Great quality and service. I use the pickup and delivery service and love the convenience. Would recommend the service to anyone.

They did a great job cleaning my down comforter! I had gotten lazy since I moved… not gotten it cleaned and I let my doggies pass out on it (occasionally). I got it back and it smelled brand new (not like sprayed with any smelly scent) and it was white as snow and soft! It was only around $ 16…better than spending $ 150 on a new one.(although you can never have enough down comforters). Employees were very nice too!

I was a long time customer of Pine Cleaners — even with the previous owner. One of my dry cleaning orders got lost by the new owner and I did not have my ticket. Orders get lost at dry cleaners and they usually turn up. I asked the then new owner about my missing clothes and they said they did not have them. A couple of weeks later when picking up a different order I was given the wrong clothes in addition to my clothes. I showed the owner what happened and said this must be what happened to my clothes that were lost. When I talked to the owner and showed him how I was given the wrong clothes and that must have been what happened to my clothes, he got very defensive and kept repeating and repeating «I HAVE NO PROOF WE LOST ANY OF YOUR CLOTHES.» I showed him the wrong clothes that were given to me and again he said «I HAVE NO PROOF WE LOST ANY OF YOUR CLOTHES.» That was the last time I used Pine Cleaners. I lost $ 300 to $ 400 worth of clothes. Everybody makes mistakes and you would hope when they do that they would try to make it right. That certainly did not happen here!

Great service, quality, pricing. Recommend you try the Free pickup and delivery for the same price as if you walked into the store, but you don’t have to burn gas and time picking up your orders! Super easy, super convenient.

Be aware that when you get the $ 20 for $ 30 deal on Unilocal for Pine Cleaners that you have to use the full amount in one visit. We got it planning to use it for one item then other stuff later on. We ended up not being able to use it when we picked up our clothes. After later discussions with the owner, they ended up giving us a store credit since we were unaware of the stipulation, which was very nice. Overall the service is good and they did a good job. The clothes were clean and on time and they did care enough to work with us on the deal we purchased.
