Jason’s Deli

Fantastic service and affordable good food. I like the nice atmosphere it gives off. Even though one of the server got my sister’s order wrong, he was apologetic and genuinely happy to fix it. I left happily with a free ice cream cone and a cookie after taking the survey.

Affordable food, good quality, tasty, healthy, nice atmosphere, and great customer service. Been coming here forever because it’s easy and they never get my order wrong. Plus you can get free cookies with the survey and icecream!

Just stopped in for a quick salad. The salad bar was clean, well stocked, and everything was fresh except for the watermelon. Efficient ordering process, friendly employees, and free ice cream!

Healthy, great food, lots of different options and great atmosphere! It’s pretty clean and the staff is very welcoming!

Super fast folks behind the counter keep the lunch rush line moving. During my visit, the A/​C was barely able to keep the kitchen heat & hot outside air from melting everyone, but everything else was great – the salad bar, sandwiches and the ice cream machine.

Nice place for take-​out. The two ladies at the take-​out counter are really nice. I come because of them and their Zucchini-​grillini sandwich.

If you’re looking to trim a little bit around your waste line, this is the place. They offer a wide selection of sandwiches and salad. They also have a salad bar where you can create your salad.

Deisha was amazing — she was extremely customer service oriented. She made me feel wanted almost. Haha. Anyway I got a build it yourself wrap, chicken salad, almonds and pineapples. Not bad. Not bad at all. Then Deisha offered me free ice cream! I declined though :(can’t lose sight of the figure I want ;)
I’ll be back, soon, I’m sure.

Love the fresh salad and they have the best balsamic vinegarette salad dressing I’ve ever tasted. I wish they would bottle this stuff and sell it

I can truthfully only review the salad bar here. It’s like fast food bliss to me. I go in… I pay… I eat… I leave happy and even with a free ice cream cone.
The staff has always been welcoming when we go. It’s usually pretty clean unless the lunch crowd just tornadoes through the place — then you might struggle to find a clean booth.
The salad bar has always been well stocked with fresh ingredients. No mushy lettuce or soggy carrots. I love the organic flat breads too! Everyone puts on their plate what they want, we eat and leave content. I’m glad they’re in the area so I can do fast food the right way!

Can’t say I’ve had any issues here (yet) as other people have commented. I really enjoy their chicken salad sandwich… mainly because I enjoy almonds and pineapple… might be a little weird to others but it tastes delicious to me! They also have good cookies (chocolate & peanut butter). They have nice little muffin breads as the salad buffet. I still get confused as to if you’re dining in and don’t get the salad buffet… can you still grab some of those muffins? =) Oh, and free ice cream cones.

Ok so i have eaten here a few times over the past couple of years and had some issues but figured i would give them a chance. Its now apparent that these issues are chronic and repeated daily it seems. Here is what ALWAYS happens at this Jasons
1. Bread is ALWAYS stale and hard — especially regular white bread
2. Staff always encourages me to leave a tip on table, really??? Have to tell us this?
3. Less than friendly staff.
I go to the other Jasons around town mainly the one on dairy ashford at memorial and I NEVER experience these issues so its obviously this location and its very poor management. Do yourself a big favor and just go to a different location.

I come here at least 1−2x/mo. Always have good service; my food comes out quickly && is always correct. Staff is efficient && friendly. Came in today for a to-​go order bc I didn’t have time to sit as I usually do. I was greeted quickly; my food took a bit longer than normal but I didn’t mind bc I was enjoying my free ice cream cone. Marquise (a new transfer in) was very nice! He had a great, bubbly personality. He offered me some free cookies due to my wait. I come here often for lunch with my bff, but I’ll make sure to come to this one solely bc its waaaaay better than the location closer to my home.

I have picked up food here a few times as well as eaten in. I like that is simple fresh food. I usually go for their salad bar and soup if I’m eating in store and their grilled zucchini panini if getting take out. Both are really good veggie choices. I also really like the healthy kid’s meal options for my niece.

I called in my order to the Jason’s Deli on Wilcrest at 1:32pm on May 3^rd, 2014. After ordering, the person I spoke with on the phone said «It will be ready in 10 minutes.» I arrived at the store at 1:45, and waited in the to-​go line behind one other gentleman who was ordering a comparable meal to my own. As I sat, the gentleman who was only just ordering his food as I arrived received his meal at around 2:00. It was not until 2:07 that I finally received my food without apology. While I would expect to encounter a wait/​delay during peak hours on a business day, 2 o’clock on a Saturday is hardly the lunch hour.
Although I have had great luck at Jason’s Deli locations elsewhere in the state, this location does not live up to their brand standards. This is my second time in their restaurant and the second time that I have walked away disappointed.
In short, do not waste your time and do not fund this farce which they call a restaurant — you will only be disappointed.
Also, shoutout to the manager who was sitting reading over financial reports while this took place. Excellent bystander behavior from someone who should know better when it comes to customer service.

Super crowded today at lunch time. Maybe due to the influx of New Years resolutions to eat healthier? I mean, that’s why I’m here anyway… :)
I got the Ranchero wrap (uploaded a photo also) I give the wrap a 4 star review! Delicious! Perfect blend with the grilled chicken, sauces and jalapeños. I’m not a huge wrap fan, or wasn’t until now…

Just had a few minutes when I stopped by Jason’s deli to pick up something to eat real quick. I tried the quarter turkey muffuletta. It was delicious. Came with kettle chips and I chose a cup of vegetable soup and pickle. Every single bite of that sandwich was phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back and get it again. The quarter of the turkey sandwich was actually quite large. It was larger than the size of my palm. I definitely recommends this special.

I come to this Jason’s Deli often on my lunch. They are pretty good about having food orders ready in advance if you order on the app or by phone.
The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I always grab an ice cream cone if I’m waiting for my food which is an added bonus!
The salad bar always has someone maintaining it, which I love. I like that it’s not a complete mess by people serving themselves.
I have only had one issue here when they got my order wrong and they sent a driver out right away to come deliver a brand new sandwich to me. They were quick and accountable to their mistake and I recognize them for that!
I’ll be back.

Jason’s Deli is my dad’s favorite place to eat, so I’ve been coming here for years, since I was little. Back then, I didn’t really appreciate this place much, but now that I’m older, I have to say I do like this place a lot.
Service: ALWAYS polite. The person at the dine-​in register, the person who brings your food, the person that comes to your table to make sure you’re doing okay, the people at the to-​go register, everyone is so polite! It gets really busy during lunch and I always see people working hard and diligently.
Food: I’m a loyal fan of the New York Yankee, mostly because of my dad. There’s so much meat in that sandwich I could eat half of it, and use the other half for three+ sandwiches at home! They don’t skip out on your portions, unlike every other sandwich joint. Last week I got a. «something Rueben», I don’t remember the exact name, but I do remember it was just as delicious as the NYY.
Location: Right on the corner of Wesheimer and Wilcrest, next to Smoothie Factory. It’s not far from my house, so I don’t mind the drive. Restrooms are always clean and smell nice.
LOVE this place. Great place for lunch with friends, boyfriend, family, or a quick bite to eat on your way somewhere. Don’t forget to get your complimentary ice cream cone!

J’s Deli is my favorite place to eat hands down. It is so simple yet so good. I always get something called the traditional, which is a make your own sandwich. I have been to J’s all over the place and have never had a bad experience or been disappointed. They also have one of the freshest salad bars I have even seen. Try it, I bet you’ll like it.
Did I mention the free ice cream? Another plus!
