I’m not sure what the cooks problem was yesterday was but I ordered a few simple sandwiches. two of them grilled cheese for my kids. We were going on a picnic. When we got to the park to eat, I found mustard on all of the sandwiches. On the grilled cheese it was spread between the cheese and melted in. Obviously I did not order mustard on any of my sandwiches or I wouldn’t be writing this review. There isn’t even a place to check mustard on a kids order form. I was the only person in the restaurant. I didn’t have a conversation with the guy. I’ve am baffled.

Over the years, the quality and care that is put in the sandwiches has gone down… nonetheless, it is still a decent place to grab a bite with your friends, but certainly not the best.

Worst Whichwich ever. Went there with my husband and ordered two sandwiches, both of them were horribly wrapped. Sauce were all over the sandwiches and it was just really gross. Shared the experience with a girlfriend and she said she been there a few times and experienced the same.

I love being able to pick out what goes on my sandwich. I switched it up from my usual, the hula, and opted for the turkey club. It was a good sandwich but the meat wasn’t laid out very well. The bacon was squished on the inside the turkey on the outside and the ham in the middle. I wished it was more even buy it was still delicious.

Finally went for the first time and got the beef cheese steak. The ‘price to tasty ratio’ was on point! I definitely recommend adding the garlic spice and spicy mayo. I’ll definitely be coming back for some more!

This place is much better than your average Sandwich shop. $ 6.25 for a 7″ sandwich that tastes much better than Subway. I’d go with Turkey over Chicken as the chicken is deli-meat style. Went here for lunch today right at 12 and beat the crowd, only took 2 min for our two sandwiches. Around 12:30 looking at a 5 – 10 min wait. I once went in ordering for 8 people and they were very helpful in individually packaging them and giving me all the condiments in separate containers. Took 1 star off as ordering(writing on a brown-bag) is a bit annoying.

Finally tried this place, been avoiding it for a couple years because really, who wants to eat your typical sandwich if there are better options around? The ordering is not self explanatory. There’s a big light up sign that says«order here», but you can’t tell them what you want, unlike Subway, Togo’s, Jersey Mike’s, or the myriad other places that do made-to-order meat & bread. They make you write your order and name on the side of a brown paper bag, then shout at you when it is ready(demeaning much?) I ordered the«chicken cordon bleu» because it sounded appetizing but was nothing like it. Just a few slices of average ham and chicken(white meat but not chicken«breast») on bread. At least the veggies tasted fresh. Whear bread was not bad, but didn’t blow me away either. Maybe it would’ve been better if toasted, but I don’t think that’s an option. I may try the Tustin Marketplace location just to see if it’s any better, but really I can have a better sandwich at home in ¼ the time for basically under $ 1. Bottom line: very slow, unspectacular«made to order» sandwiches by people with no personality or customer service skills. Bring on the machines! ! If you’re going to go here, at least use their app to order ahead and save yourself 15 minutes of standing around. 2.6 stars

Miguel is the manager who keeps this sandwich shop well run and takes his customer service seriously. We had an issue with our order and he was very friendly and handled the matter politely and efficiently. Never heard of this chain before but it really is a darn good custom sandwich shop where you customize each order by filling out a slip with sandwich details. Try the turkey w/stuffing & cranberry! So delish! Very good, quality. And, a good manager shows a lot of care for quality control.

Every time I’ve come here, I haven’t been very happy with my sandwich. Compared to the one in Tustin, this location skimped a lot on the filling. There was hardly anything in the sandwiches that I’ve gotten from here, and I’ve been disappointed every time. I don’t come here anymore even though it’s the closer location due to that. The service wasn’t bad, but the Tustin one seems more friendly. The place is clean though, but I prefer the Tustin location.

This review is strictly for the milkshakes, which are so delicious that I cannot believe I did not know about them in the first place as a milkshake enthusiast. My favorite milkshake to get here is the chocolate with an added real banana(not flavor syrup) on the side, which is so fantastic that I need to stop myself from getting one every other day. My only issue with this place is that they are really understaffed so sometimes it can take a long time to get your order, but honestly I’m pretty happy with this business overall. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu offerings.

I’m not a big fan of sandwiches but decided to give this place a try after looking at the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of choices to choose from. In my opinion this is better than Subways sandwiches. We ordered the chicken pesto and sriracha tuna sandwiches. The sriracha tuna sandwich was really good and the chicken pesto is alright. I’d definitely come back when I’m craving sandwiches.

Freshly-made sandwiches?! YES. I absolutely love the ordering process. You grab a bag labeled with the kind of meat you would like and use their red sharpies to mark the veggies, sauce, and size of the sandwich. You basically customize it! Excellent and fast service, although I am not quite sure about the busiest times at this location. I have been here twice now and I ordered their 7″ Turkey Club on Wheat with Banana Peppers, Cucumber, Spinach, Lettuce, Tomato, Spicy Ranch and heated up in their oven. It’s definitely amazing and worth trying! I have yet to try their other selections!

We don’t have a Which Wich in Santa Clarita(how I wish we did instead of the two Jimmy John’ we’re soon to have). The sandwich is such a great deal, I love the ordering style, I love the ingredients. I love the price(medium(enough for 2 ppl). 8.00). If you live near a which wich, there is NO need to EVER at at mediocre Subway.

Sandwiches are a little tricky for me. In my book, there are good sandwiches and then there are sandwiches that you just wish you had made at home. Which Wich falls into the latter category for me. I met my friend here for a quick dinner and as far as sandwiches go, it was just okay in my book. The prices are a little steep but I suppose you’re paying for fresh ingredients and the wide variety of choices. Customization for sandwiches is always a plus. I ordered the Turkeywich which just means that it comes with coleslaw and thousand island dressing. You can get all the toppings you want and I went a little crazy with it and got everything. I also ordered the Shrimp Banh Mi to go for my little sister. My turkey sandwich really wasn’t anything special. I honestly would prefer to go to Subway and get a footlong of the same thing for $ 5. My sister’s shrimp banh mi was pretty good. It came with more shrimp than I thought it would but for that price, it better right? It was also a little too sweet for me but it made for a fast dinner for my sister and my mom at home. I like the huge variety of fresh toppings at Which Wich. I like how I am able to customize everything and I love how friendly the service is. Plus, it’s super fun eating sandwiches out of a paper brown bag. But honestly, it isn’t that much better than Subway. I wouldn’t go out of my way for Which Wich. 3⁄5

Great location. Service is fine, a bit slow, took about 15 minutes for my sandwich to come out. I had the pesto chicken and while I did not really enjoy the chicken, the rest was great. They are skimpy on the meats which is fine with me, I am all about the toppings. And no one has more to chose from then Which Wich. I love filling out what I want on the bag and having my name called no questions asked. Prices are fair for what you get if you love veggies as much as I do. If you get something meaty, no toppings, you will have a tiny sandwich, I get a small for around $ 5, fill it up with tons of veggies and have enough for a snack later as well. Tasty and fresh, I’ll be back

Hmm… Quality seems to have gone down during my last couple visits. Definitely have become a lot less generous with portions — I used to not mind doling out the extra $(compared to subways, for example), but now it seems like I’m paying more for no reason. In addition, the sandwiches have gotten noticeably saltier… And my sandwiches consist of the basics of bread, turkey, and vegetables — no extra sauces, spices, or even cheese. So this confuses me. I downed an entire water bottle after finishing my sandwich last week, and I had the same issue with saltiness today. I’ve noticed both issues during my last two visits, so hard to say that it was an off day.

YUMMY! I was pleasantly surprised to have found such a delicious sandwich place. I LOVESANDWICHES. I’m pretty sure that if I sum up the amount of sandwiches I have ate in my life it would be more than a million. The beauty of sandwiches is mostly due to their simple but delightful variety they offer. You can have a breakfast lunch or dinner sandwich, just change the meat. Haha, but honestly I could live off sandwiches. Which Wich just fueled my passion and love for sandwiches. I found it so creative the way they make the customers mark their wanted ingredients. It saves so much time and limits the complications with the cashier. It also makes it possible for me to add more than 5 ingredients without feeling rushed(I’m looking at you subway) . After filling out my paper bag i waited no more than 5 mins for my Sammy. Oh my was it delicious sandwich. I put marina, pesto, avocado, spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, Swiss cheese and mustard. Which Wich is a great sandwich place. It will be in my top options for lunch especially since it’s pretty inexpensive.

Yes yes yes yes YESYESSSS. I love which wich. Probably my favorite sandwich spot in the irvine area! The service is fast and you basically customize your own sandwich. ^_^ My usual order is the chicken pesto – a sandwich staple in my book! Wheat bread, skinnied(they dig out some of the bread so you feel healthier. Haha), Parmesan, honey mustard, carmelized and crispy onion strings, and A LOT of veggies. I like how they have so many different options for vegetables, it stuffs the sandwich and definitely makes it more filling. Sometimes when I want to treat myself, I opt for the wicked! This comes with FIVE diff meats(oh yeahhhh. Five), which includes turkey, ham, roast beef, pepperoni, and bacon, and THREE cheeses of your choosing! I think it’s so worth it for one extra dollar because if you just got bacon as an extra topping, that’s already a dollar, but you can get 4 extra meats with that same dollar!!! This is why I love which wich haha. The wall is also really cute. I like staring at the bag artwork while I’m waiting for my sandwich; I always find interesting things!

This place is great! If you go to UCI, and live near or on campus, then make this place your best friend! I went in and it’s not too crowded. You grab a bag and a sharpie to check off all of the ingredients you want inside your sandwich. If you want something on the side, you just write(side). Then you go to the cashier and he/she reads the bag and I will have to say that it is pricey, but it is definitely worth it! Perhaps $ 1-$ 2 more than Subway. Admit that paying for quality and taste is better than quantity. The wait is not too long, they make the sandwiches pretty quickly. Their food tastes amazing, and I’m very picky or I guess selective when it comes to eating out. The workers are helpful too, listen to their suggestions. I recommend the pesto chicken and also, the chicken salad. Great subs! Which Wich is a must-try.
