The service here was ok but I hate salons where they yell at you from across the salon instead of coming to the desk to help you.

I should’ve turned around the minute I walked through the door & the chemical smell hit me like a ton of bricks. The pedicure was painful, cuticles were CUT (so wrong!), and the nails were cut too short & rounded below the side nail bed so an ingrown toenail ensued. My nails were not rounded just for this reason… The polish was worn off shortly after. I will not return and will gladly go back across the street to Solar Nails Spa:

9 days later. The gel set has worn very well. I didn’t have any glue or gel on my skin and they have been very strong.

I love them! I always ask for Tammy she does the best everything especially eyebrows. The prices are pretty comparable to very Asian salon.

They stayed late to take me and did an excellent job. I had really bad calloused heals and she really scrubbed to make them soft again. The calf massage was awesome and done with a lot more effort than most places. Just $ 25 for a basic pedicure. Definitely coming back.

This is a good nail salon: excellent location, good parking situation, very good customer service, but zero frills. No frills whatsoever. Possibly even negative frills.
They have all of the basic things a good nail salon should have — massage chairs for your pedicure, a decent selection of OPI/​Essie/​gel polishes, and some yummy smelling lotion for massage time. But they didn’t pay any attention to their aesthetics so you feel like you’re overpaying for their services — $ 50 for a gel mani and regular pedi seems a little high for a salon that doesn’t try a little harder on its décor. I also hate when my nail tech comes in from a break reeking of smoke because it means that I’m stuck smelling the effects of their smoking habit for the rest of my no-​longer-​relaxing manicure.
But in the end, they did a good job on my mani/​pedi and paid lots of attention to me during my service. I thought they were very polite and made sure my nails (finger and toe) were completely dry before they let me leave the salon. Nice people so I’ll probably be back … unless I find a salon with the same level of service and convenience that charges a little bit less.

Love this place! When we moved to Huntersville I had been going to My Day Spa off Ridge Road, but the lady I liked there no longer worked there and I was very displeased with the new girls they hired! So I went on a hunt for a new place and tried out Victoria’s Nail & Spa for no other reason than it was right next to where I grocery shop and tan.
I was placed with Tom on my first visit. I was SO pleased with his massage during my pedi and he did such a great job making my toe nails look great in shape! I returned another time and was placed with another gentlemen. His pedi was good as well, just not as amazing as Tom’s. Upon returning a third time I luckily got Tom again and it was again TO DIE FOR! While he was finishing up on me a lady sat down next to me and requested Tom do her pedi! She mentioned to me how great he was and I agreed!
I know go there weekly to have my nails done with Gel polish for only $ 15! And once a month I get a FANTASTIC pedi by Tom that literally puts me to sleep while he rubs my feet and legs! It’s really the best thing ever! He also has shaped my finger nails into such a beautiful look and I love how amazing and shiny they look when he gets done!
Last note, I love that there is minimal talk in their native language. I know a lot of people that are offended/​annoyed by this and I can understand, because it is uncomfortable. Overall this a wonderful place to get your nail and spa needs done! And the prices are GREAT!

Do not come here! I can understand Vietnamese and the girl that works there who has a brother talks crap about you! Do not come here unless you want to be talked about behind your back and then smiled at to your face…

I have always been someone who sporadically goes to different nail salons due to the fact that I have never felt satisfied with the services provided. However, I have now been going to Victorias Nails every 2 weeks for 6 months! I am honesty addicted to the prompt service, impeccable quality, and kind staff. Never have I been somewhere where 2 attendants work on your mani/​pedi at the same time — Victorias Nails makes me feel like a princess. I hope to never move away from this place!

I have been coming here for over a year now and won’t go anywhere else. They are consistent, friendly, do a great job and are reasonably priced. Friday evenings and Saturdays tend to be busy and you will have to wait, but it’s worth the few extra minutes. The owner is incredibly nice, says hi to everyone that walks in (even when she has a customer) and has added new services. She has also updated the pedicure chairs and décor which is a nice change from when I first started going there. I have never walked out of there unhappy. A great place to get your pamper on!

The service on this busy Friday evening was excellent. I must say, the gentleman did a great job on my gel nails. Well, he filed two of them a bit short, but I will survive. I believe they had about six associates working at the time and they were able to keep customers moving at a steady pace. My wait time was less than 5 minutes so I was a happy camper.
