This is more than a pretzel. This is a delicious buttery treat. They are the best of the chain pretzel places. Serves up pepsi which is a big plus in my book! Always had good service.

I have put in orders for 30 – 40 pretzels a couple days ahead to this place twice and they’ve been a hit with my friends both times. The timing has been 10 – 15 minutes later than I have asked for pick up both times but I leave plenty of time so it is no problem. I appreciate that they obviously baked them fresh for my order since the last batch was in the oven when I arrived! Original salted is what I have gotten for big orders but I have also had the hot dog wrapped in pretzel and the pizza one with cheese and pepperoni on it — all delicious. If you love pretzels these are indeed good ones to have. This place is in the mall, first floor in the food court area. Highly recommend. The service has been polite every time I have been (maybe 4 times including the two big orders I picked up) and the food has been great. Docked one start for a limited sauce selection — no mustard.

This the second time I are here and it failed to appeal to my taste bud. Sausage looked good and should taste good, but was not. Very dry and I am very disappointed.

The pretzels were great and the workers were clean about handling the food. The regular pretzel was actually better than the garlic pretzel. Really good though. Also they have Icees which are also good, haven’t had one in years.

When Wetzel still had their location at the Memorial City Mall years ago, I visited them alot. Sour Cream and Onion was the ONE and ONLY favor I would get! Oh well, I was pretty disappointed yesterday as I tried to get my favorite favor, they were OUT!!! I ended up getting the Jalepeno and also the Pepperoni ones, and … they were just OK. I looked at the bright side: 1. They stuffed me very very well. 2. I only paid $ 3.62 for both of them as I had a buy 1 get 1 coupon. The staff seemed OK. Again, I just really wished they had Sour Cream and Onion available and I might give them a higher rating!!!

Great pretzels (if they are fresh), but the employee attitudes are horrible. They treat you more like a nuisance than someone who is helping them pay their way through college (or for their next case of beer — I know we all have different priorities).
I’d just like to be able to put my change away before basically being told to leave in a passive aggressive manner (you know, where they start waiting on the next customer the millisecond after they hand you your pretzel and your change).
