Went Today to return earrings that my husband had purchase for my 40 th birthday. Unfortunately the earrings did not fit my ears properly. To my finding they have a no return policy. So my option was buying something much more expensive than what my husband had purchased for me or receive a in-​store credit.
To top it off the sales lady kept make flirtatious Eye contact with my husband.
I recommend don’t waste your time buying anything at the store there’s much nicer stores in the galleria,
That Will return things if you’re not happy with their store items.

Had to go to galleria on a Saturday, usually a nightmare. Matt & Frank were both working and their level of service was incredible. Gracious and helpful, they made a stressful afternoon so much better!!! Obviously bvlgari makes gorgeous jewelry but it’s nice to know their attitude toward customers is fantastic. Look very forward to my next purchase!!!
