I have ordered from this location several times and the delivery took over 90 minutes every time. The next time I ordered my Pizza to go. When I went to pick it up they had not even started fixing my Pizza. Every employee looked and acted like a thug. They were rude and disrespectful with bad attitudes. I will never go back to this location again. I have since driven to the Euless location 15 minutes away. The Euless store is clean and the employees are friendly and act like they love their jobs.

IFZEROSTARSWASANOPTION, I WOULDUSEITHERE Ordered a pizza 1 hour and 18 minutes ago, the location is less than 3 miles from my house and we are still waiting. I know, shame on me for not going to pick it up. I could’ve crawled backward and made it there and back by now. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, we were told they were«short» on drivers and we couldn’t cancel our order. Even more concerning, our pizza was presumably made well over an hour ago. Fingers crossed they don’t show up.

Pan pizza raw dough, absolutely zero sauce! Was dry as a bone! First and last order from this branch.

TL;DR: Order somewhere else. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this Domino’s, both times delivery. And the second time with a bad experience. The first order, dated July 24th, I received my meal half an hour *after* the Domino’s system showed it as delivered. When I got it, the salad looked like it was a week old, they didn’t give me the ranch I ordered, and the Chicken Carbonara had onions on it even though I specifically requested«no onions». Today’s meal was the Chicken Parmesan sandwich and the Chicken Carbonara, again with no onions. While they seemed to have gotten the order right(well, I haven’t eaten the Carbonara yet so not sure about the onions), they again waited half an hour *AFTER* they indicated the order was delivered to actually give it to me. They didn’t even send it out the door until I called them and asked where my order was. On top of that, I received the order and the sandwich and pasta were both warm(not hot). I give points to the manager, Chris, for attempting to make it right, but I think that Domino’s corporate needs to review that store… especially during lunch hour.

Pizza was good and my order was ready when I arrived for pick up. The spicy pineapple chicken was disgusting and burnt. This location may be franchise owned because you have to pay for Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes.

Remember when the company took out those ads saying how bad the old version of the pizza was? I don’t think these folks for the memo that things had changed. Pizza was really gross. Tastes like it had been prepared in a cheap metal pan because it had some weird metallic aftertaste. I was half afraid to eat it. Wings were better than average.

Thought we would give Dominos a try. Haven’t used them in over 15 years. The website seemed to be a big improvement over Papa Johns, but was store called back and cancelled order because they don’t deliver to the address entered in the website. Too must hassle, we’ll stay with Papa Johns.

I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully by a delivery service in my life! **Another Manager, Miranda, gave me a follow-up phone call to address my complaint first thing this morning and was extremely understanding and apologetic for my experience. She explained that there would be an inquiry into the event and the Manager in question, and that if there was *anything* should could do to rectify the situation she would do what I asked. Sadly, the distaste is so strong in my mouth right now, I don’t think I’ll ever touch a slice of Domino’s pizza again in my life — but I do appreciate the gesture and am frankly impressed by the promptness and courtesy of her response. I will not be removing this review, because people deserve to know about this and make their decisions about where they provide their business in the future. Followup: I was under the impression that my pizza was on it’s way, so when I called at 2:55am imagine my surprise when the *Manager* said he hadn’t sent it out — that he didn’t under stand how: you people can get so upset over a stupid pizza”(I don’t know, I’ve been bedridden and unable to eat for days due to illness, not that it’s your business!) and was«Not surprised I was single» !! EXCUSEME? This location needs to just shut down, and I hope this man never finds work again. Lord knows I’d rather be single than be a dimwitted middle-aged manager of a floundering pizza delivery business that can’t even do my job right. But, hey, to each his own. Original Post: I don’t usually order from Domino’s, but it was 12:30 and due to circumstances out of my control, I did was not able to have dinner. I was so relieved to see that they ordered until late night. I called and placed my order with no trouble, and the clerk was kind enough to inform me that«due to crime in the area, I would need to meet the delivery man at the front gate». Fine — Fair notice! I got my keys and card out and waited for the call! At 2am, I finally called to see what had happened to my pizza! The *manager*(mind you) answers the phone and says«We’re closed». I explained that I never received the call for me pizza. He says«The delivery man came to your door and a man answered and said he didn’t order any pizza». Let’s be clear — I LIVEALONE! Unless the ghost of Christmas past is answering my door for me — *They screwed up*. So here I am, at 2:20 am — after one of the worst days of my life and ALL I wanted was some stupid pizza. And YES the manager said he would deliver my order for free now. But what do you think the chances are that the ENTIRE Domino’s staff has spit and rubbed their pubic hair on my pizza Just because THEY screwed up. They can deliver it for free all they want — I will not be eating it.

Pizza was made wrong, no apology. NONE! Not even a casual acknowledgement they made a mistake. Great they got me the order fast, but perhaps they could put the toppings on next time. Never will order from again.

Their pizza gave me food poisoning. I don’t really trust that location at all and you’re much better off getting your pizza from Mario’s Pizza down the street

Always a great ordering. So fast. HOWEVER,… unfortunately due to some new crowd you will be required to pick up your food you ordered for DELIVERY from the street. yes, the STREET. not lying. That is because they stopped delivering to apartments after dark. It wasn’t even dusk yet, it was just after 730pm. yes! the driver called us that we need to WALK and PICKOURFOODUP at the gate because due to SAFETY issues they can not deliver the DELIVERY order even though we PAID for it. Apparently the poor drivers have been robbed a few times. We tipped the driver well. I felt bad for him. VERY bad! This isn’t even the hood!

It’s kinda a busy place so had to wait for sometime at the store for pick-up; otherwise it is a regular Pizza place. The pizza was cooked well and tasted good, not bad for M-Th 7.99 Large 3-toppings carry-out pizza.

Seriously, if your going to hire somebody that can not understand the English language maybe have them doing something besides taking phone orders. I had to ask for somebody that understood English after struggling for 5 minutes. That person did great, I feel bad for the person that was put into the position of taking orders in a language they struggle with. That’s a fault of management not the employee.

Miranda is, hands down, the most difficult manager ive encountered in a LONG time. She tried to insult my intelligence-bc the dominoes system didnt recognize my address for delivery and changed my order to pick up-by trying to act like it was something I did incorrectly. CLEARLY I know how to choose the delivery option… then I brought up the reviews on Unilocal about a previous customer with the same problem and she blew me off. I asked about a discount or a 2liter for my hr wait and trouble and it was like talking to rolls of used tissue paper… full of ‘it’…Lastly I told her there must be a system issue bc of previous Unilocal reviews about it not recognizing apt #s and shes like not at my store… shes right… not at her store will I EVER order again… traggedy at its best

I have a recurring issue with dominos screwing up my delivery orders. I like exta sauces, etc. and 75– 80% of the time even though I leave a note on my order they short or even forget it.. A few times I told them to bring it back after I had already paid them & they never showed back up, so now I refuse to pay them & hand the food back to them & I will pay them when they show up with the right order

What can I say it is a Domino’s Pizza. The pizza was the usual that you get, nothing out of the ordinary good or bad. But when I am traveling and ordering food from a chain I expect the standard food and ease of use. The highlights were the online ordering which was fast and worked well. The delivery was fast with polite and normal looking delivery staff.
