number to avoid all this silliness. It’s hair-​cutting for god’s sake; it won’t be long before someone creates an app to check-​in for toilets, just to let the VIPs know which urinals/​stalls are empty.
I’ve found a better and cheaper place, so my patience is still a work in progress.

I just moved to Irving from Denton where I was a regular of Great Clips on Teasley Lane for six years. Since I have received great cuts there I decided to look for a Great Clips in Irving.
Nidia of Great Clips on McArthur Blvd. was very attentive to listening to me explain about how I liked my hair cut. She also offered a few ideas in helping me grow out my hair while keeping it well groomed in the process.
Who says you have to spend a fortune to get a great cut?

The service sucks. Your wait time here will be way more than expected time you see while check in. I don’t really see any use of the checkin and when you ask then they will give you excuses and won’t respond properly. Should improve their customer service at this location. Be prepared to wait here.

This is the first great clips I’ve ever been to that didn’t accept coupons. Not only that but they charge $ 16 for a haircut while other great clips charge $ 13. Starting to think this isn’t a great clips at all.
Update: although the above remains relevant, I have found a couple good hair stylists here. I go back when they have company wide promotions.

I brought my toddler up here with a coupon that I received in the mail. Upon payment, the coupon would not scan. He didn’t bother to call customer support or offer any sort of resolution. He just insisted on payment of full price. So don’t get lured in here by a mailer.

This is one of the wost hair cuts i ve ever had. Not only i had to sit for 45 min to get a hair cuts, the barber almost pealed the skin out of my neck. The people who work here are very rude.

By no shred of my distorted reality do I even believe that I’m a handsome person, I’ll be perfectly blunt, If you stare at me for more than 4 seconds you might choke on your own gastric juices, so the last thing a feverishly despicable looking Mongoloid like myself needs, Is a lopsided haircut.
Why on Gods green earth, would I need to be Silly looking as well as scary? I thank the women who decided it would be a clever idea to cut one side of my hair longer than the other, but I do not believe this is a well thought out business practice. This place is still open doing mock cuts, I’m not sure why Unilocal has em closed but it’s probably in the publics best interest Maybe they should be.
