I’ve been here a few times, and have been pleased with the service; however, that is no longer the case. I dropped 10 items off a couple of weeks ago. When I went to pick them up, I was charged over $ 135 for 10 items. I dropped off 10 normal items… no leather or anything special. Two of the items were long dresses, which I was charged $ 19.99 each for. One of them was matte jersey. I could have washed it at home, but just thought it would last longer if I dry cleaned it… big mistake. I also added up all of the tickets, and they did not add up to what I was charged. I called Kevin at the Katy location to discuss the issue. He said that didn’t sound right because it averaged out to be $ 13 per item. He told me he would look into it and follow up with me last week. He never called. I’m really disappointed. I was hoping to continue doing business here because the location is so convenient. Hiring someone to run a satellite location and giving them no authority to make the right decision will be the death of this location. Management not returning phone calls will destroy the entire business.

Do not come here for even the simplest alterations. They send them off-​site. I’ve been waiting 10 days to get my pants back. Ditto on the review about the price and it’s annoying that no one is ever at the counter.

No better or worse than the usual place I take my garments to, but more than twice as much! Way over priced!
