My mothers 6 month old gold 64G iPhone 6 Plus had a completely locked up touch screen. We tried everything to get it to work. Took it into this store. The tech did call stores and look online. Apparently, there are none of these in the US. However, for whatever reason, you have to have the exact same phone using the sprint insurance. We didn’t even care if it was a downgrade. Even after communicating the sense of urgency, we were told the manager would not approve for these changes. This is just Ridiculous! Work with your customers! We weren’t asking for anything outlandish. We will be taking a closer look at phone carriers when this lease is up.
