Slow service-​Girl behind the counter picking up the slack for her coworkers. Needs more organized.

What a joke! This place closes way earlier then its posted time. Came up to a locked door at 3:30 on a Saturday. the sign on the front door clearly says they close at 4. Pulled on the door and only got angry glares from the two employees… i wonder if the manager knows they are doing this? I bet they do not mind getting paid to not have to deal with anyone.

Wow. Saturday is the only day we have to do chores, came here 350 pm and the store was locked and chain was pulled down already which is odd,… considering the store closes at 4 there were 3 other customers with us looking to see why the store was closed alreaf. The very large employee inside glared at us with hateful stare.
Horrible for an UPS store! Store closes at 4. Which means you lock at4. Not at 345 and start cleaning up and pulling you chain curtain down. I want customer set vice to contact me ASAP

Wow… I walk in and both girls ignore me like I wasn’t here. One was even on her personal phone talking to a loved one. (she said, «love you» before she hung up).
Once one acknowledged me it was quick to return the Uverse equipment. Sign 2 papers and I’m out.
Customer service needs some attention when customers walk in, especially if they standing at the counter in plain view.

I feel like brick & mortar UPS stores are not that common anymore, but they should be with USPS sucking more and more everyday. Anyways, expect a wait at this location, usually, I’m behind a couple of people in line while there are 2 employees. I’ve never experienced bad customer service but I’ve seen a ton of customers go in without ALL the info they need to make inquiries or requests. I’ve shipped a large box to Vegas a week before my trip to the hotel for less than a carry on/​checked baggage costs, awesome! I go to this location for drop offs & receipts for drop offs.

I’m not sure where to leave the review for delivery as I do not know if the stores do the delivery, but this is the closest one so I’m going to leave it here. UPS had the smart idea to leave my package at the front door of a big apartment complex while I was on vacation. Most delivery services would leave it with the office. Sure enough it was stolen or thrown away by trash valet. Cool, now I gotta wait 8 days for a response then up to two weeks for refund.

Worst UPS ever. Needed to drop off a package about a week before Xmas. Waited so long to be helped. The line was out the door. There was only one worker doing EVERYTHING. Not his fault, but management should know better. Its the holidays. Should have gotten some holiday help. Slow! Slow! Slow!

How does one end up with 100+ check-​ins at a UPS Store? I’m sure there are many ways but for me it’s because I have a mailbox there. This review deals solely with renting a mailbox from the UPS Store. Unfortunately, I’ve never shipped anything from this store.
When I first relocated to the DFW area, I was in ‘temporary housing’ and as a result did not have a Texas state ID. As a result, I could not open a mailbox at a local USPS (post office) as they require an in-​state ID. And why couldn’t I obtain a Texas state ID? Because I did not have a permanent residence. Of course if I had a permanent residence I’d have no need for a mailbox… hmmmm… what an interesting predicament. (good thing we’re not a mobile society where people move across state lines due to job transfers/​relocations, etc… oh wait, it’s 2013 not 1913).
Focus Willis, focus! This review is about UPS… Thankfully, they realize it’s 2013 and understand there is a market to be served. I opened my mailbox there so I would have a convenient place to pick up my mail as I decided on my permanent housing location. Their setup process was simple and fairly affordable (it does require a 3 month commitment). The staff at this location have been pleasant to work with and very helpful.
After setting up the «Change of Address» via the USPS process and website and guess what? They screwed up my forwarding address. As a result I went weeks without receiving any mail from my previous address. After multiple communications with USPS (with no results) I spoke with UPS Store reps to determine if they could help. Ultimately, they put a work around in place that allowed my mail to be delivered. I am very appreciative of the staff at this store and their willingness to help me.
This location has multiple mailbox sizes, it’s all about renting the one that fits your need. I went with smaller mailbox which met all of my needs. Whenever a letter or package arrived that would not fit into my box, they would leave me a note informing me I had something to pick up at the desk.
Lastly, one thing to beware with using a mailbox at UPS (or similar store) is upon canceling the mailbox, mail cannot be forwarded to another address via the «Change of Address» process. For one, USPS WILL NOT do a Change of Address from a business to a residential address (yes, the UPS Store is considered a business and therefore has a business address which is included in the mailbox address). This said, UPS can forward your mail through their own channels for a small fee (after all they are a business).

Absolutely horrible location. Store smells bad and is not kept very clean. Possibly the worst UPS store I’ve visited. With FedEx office across the street, they should really try to step it up. Will be giving FedEx my business.

Awful customer service. I called earlier to ask if I could print out an email there, and the guy says Yes. So I schlep over there in the pouring rain, but when I arrived I found that they don’t actually have printing services — you email them the document, and they’ll print it out themselves. Fortunately, I had my smartphone, so I just emailed the message as I was standing there and told him that what I actually wanted printed was the Word doc attached to the email.
The guy had a sullen attitude from the moment we walked into the store, and it never improved. If anything, it just got worse. He said he couldn’t print it, and I said that it was just a regular Word doc. He shrugged and said, «It just says it can’t print it. Can’t recognize the file.» He didn’t say another word and barely looked at us. Finally, we just said thanks and left. Wasted 20 minutes of our time. I don’t recommend coming here unless you’re really, really desperate to get a UPS mailbox and can’t go anywhere else.
