So i go to the subway on Saturday and it was supposed to open at 8. I walk to the door around 8:05 and the door was locked. I noticed two workers counting the money and preparing the food. They noticed me when I tried opening the door so I decided to give them a second to get a chance to open it. I noticed the lady preparing the food go to the back three times to get something but she still didn’t answer the door. So by 8:10 I decided to knock seeing that they weren’t making any efforts to open on time. The first knock was ignored by the lady counting the money so I decided to knock a little harder and finally the lady preparing the food came to the door to open it. I asked her if they were open and she replied yes but the Internet was down so they only took cash. I told her that cash was fine and I placed my order. When I got to the register, the lady counting the money earlier, Rosy, checked me out. I pulled out $ 20 and proceeded to hand it to her when she replied that she didn’t have change. Ok, so you just opened and you don’t have change for one of the most common bills that you will see throughout the day? Not to mention, your internet doesn’t work, so I can’t pay by credit card? Sounds like someone’s being difficult. I told her that other then the cash I only had credit and she told me to swipe the card at which time it amazingly went thru the first time. Since they decided to be difficult I reported them on subways website and received a response from the manager that the incident was a «unintentional and rare mistake» and that it would be addressed. It sounds like the management is the problem if they feel that incident was unintentional. Obviously this subway staff has an attitude which is backed up by other reviews below. Take your money elsewhere. Maybe then they will learn.

I don’t like the customer services here. I came in in the afternoon, and the staff is not friendly enough. I don’t know why, but this attitude is not good for your business. Btw, the food is great.

Always clean and fresh items. You can tell the employees care about giving you a good product. They take pride in their work. It is never super busy so it is quick and Subway is always a good value. There are so many choices now you can make your sandwich your way. This location does not have the veggie patty that I know of but you can ask for the manager and owner to add it. It is each individual franchise owner that can order their menu items.

Familiar, friendly faces. Usually very fast service which is great considering how very busy they get here for lunch rush. I’ve always been satisfied with the quality of the veggies, meat and bread, soups and salads, too! Love Marie & Juany :) If only other Subways had sweet staff like this! Oh, breakfast sandwich and coffee! Always right. :)
