I was very impressed by the service and the wonderful job Lynn and Mikey did on my pedicure and full set! The staff is very thorough in their work and I love my nails! ***Update*** 16 days later and the gel hasn’t chipped. The nails are in great shape and I’m going back for a refill this week!

Went there this weekend! Any nail technician here will do great job, 100% I asked for short nails, picked my color out got the perfect round– but not too round– shaped I wanted. Looks so natural! $ 40 for a full set.

I just came here for a polish fix on one of my fingers. I originally got my manicure at another place but they still fixed my messed up thumb. They didn’t charge me at all. It’s probably because I used to be a regular here. Anyway that was extremely nice of them. Thank you for that and I can’t wait to get another service done here.

Great Shellac Manicure and the spa pedicures are wonderful. Both can be done at the same time so you can be in and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Call ahead for reservation.

ruddiest ever! the manicurist was talking to the others the whole time. in their language of course. She was so busy talking, she cut my skin too deep it was breeding, I told her and she said«just a little cut, it’s ok» it’s NOT ok! then she went on chatting again. no one was friendly at least the entire time, we were even starred at when we came in. So the session finished. she went to the front to «wait» for her tip. for her performance I kindly tipped her 4 out of $ 25. she gave me a look. no thank you. don’t be fooled by the label, it’s nothing like a spa, just an unappealing nails place with unprofessional staff. someone was chewing on a whole cob of corns as we were leaving… they brought ghetto to a whole new level. I don’t care how good you could paint my nails, I’ll never go back and I don’t recommend anyone to.

My manicurist did a good job but the receptionist was rude. They only accept cash for tips so be prepared. Only went there because I had a bloomspot certificate. I would definitely not go back again.

I have visited several of the other nail spas in the neighborhood so I decided to check this one out. There was no one there which I thought was unusual for a nail spa on a December Saturday morning. I got a shellac mani which lasted 2 weeks as guaranteed. I went for a 2nd shellac mani on the Saturday before the New Year and there were only 2 other customers. That same evening the shellac started peeling off. Since I was out of town I was not able to return to the salon till a week later. I told the manager when I entered what had happen and she said they would take care of it. I got a third shellac mani. They wanted to charge full price. I reminded them they had guaranteed the shellac for two weeks. Finally the manager offered to drop $ 3 from the total charge stating I should have come in as soon as the problem occurred. I will not be returning. Now I understand why they do not have customers, apparently making the customer happy is not their priority.

Great service for mani-pedis! I’ve been looking for a place in Houston to go to that’s not outrageously expensive and this place is great! I will definitely be returning and recommending it to others. I would recommend making an appointment before you go, just in case!

Anyone wondering where Rose(formerly at Jasmine nail salon) is working now??? Well to my delight you can find her at CABANADAYSPA(713.468.9999)… Great nail and day spa… really cool inside, makes you feel as if you were on an island, I’m just waiting for the cabana boy to come by with fancy drink with a umbrella in it !! The place is super clean and everyone is soooo nice… I give it a 10+…so much nicer than Jasmine… much more comfortable and relaxing… and ROSE is there!

This is my «Cheers». They treat me like gold and everybody knows my name.(And my favorite beverage, depending on the time of day, and my odd toenail color choices, and lots and lots of my friends.) Needless to say, I am a regular: they excel at fabulously relaxing pedicures, every kind of manicure, massage, facial, and waxing(of course). I’ve had these services performed all over the world, this place is cutting edge for new treatments and attention to detail. The staff is friendly, the place is immaculate, there are always specials, gift certificates and frequent-client cards. Red or white wine, soda, fresh brewed ice tea, water… all complimentary. Please try it.

Don’t get eyelash refills here! The woman who does them(jenny) talks on the phone while she is trying to work on you. She complains way too much about everything to me. I do not want to hear it. I just want the service I pay for and that is it. The quality of her work is mediocre. I doubt she uses the brand she says. My last time in there, I was a few minutes late and I was refused service. My eyelash lady(Jenny)had started doing a pedicure. Jenny would not look at me or even talk to me. I felt like she didn’t care if I came there or not. No customer service skills whatsoever. If you need eyelash extensions, do not go here. There are much better places in town. Do not waste your money. She will also be offended if you are not a good tipper(meaning 20% or more). Run away from this place as fast as you can!!!

Okay, I think the name of this establishment is deceiving… it’s far from being a day spa. It’s a regular nail salon with two tiny rooms in the back for massages and facials. It’s a fairly decent nail salon and it’s clean. They did seem to have the necessary gadgets for facials, but like I said it’s not even close to being a day spa. Anyhow, I purchased a deal on for a one hour massage plus a one hour facial… so this should have been a two hour event, right? Well, I arrived promptly for my appointment which was scheduled for 11:00AM, but my technician was almost 15 minutes late, then it took about another 15 minutes to get situated, so my massage finally began at about 11:30 and the whole thing was done at exactly 12:45, which was 45 minutes shorter than it should have been. The massage itself wasn’t bad, but it probably would have been much better if the technician didn’t keep tyring to engage me in small talk. I’m a naturally talkative person and don’t normally mind chatting it up with folks, but massages and facials are supposed to be relaxing and talking is the last thing I want to do. Besides the chatting, the most annoying thing was the technician brought her cell phone into the room and not only did it ring 4 – 5 times, but she answered it 3 times… now that is completely unacceptable… she should have left the phone outside or put in on silent and she definitely should not have answered it on my time… this is the reason for the two star rating… otherwise I probably would have given 3 stars. They do have relaxing music playing, but you could still hear other people talking and doors/cabinets opening and shutting right on the other side… that sure didn’t make it easy to relax. The facial was okay and much shorter in duration than the massage… probably took about 30 minutes for a facial that was supposed to last an hour. I didn’t care for the smell of the products used either but my face does feel nice with the exception of my nose which is a little sore from one of the tools that was used. Overall my experience was mediocre at best and I doubt I will be returning even with a mydailydeals discount.

I think I may have found my «home nail salon» and default location for girls day out! This spa was recently opened 4 months ago and the only reason I stumbled across this business was through a living social deal for a mani/pedi for $ 18. It’s near the Ranch 99 Market shopping center next to the bank. As you walk in, there’s a wide variety of OPI and china glaze nail colors to your left. It’s overwhelming because there were a lot of colors to choose from! They even had Katy Perry’s crackling nail polish options and shelac($ 15). The right and left sides have massage chairs lined up next to one another and once you pick your color, you’re ready to go. They’ve got manicurists ready and your tub for your feet filled up. They offer a selection of wine, soda, hot teas and water.(I think it’s complimentary) For an upgrade, you can select the deluxe package which allows you to pick from a menu of aromatherapy smells and crystals with hot stone massages, scrubs and the whole 9 yards. I was pretty impressed and so were 4 of my girlfriends. We felt like we were totally pampered and relaxed. The place was very clean and the manicurist took her time with making sure my toes and nails were perfected with polish! I loved every minute of my experience with cabana day spa and look forward to booking my next mani/pedi with them again. They even have frequent customer cards for each time you get your nails done. Although general tipping guidelines are 15−20%, please tip higher — they work really hard to pamper you and make sure you’re comfortable. It’s not easy touching and working on people’s feet!!!
