This was the worst experience we have had yet. We have ordered from this location plenty of times, but it has gone downhill the last two. We waited for over an hour for our pizza. When we got it, one was under cooked and cold, the other was completely wrong in general. I don’t normally write Unilocal reviews, but this was needed. Don’t spend your pizza money here. Papa Johns is much better.

One and one-half hours after ordering, guy shows up and sticks a credit card receipt at me. I know it isn’t 30 minutes or it’s free anymore, but an hour and a half?! Driver left with the pizza. I think he expected a tip.

I went in to this dominoes to carry out and the only problem I have is the guy making the pizza wasn’t wearing gloves while making my pizza. Then he left from making my pizza to answer the phone and went back to making the pizza without washing his hands. Then sneezed while making it and still didn’t wash his hands. Im disgusted.

FYI everyone, this Midway Domino’s is now at the NW corner of Walnut Hill and Marsh. This one is now worst than terrible. I wanted to try the new chicken nuggets, total came to over $ 23.00. Ordered three boxes, waited 15 – 20 minutes, and finally someone said«what did you order?» My chicken was sitting under a heat lamp for 15 minutes. I checked the order and of course it was wrong, one box had boned wings in it. The SCOTTSPRADLIN said it would take 5 minutes to make the ones I wanted. I asked if they could if they could re-make the two I wanted sitting under the heat lamp for 20 minutes and they said«NO.» If it takes 5 minutes to make wings, why did mine take 20 minutes? I didn’t want it anymore and asked for my money back. The MANAGER, SCOTTSPRADLINSAIDHECOULDNOTREFUNDCREDITCARDPURCHASES. Anyway, HE forced me to take some cold, dried out terrible wings in 4 boxes with 4 sauces, I asked for a bag, and SCOTTSPRADLIN said, «WEDON’T HAVEBAGSHERE.» So I tried to carry the 4 sauces and 4 boxes in my purse, of course the sauces spilled in my purse and the boxes opened up with wings all over my car. There were at least ten employees walking around, totally confused, and SCOTTSPRADLIN said to me — «IT’S OK, WEKNOWWHATWE’REDOING,» which obviously meant they did not. Think I’ll stick with Pizza Hut… Yes, now I see from the last review that the Manager was the same one I dealt with, SCOTTSPRADLIN, who refused to give me a credit refund and forced me to accept and carry 8 items of cold food with no bag. Pathetic. UPDATE: The manager Scott Spradlin, refused or is afraid to speak to me on the phone. When I called about my refund he told his employees that I actually HADTOBRINGINTHEBOXESWITHUNEATENFOOD to prove we could get a refund. I drove the 8 miles to his Dominos, brought the nasty food, showed them the Domino’s promise — Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino’s Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money. I finally got my refund. The employees also said they did have plastic bags.

Avoid this place. I have been up to now a Dominos guy and have ordered a lot from this location. But my last experience was unbelievable. This Dominos completely screwed up my delivery order Wednesday night and took an hour to send back out the right pizza. I never got an apology or a «we’ll try to do better next time». Instead two days later when I called back to complain, the owner/franchisee/manager/whatever he is Scott Spradlin would not let me get one word in edgewise before he started going off on me for supposedly giving his staff attitude, which I never did nor was he even there to witness. He then went on about how his delivery guy was the best, which from the simple fact that he gave me the wrong pizza would appear to be a suspect and bias judgment. He was more interested in automatically defending his staff than receiving a complaint from a paying customer. He never once let me speak, and finally drove me to cussat him once out of sheer frustration while he was still ranting. All of this stemming from a mistake HISSTORE made!!! A store that has taken my business almost weekly for two years and then allows someone like Spradlin to treat me, a paying customer in such an abusive, cursory disrespectful manner deserves never to have my business again and you should avoid it as well. There are too many better options for pizza where people are treated with respect and decent service. I’ve placed a call in to the district manager who can hopefully resolve this. I want an apology, not a free pizza, as I have no interest in seeing them at my doorstep again. And frankly I’m worried that someone as unstable as that manager has my address on file.
