Checked in here after having a horrible experience elsewhere.
Room smelled like cigarette. Graffiti in restroom on 3 locations and graffiti on door frame.
This place seems to be doing upgrades. Workers were around the property fixing stuff. Not sure what as I didn’t pay attention. I did see paint buckets.
Had a nice stay. No bugs. Although I was itchy afterwards. The TV remote didn’t work. Only about 10 working channels.
The pool was only 3FT and had leaves inside.
Fridge helped keep stuff cool. No microwave.

Me and family stayed in this hotel for a month due to move in trouble, and the experience wasn’t bad. If you don’t mind the racist owner or the sketchy vibe throughout. But the absolute worst this about having too stay here is the constant fear of being bit bye bed bugs. We caught several bed bugs and was moved too several different rooms. In every room we found bed bugs, or seen traces of them. Including blood splatter on the sheets, itchy bumps in the morning, or tiny black crumbs everywhere (The bugs waiste).

Its the best quality for a weekly priced hotel closest to LAX.
It has HBO, CNN, and other limited channels. Refrigerators and Microwaves in the room.
Ice is available. I have NOT seen any bed bugs. The maid works hard to keep the rooms nice and clean. The management is kind, but can be challenging at times. Negotiate for the best price per night or on a weekly rate. Their pool and the blue metal railing around the location is very attractive. It is better than most say.

0 stars If I could! bed bugs are a no go in my book. For 80 bucks? Dont let the Pretty pool fool you. Don’t do it!

I checked in around 1 am, after getting off a really long flight. When I got to the hotel, and was yelled at by the older Chinese receptionist because he couldn’t find my reservation, and when I was finally filling the check in papers, I had the pen I was writing taken off my hand, because he wanted my husband to sign something else. And if it wasn’t enough, the room was dirty and the sink did not work. Worst customer service ever!

If you’re looking for relatively inexpensive place to stay near LAX, this is a spot to consider.
Pros:
Pricing comparable to Motel 6 on the same block of Century Blvd.
Free WiFi

Cons:
Room light switches have a strange configuration
Hotel charges for ice due to no outdoor ice machines
Neither Pro or Con (depends how you look at it):

TV is limited to select cable channels and local programming
