This place sucks, it’s the ONLY subway that’s ALWAYS out of something and the employees suck with an attitude. Def needs new management

These workers just do not care. We were there at lunch hour and they hadn’t bothered to make any tea for the day yet. It was disgusting day-old tea and they acknowledged that. They somehow have managed to mess up a simple sandwich place. Great job guys!

The people that work here are idiots! I do not suffer fools gladly and I would not spend my money in a place that give customer answer like ’ I don’t know” on things that they SHOULD know ! It was Saturday August the 16th and I asked(because there was no sign) «what is the August special?», the dumb brains behind the counter looks at the sign(really !!) then looks back at me and shrugs his shoulders. WHAT!!! It is not August the 1st or August the 3rd but fully half way through the month and you can’t even tell me what the special is? and your answer to my question was shrug!?? I did wait, I waited to see if someone would offer me a deal since they didn’t know what the special was or say«let me look online«or SOMETHING! but no… nope. I should not be surprised since I watched them do the exact same thing to another customer right before me who wanted to know if he could substitute something for the kids meal sides that his daughter didn’t like, again a look at the sign(damn I hate that, if it was on there we would have read it!!) and then a shrug. When the patron left(PISSED that he had paid for food and gotten nothing for it) the guy looks at his partner and says«he could have just bought the sandwich and a bag if that was all she wanted» … that would have been helpful, when the man was there and that might have helped but it was MUCHBETTER to try to use it to make fun of your irate customer INFRONT of other customers after he left … BRAVO!!! Needless to say I ate at one of the 5 other restaurant that are in the direct area.
