Custom Cleaners

First time customer and I can honestly say that I won’t be using any other dry cleaner service from here on out. I was greeted in unison by two well put together ladies. I had a TON of stuff! Anel quickly helped me organize my jackets, from pants and explained the difference between laundred and dry cleaned. On my way home I recieved a phone call from her. They found a hole in one of my pants and wanted to make sure I knew about it which I didn’t. I decided not to have those cleaned. I needed the items the next day and I was in a pinch as I got called into work early! They actually offered to deliver them to me! So friendly, great customer service and my clothes looked and smelled fantastic! Thank you custom cleaners!

Love this cleaners. They are awesome. This place is run very professionally, super clean, very friendly, and does a great job with my dry cleaning. They are fast, and their prices are very reasonable on silks and dresses with their flat 30 percent off when you establish your account. Alterations were a bit higher than my old cleaners but I am very satisfied with everything overall.

This place is by far the best cleaners I have been to this far. The staff is wonderful. Abe is always available to help me even in such short time frame, he makes the impossible become possible. Shout out to Ignacio better know as «nacho» for getting my slacks available for me even when he was super busy due to the early morning opening. Also thanks to Abe’s mom for getting my son’s clothes dry cleaned within 1 hour from dropping them off. Your guys are great at what you do, so thankful to have moved into such an area where everyone takes such great pride in there jobs.

Really excited to have found a great cleaner in my new area. I’ve been in several times now and everything is clean and pressed to my liking. And they are FAST! Everything is typically ready «next day» service. I took in a comforter to be cleaned today (on a Thursday) as it needed an extra large washer and delicate settings, and it will be ready for me on Saturday. When I first came in, they got me entered into their system and they offered me a reoccurring 30% discount at each visit. I’m extremely pleased!

Love this place! Decent prices and great customer service. I get my oversized comforter cleaned there and it always comes back looking great!

I was visiting from out of state and needed to have my dress shirts and slacks dry cleaned. I brought them in in the late PM and had them ready the next day at 11AM.
I had real good convo with one of the guys, he made an amazing recommendation for tacos in «little Mexico». The place he recommended was AWESOME. If I were local, I’d switch to this cleaners in a heartbeat!

Finally glad to find a great dry cleaner! This place is exceptional which I fully expected after reading so many of their reviews on here. They deserve the praise and definitely my business.
I tried this cleaner from a recommendation from my bf and after validating (although not necessary I was just curious) on Unilocal.I arrived and was greeted politely immediately by a woman who added me as a new customer. She gave me a quote and looked over my items that were a couch slip cover and 6 large couch cushion covers. She explained to me the cleaning process and gave me a great price. I called a few other cleaners that quoted me more.
This cleaner had my items ready within two days which is reasonable because I dropped it off mid afternoon on a Wednesday and picked it up at 5 that Friday. The gentleman that took my payment also brought my items and placed them in the trunk of my car. Very polite and I appreciated the extra effort.
Sometimes it really is about the little things that businesses do for their customers. My items were well cleaned too. Next time and every time I need a dry cleaning I’ll be here. Really recommend this place!

They did an excellent job cleaning my clothes! Everything is nicely pressed. I had two oil spots on my favorite skirt and they’re no longer there! Will be using them from now on.

You wouldn’t think that finding a good dry-​cleaner would be difficult, but it was. I should have checked Unilocal first. I underestimated Unilocal on this one and did not utilize it. Like an idiot, I just tried random places.
They have great hours, same day service, speak English, and do a good job with the clothes.
They are located on the non-​busy side of the street. I can get in and out and on the highway in no time.

Abe has reached out to me after my initial review. He has offered to clean my down comforter again along with my lab coats. Since we have cleaned our comforter recently, we will keep their offer in mind! Thank you for attempting to fix the problem.

I never thought I would be giving a dry cleaner a review let alone an outstanding review, but then I never thought a dry cleaning crew would be so good that they greet me by name whenever I enter the door. These guys give seriously great service — I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I’m impressed by this place. The service was friendly and professional. They gave me a 30% off coupon on my first visit, and even recommended the service for a cheaper and better way to clean my husband’s white shirts. When I went to pick up my clothes they even took my clothes to my ca. I’ve never had that service at a dry cleaner’s place. I will most certainly be back here!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with a dry cleaners. They are very reasonably priced and do quality work. They also remember me when I walk in and welcome me by name.
I also appreciate how quickly they are able to dry clean my clothes. I’ve never been to a dry cleaner that is so efficient. Overall, I’m very pleased with custom Cleaners.
Oh I almost forgot… they always bring out my dry cleaning to my car for me. I’ve never seen such customer service!

I’ve been going to Custom Cleaners for a little over a year now. I’ve always been real particular about dry cleaners. I had one in Houston that I would drive out of the way to when I lived there, even though it was in the middle of a random gas station/​strip mall, because they took care of me and my clothes. When I lived in Manhattan, I had a high-​level and high-​cost service lose shirts, and more egregiously, iron on identification labels onto my clothing (that can’t be removed!) without my permission.
I’m always, always, always skeptical about a new dry cleaner, because I’ve only ever had the good dry cleaner in Houston — up until I found Custom Cleaners. Let’s be honest — Unilocal reviews can be taken with a bucket of salt sometimes. However, the great reviews of Custom are spot on.
They are quick, courteous, well-​priced, and they do an exceptionally good job. My prior dry cleaner in Mansfield charged me extra to place collar stays and to pin the sleeves on my shirts, and then forgot to do it half the time. The level of service for my items is extraordinary and the turnaround time is incredibly quick.
I feel like we gloss over our dry cleaning choice as an inconsequential one — but when we’re talking about expensive garments that are usually part of our livelihood, delays can be costly or affect our lives.
Glad to have another great one in Custom.

One word: EXCELLENT. I have been using this cleaner for over 8 years now and have only had terrific experience; not had a single issue with anything they have done for me. The service is #1 as well as they greet me with a smile and by name and have me in/​out fast. Prices are reasonable and would recommend them hands down.

Finally, I found a cleaners in the DFW area that performs the job as requested and not as they want to do. Since moving here I have tried 3 other dry-​cleaners and each ruined a something because they did not follow my request.
Thankfully I found Customer Cleaners. Want my polo shirt dry cleaned instead of laundered? No problem, they make note of this and the instructions are printed on the ticket. And guess what, upon pick up it is done as requested. (Wow, what a novel concept). Want my jeans dry-​cleaned (yes, I dry-​clean my jeans) and pressed without a crease? No problem; again they make note of this and the instructions are printed on the ticket. Again, upon pick up the jeans are cleaned and pressed without a crease. Perhaps I’m a little picky about my clothes but it’s never been a problem for me prior to moving here.
In addition to listening to their customer, they are quick. I’ve dropped off 8 – 10 items in the morning (I think 7:30 is the cut-​off) and it’s ready for pickup on the same day after 5pm. I love that they put a plastic collar guard on every shirt I take in there (both laundered and dry-​clean). What a great touch that is above and beyond in my book.
Morning, noon or evening, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. While they do not offer a drive through service, they are very helpful when it comes to getting your cleaned clothes from the facility to your vehicle. Price wise, I cannot tell a difference between them and the other places I have used in DFW. Because things are done as requested I feel that I’m getting a better value for my money. Lastly, I appreciate the fact that the place does not smell of cleaning chemicals.
