Israel felt he needed to yell at 8 firefighters who came in to eat. Very disrespectful. Reason he felt he needed to yell was to make sure that everyone had their ID’s if they were paying with credit card. His exact words were, «If your paying with credit or debit, make sure you have your ID or I’m not giving you your food!!» This could of been taken care of by simply requesting their ID’s when they purchased with a card individually, not all at once and so rude.

Houston is the worst place to try and order Chicken wings. You sons a guns consume and require massive quantities of Chicken wings and expect great customer service. There is just too darn many of you!!! They need several giant wing stops as big as a super target store to service the multitudes of chicken wing eatin mfs in this town. Either that or cook your own. Sorry but… Dang.

The whole point of ordering online is for convenience. After receiving the confirmation email with the time for pickup I still had to wait 20min at the store. What a joke.

Still one of the better chicken wings joint in town. The place are all the same. Around 8 to 10 tables for those eating in. But most of their orders are for take out. Mango Habanero and Louisiana Rub are their spicy choices. I stick to garlic Parmesan and garlic pepper which are equally good. The cashiers are all knowledgeable. All in all I gave them 4 stars for the effort

This place is a joke. Placed an order online, wait 40 minutes to get there only not to have my order put in. Wait another 10 for them to fix it, get home and it’s not what I ordered. Call them asking for my money back and the guy says the only way I’ll get my money back is if I bring the wings back. This has to be some kind of joke. What kind of nonsense is that. Should have listened to the other reviews. Best part is while writing this review he calls to tell me I don’t need to bring them back he called his manager and she said it was ok for us to keep them!!! Seriously train your people.

Tonight’s customer service has been the best received since coming to this wingstop location. Typically when a request is made it is ignored/forgotten and expect rolled eyes. I come here at least one or twice a month, I asked Cindy(new employee) to please make sure that the fries were seasoned, since lately I have received them without seasoning. She asked me for under what name was the order under, checked, and confirmed. When I received my order she asked if I could check it. I did and it was perfect. For once, I was actually happy that I didn’t have to leave upset for the service.

I really wish I could give this location 0 stars, solely based on customer service the food is great I love that 10 piece lemon pepper but the employees are under qualified to work there. So I placed an order in person, they told me wait about 20 mins and they’ll be out I wait about 30 minutes waiting for my name to be called its never said so I walk up to the counter and ask if my order is ready yet they tell me «it’s Been ready» thanks for the cold wings.

I love WingStop. With that being said, this place sucks. Placed a online pick up order, and when I got here 12 minutes later, it hadn’t been processed yet. Then I get to overhear how they drink on the job. This place is poorly ran, provides the worst customer service, and the employees are under qualified to work here. The one male employee with a horrendous dye job, is the absolute worst. Uses profane language without regard to guests being in hearing distance. I will be driving the extra 10 minutes each way to go to the wingstop in Sugar Land. Frozen chicken wings are a better alternative than having to come to this location.

The food quality is the only reason this gets 2 stars. I put in an online order and come to find out when picking up, their online orders were not coming in. After waiting longer for this new order, they ended up giving me the wrong type of wings which we checked when I got back to my work for one of my guys. I enjoy wingstop but will not come back to this location.

I’ve been visiting this location for the last 2 years now and the food is generally good, it’s just the service is off sometimes. Today their soda machine isn’t working, but no fear they have canned cokes(Shasta brand) instead and they are charging 75 cents for refills. The cashier tried to convince me to get a combo, but I told her I just wanted the a la carte wings since they were on sale today, and she looks at me funny like I chose wrong… lol In reality, I just don’t want crappy Shasta soda!!.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Food is always amazing but the workers are seriously unbelievable. I came in around 11 on a Saturday night wanting to dine in. I saw they were already cleaning around and putting the chairs on top of the tables. Because of this the people who came in had no where to sit. When I asked if I could dine in and even offer to clean and put the chairs back up after I was done they told me «no» and said that they would«get in trouble.» If this was the case then why don’t they make a drive through. I kept quiet and just laughed at how uneducated these workers were with their job. They let all their customers stand as they waited for their order. I’m assuming these kids wanted to close early, but that doesn’t mean you should let your guests stand. This place is piss poor ran.

I tried to call ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait during my lunch break, but they did not answer then phone the first 3 times I called. The fourth time I called, the guy put me on hold for about 5 minutes. I got tired of waiting so I hung up. I called again on my way there and still no answer. I thought it was weird since it was 2:30, so I didn’t think they would be as busy as they are during lunch hour at 12. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Once I get there, the girl up front was on her cell phone in the back. Once she walked up front I made a comment and said I thought they would be busy since I kept calling and no one answered. She looked at the phone and didn’t respond and instead asked what would I like to order. I brushed it off and just ordered my food. As I’m sitting here waiting, a second person comes up and he’s talking on his cell phone. The 2 people who are suppose to be answering phones and taking orders are more concerned about being on their personal cell phones than actually helping the customers. As the girl hands me my food when it’s ready, she’s playing a game on her phone. This place has HORRIBLE customer service, I won’t ever come here again.

We are a bunch of wing eaters at my office. We order from here often. Usually someone else deals with all of this — but somehow I drew the short straw and had to deal with them. If I’m doing the ordering — I like to get the order in early enough that it gives them enough time to get it done without feeling rushed. This means I had everyone’s order in by 10:30. Online ordering for a group of people seemed to be easy enough, but the darn thing would just NOT take the payment. This means I had to call and make sure it didn’t go through before either trying again or agreeing to bring in cash. I called before 11, and was told to call after 11. I called after 11 and sat on hold for a long while.(This is why I try to order online.) Their online ordering system was down. Their credit card system was down. Cash only. Grrr. I got there at 11:45 as agreed, and my food was being put together — perfect timing. We even asked for half of our fries without seasoning — and they obliged. Our food was ok. The only problem was the ordering system. Oh, and the Louisiana rub was SUPER greasy. Super greasy to the point that it ruined the paper bag it was in.(Had it got my new car seat, I’d have been mad.)

The wings usually taste great I go every week, but today I order online and the wings and fries were cold as hell I order to pick up at a later time and then when I question the manager if they could replace fries she said that there were cold cause I order early, would that mean that if I order for another day they would also cook it after I order it didn’t make sense

I have ordered from here countless times. The wings are great, but this location just cannot get it together when it comes to customer service and fulfilling orders as placed. I have ordered online and in-store for carryout. Every time there is an issue. It’s either the wrong number of wings, the wrong type of wings, the wrong type of sauce, fries are missing, no sauce or veggies, and the list goes on and on… To make matters worse, the employees are always rude, inattentive and unaware of what is going on around them. Talking on cell phones, chatting in the kitchen while customers wait unattended or arguing with customers about their orders instead of doing their best to resolve the issue(s). We all have a breaking point and I have reached mine. I will no longer be a customer at this location.

Food is great as always, but check your orders before leaving the store. A friend and I both ordered the same meal, both ordered two extra regular ranches and we got back to our workplace and only had one each. Our other friend didn’t even get a ranch with her meal.
