Hit or miss service. As they gain new customers they lose more. The manager Kevin is impolite and makes up more excuses than results. 1 hour, 8 minutes, only 2 blocks away. It’s not the drivers fault for not being given apartment key maps of what part of the property they need to go to. I’ve seen a guy one time running all over the property frantically asking residents if they knew where a particular apartment was. I felt bad that he was sent out of the store without the proper information he needed to deliver FAST.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst customer experience I have encountered in my many years. The worst part about it was that I was supposedly speaking to the Manager, Kevin Parker. I order for company functions and will not utilize this company again. Save yourself the grief and use companies that want your business. La Madeleine or Jason’s Deli.

They are always so slow and seem to forget the additions to your order. The sandwiches arrive smushed and soggy. I won’t order again from here. There have been too many mistakes

Just had the gargantuan and it was delicious. The drive thru was efficient and it was made to order. Only thing I noticed was you have to always ask for napkins bc if not none will be in the bag.

I’d give them 5 stars but recently we placed an order for delivery. It took over an hour without any warning. The food is always good but make sure to ask expected delivery time.

I understand they are busier when the weather is bad, but I ordered a sandwich at 12:06 and it finally arrived at 1:58. When I called at 1:45 I was told the driver had left 20 minutes ago with it. When does it take over an hour to make a sandwich? If they are understaffed, they need to let you know when you are ordering.

Update! We are just done with this location. The group order link system is not reliable, the link does not work half of the time, and orders do not get processed. We try to order for the entire office, but just keep having issues with this place. Missing chips and a lettuce wrap unaccounted for. Oh, took 1 hour for delivery, no thanks JJ.

NEVERAGAIN! I thought I would give JJ’s a chance since everyone from my office usually orders from here without any problems, but I should have listened to my gut feeling! I ordered online a little before 1pm, thinking that it shouldn’t take too long to get my food. Well after waiting for an hour, I ended up calling them to cancel the order because it had been just way too long. When I called, the first thing out of the person’s mouth who answered the phone was, «we don’t have any outstanding orders, where was this being delivered too?» Not any type of apology or anything, next he quickly said«let me get my manager» and put me on hold. Once the manager answered, he didn’t apologize for the tardiness, or say anything in regards to his driver being so late. He just said he would call his driver, cancel my order and then he hung up without another word being said. Not only do they not even bother delivering in the«speedy manner» that they advertise, the manager was BEYOND rude, and didn’t even try to correct their mistake! I can’t even say I am disappointed because they have never gotten anything right the couple other times I have ordered with other people… I have definitely learned my lesson… Never trying this place again!

Probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I had the tuna sandwich and the onions to tuna ratio was way off. They put so much onion to the point where I literally had onion breath. The bread was ordinary and flavorless plain. The tuna was also subpar and had no flavor. I was better off with a sandwich at home

Pretty simple, the delivery guy was late because he went to the wrong hotel first. If you claim fast service then provide it. Order was on the wrong type of bread, although to most this would be a big deal the sandwich was still tasty, just not what I wanted

This jimmy johns leaves a lot to be desired. The management here must really be sad because the employees are incredibly rude. Especially one in particular. If you have never been there, don’t ask if they have Swiss cheese because someone will rudely tell you they only serve provolone. They will also tell you they don’t have ranch dressing nor do they hear your sandwich… even if you want them too. The owner of this franchise would cringe if he heard the way these employees talk to their customers. Trust me, when it comes to basic sandwiches, you can do way better than this Jimmy Johns. Heck, Quiznos and Subway can top this place in a heartbeat. They appreciate and respect their customers. Stay away from Jimmy Johns on Westheimer just west of the beltway!

I said it’s been a hour person at JJ corrected me and said it’s only been 40 min and the driver left 25 min ago and will be there soon 1255pm called again to cancel order said fine asked if I will get money back and he said he voided the order charge is still on my debit card as of now. First time ordering first time writing on Unilocal

This location briefly closed for renovations but was open when I went this past week. When I walked in, it was clear the renovations were not complete, but they decided to open anyway. As I walked in, I noticed that there were about seven to eight employees just standing around. Normally when I come, there’s two on the registers, two making sandwiches, and one more just around to help where needed. There was one other«party» besides myself eating there. The rest of the«crowd» were employees. No one was by the registers. I stood at the register to place my order. It felt so awkward as I waited and waited. Finally one of the employees hollered from across the restaurant, «What can I get you?» I had no idea how to respond. I wasn’t going to holler across the restaurant to place my order. So I waited more for him to come over to the register. He sighed, rolled his eyes and came over to the register and asked me again, «What can I get you?» As I was ordering, one employee was restocking chips right in front of the register. He kept looking over his shoulder at me as if I was in his way. I got my order placed and sat down to wait. I was by myself. I ordered to sandwiches to go — one for me, one for my boyfriend. They finally called my order. The woman handed me the two sandwiches — one on wheat and one on the sub bread. I asked her, «Do you have a bag?» She took the sandwiches back from me and shoved them into a bag. Now when I say shoved, I mean she put the wheat one in first and then the sub one and then when it didn’t quite fit she actually used her hand to PRESS the sandwiches into the bag. I was shocked. She pressed them down one more time until they fit in a lumpy mess in the bag. The sandwiches are always so amazing. My favorite is the Italian Night Club. It’s so delicious. And the service is usually great. But I was so surprised by this visit. I felt like an intrusion. It was unprofessional. It felt like a totally different atmosphere than it did prior to the renovations.

So this location is closed and looks like they relocated down the street on Westheimer about a block west of Med Center street near the Cane’s. I love the italian sub at JJs and the bread they use is so good. This location has a drive thru and I ordered a sub and chips. Right as Im pulling up to pay at the window, my order was already ready in the bag. That was quick!

I love Jimmy John’s but this location is slow and seems to only focus on their delivery business. The sandwiches still taste great but don’t expect your sandwich fast like at other locations.

Good sandwiches and fast service. Also fast delivery. The only complaint is that they stopped using alfalfa sprouts on their turkey toms! Turkey toms used to be soooo good with alfalfa sprouts. Since they stopped using em, I don’t come here as much.

THEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER!!! the manager Cruz was the rudest person i have dealt with in a VERY long time, he truly doesn’t know the definition of customer service! ordered a BLT yesterday along with 2 other sandwiches for our company lunch, i received my BLT and it was the WORSE bacon! it tasted just horrible. very rubbery to the point where you had to continually chew in order to swallow… so i called back and expressed my dislike for the sandwich at which point i was told i could get the same sandwich or get another one and pay the difference — so i order another sandwich — ITNEVERCAME! 45min later i call back and ask where is it and they said they had no record of me replacing a sandwich! and that i couldn’t pay the difference i had to BUY a whole new sandwich at this point i am just hungry so i buy a new sandwich — so finally at THREE o clock i get to eat i call today thinking that if i spoke to a manager about what happened he would comp the original 5.50 $ sandwich… instead we get the rudest RUDEST manager who said there is nothing he could… and that he SEES we place an order EVERYSINGLE day for the owner of my company and that we TIP the cost of the sandwich since they are only delivering one… and he said: SO… what you spend has nothing to do with it… so i got the number for corporate and i have escalated the issue but it just seems soooo crazy with ALL the money we have spent at that particular location for them to comp or even apologize for the service we received was not even in their thought process sooo like normal the owner of the company called us on the way to the office and he told us to order him a jimmy john… and our response was HELLLLLLLNOOO! no more JJ’s…sooo he went to subway. just a terrible experience and we definitely wont go again… at this point waiting for a call back from corporate they said it would take up to 24hrs to receive one.

Fast, efficient and sandwiches taste great. I’ve been here twice and I’ve been impressed how easy it is to find parking and get a sandwich under 5 minutes. The turkey Tom is pretty good because unlike the places that overdo the meat they have just the right amount of ingredients. I noticed they have some extra condiments you can ask for but better to do that before your order or else it’s too late because their sandwich making is faster than a speeding bullet!

I have to give JJ5 stars. Even though I went through a period of time where I didn’t eat JJ cause I had eaten it so much during my college daze, it does not disappoint. I always stick with the Beach Club cause who doesn’t like the combination of avocado, cucumbers and turkey?! I order online and I like how they have times that you can choose for it to be delivered to you incase you want to put your order in earlier in the day and it’ll be there in the time window you choose! They also have drop-down options for the diff ingredients in your sandwich if you want more, E-Z or none of that shiz. I especially like this location cause they’re prompt and the delivery driver texts me when he’s outside, we’re like best buds now(jk)! Just a tip: always go with the french bread.
