My husband and I decided to have lunch together on Monday. Our waiter was so wonderful! He was so happy to be at work, it seamed, he was so full of positive energy; he definitely made our day this experience was so beautiful we’re going back just to see him again!

It is a typical set up of a mall food… low quality in both service and food. The fajita that we ordered did not come sizzling hot as it should.

I love this place. They have great combo meals, discounted menu for two people combo. They have lighter choices(we women love that). Everything I tried so far(and I was there quiet a few times.) was good tasting. Now they have reward points, which gives you one point for each dollar you spend. So from time to time I get an appetizer for free this way. Service is friendly, food takes it’s reasonable time(I always think if it’s too quickly, it can’t be fresh. But don’t worry, it won’t take too long). They have the iPads king of thing on each table to order. This way y don’t have to wait for the waitress. Even thou they stop by often enough to check on you. But it’s a great concept, be able to just order your new beer early enough so you never run out of a drink. Chili’s is everywhere, it has so many locations and I never had to wait for a table. Chili’s is my favorite restaurant because it is convenient, cheap and delicious.

Really good food, but below medicore service, long wait time and the silverware are not cleaned. I waited 45 minutes for my fajitas. But I guess the wait was well worth it. I ordered the mix and match fajitas combo which included chicken breast, beef tenderloin and shrimp. I wouldn’t lie though it tasted really good. I also like how they separate all the sauce on a small bowls so it doesn’t get messy. If you are here for lunch I really wouldn’t recommend it giving the long wait time. Otherwise not too bad. Be sure to check your silverware for dirts and leftover food stains!
25 minutes waiting for a server without acknowledgement! Rude staff don’t waste your time here!

It’s a bit slow but worth the waiting. Fijita chicken is great! Best chicken I ever had. They warmed the plates and all dressing were in separate small bowls. Overall it was a great lunch

Went here on a Friday for lunch, not very busy, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, not too sure why, not much traffic. The wait staff are very polite and are on top of things. Food quality was horrendous, I normally eat at chillies often but for some reason out food was cold and very very salty. I really don’t recommend this location at all. I was really disappointed with my visit.

We were shopping at the Galleria & saw the Chili’s 2 for $ 20 promo. Being weekend eve, we went to sign our name up for 2 at the host station. Told it’ll be a 20 wait. OK, we continued shopping & came back 30 min later. Host asked another hostess & said that our name was already called & they’re on a new sheet, so our name was placed back at the bottom of the new sheet & had to wait from beginning again. I went to wash my hands, walking through the restaurant & saw that half the tables were empty &80% of the tables in the patio was empty. Yet we were 10th in line & still waiting. Imagine what the wait will be from the service staff, if they’re this inefficient up front. We left. Horrible first impression.

Wow the service sucks here. Went today with my two kids. The person at the host station(who I later learned was our waiter) asked how many and then looked like he was going to seat us, but then just walked away when the hostess returned. He said nothing like, «1 adult, 2 kids» or «they want to sit in the „outside“ area» as I told him so I had to repeat it to her. She then sat us almost right next to the hostess stand and said we would have two waiters, one being the guy who walked away. Ok, no problem. We start looking at the menu, and then sat, and then sat, and then sat. No one came to take our drink order. The hostess knew we were waiting and did nothing to speed along the process. I have small kids, they cannot wait 15 minutes to order. Especially when the restaurant is not even 1⁄3 full! Guess Chili’s is a dinosaur waiting for extinction.

The service was horrible! We sat in the area where the bartender is our waitress but she had a stank attitude. Watermelon margaritas is over hype! She use some nasty mushy watermelon ugh overrated much

Been here a few times now. Other than the old-fashioned décor that seriously needs an update, we had a good time here. Food was fresh, yummy, and nicely presented. Service ranges from good to great, price is decent. Not much to comment on. It’s a chili’s.

Overall & Drinks: Didn’t have to wait long with a big party, which was nice considering it being in the galleria. They honor foursquare free chips and salsa coupons. Patron Margaritas weren’t as good as I’ve had at the full size Chili’s and had too much ice, so last half was watery(and Im not a slow drinker.) Had the Crispy Fish Tacos which were great. The sauce they used was the best Ive ever had for that entrée. Would highly recommend it if your looking for something fairly light that will leave you able to continue walking around the galleria.

The service at this location is either really good or really bad, mostly the latter. It’s always hit or miss. I always sit in the bar area, too, so you would think it would be consistent. Not. The food is Chili’s food. So greasy, salt, high fat. It’s what I expect from them. I would give it more stars if the service wasn’t so inconsistent but it is what it is.

I literally did a back flip in the middle of the galleria when i seen that there was a Chili’s inside of it(I didn’t really, I would have broke a hip or something if i would’ve) What makes it better is when I sat down at the bar Football was on and they just tapped Samuel Adams Octoberfest! BOOM my day just got better. The wife was spending all my money shopping and I was getting drunk so I didn’t have to worry about it! I ordered a few appetizers and as always Chili’s didn’t let me down!

I was excited to see Chilis at the Galleria, since it’s not normally something you’d see at a mall. We went on a Sunday afternoon so naturally, it was quite busy. We waited for about 15 minutes before we were seated. Our waitress was VERY busy since she had a lot of tables. She got Mr. S’s meal wrong but once he made her aware of the correction, she was very apologetic and brought the one he wanted in about 10 minutes. After we were done, Mr. S being Mr. S left his credit card there. We figured this out while we were at Brookstone trying to make a purchase. We knew it had to be left at Chilis since that was the last place he used it. After running across the mall, we let the hostess know. He told us he’d let a manager know. 10 minutes later, the manager comes by and asks Mr. S for his ID(to confirm the card belongs to him) and hands him his credit card. We are so grateful to the waitress for being honest enough to hand in a credit card and turn it into the manager, who made sure he was handing it to whom it belonged to.

I always enjoy taking my customers to Chili’s next to my office in LA, so when I heard I was going here with a large group of my co-workers(about 30 guys), I wasn’t to upset… Usually with a group of that size, seating is a nightmare… It actually wasn’t that bad! It took about 5 minutes for them to get the tables together… We sat down and ordered our drinks and meals together to save time… It did take FOREVER for them to bring out our beers /mixed drinks… But I mean come on… 30 people, all different stuff… You have to give them a little slack. Anyway shortly after our drinks came out, the food did also. I was VERY surprised to see that from all our food, one 1 meal was mistaken… And it wasn’t even like they forgot it, they just brought out 1 to many of the same dish! After dinner, we all had a few more drinks, which came much quicker… And one guys was celebrating a birthday, so we had cake and they sang(what they didn’t know was the birthday they were singing about wasn’t until November, and we were just doing it for laughs!). Long story short, my burger was VERY good and hot, the service was decent, and for the size of our group… I thought they did very well!

It’s a good place to have lunch while shopping at the Galleria. You might be quick to get a table but the wait for you food will make up for that. The service is okay; there’s lots of effort made but it could be stepped up a notch. The house salad clearly came from a «salad kit» that you can buy in a grocery store.
