Great customer service! My watch had water in it, and a broken clasp. I took it in hoping to get it repaired since it was less than two years old. However, I lost my warranty. Kelly, the manager, e was extremely helpful and looked up my name/CC number and found my proof of purchase! The weren’t able to fix the watch, but offered to exchange it. They didn’t sell that watch anymore, but had on delivered from Ca in just a few days. That store is great– friendly people-eager to go above and beyond. And… swatch watches rock!

While the mall is undergoing renovation, Swatch has moved across and slightly in front(mauka side) of Jungle Fun. I went there today and it’s still a maze with the construction, but Swatch’s new location adds more«fun» to the store. It’s not located between two stores anymore. It is now at a corner so there’s more window space. I have been eyeing my eye on a swatch for months now because most of the watches I’ve owned(from Sears) have died out on me and I couldn’t be bothered with their warranties because I would have had to ship my JLo watches out with my own money. Anyway I walked in and was impressed. Their displays are pleasing to the eye. Looking at watches without having to look through a glass case, and being able to touch them without havint to wave over a salesperson to open a glass case is so much more convenient. Kenny helped me and was very informative. He told me about promotions, and all of the different watches. Another cashier(an Asian girl) was also very helpful. It’s convincing hearing about the reliability and pros/cons of swatch watches especially because all of their workers seem to be buying them. I settled on a Silicone watch that was $ 70 that comes with a 2 year warranty(all Swatches have this) and I also joined their benefit club which entitles me to repair, cleaning, and an annual battery replacement. I’m looking forward to wearing this watch and getting it serviced by Swatch:)

I never knew why people were fans of Swatches but now I know! My wife went in to purchase a watch because she needed one for work. We went in to browse and Sam was the only salesperson there. He was extremely helpful and informative. Give that man a raise! He didnt try to push us into buying a watch, or try to «sell» it to us aggressively. He let us browse and told us features of some of the watches that were on display. Even my son thought some of the watches were cool. Not only that, Swatch offers a plan where you can replace EVERY battery on EVERY Swatch watch that you own for free!

Deep down, I believe I was supposed to be born to experience the 80s. I don’t know what it is but everything about that decade has got me Burning Down the House. The clothes, love. The cars, love. The music, love. The fashions, LOVE. Swatch just happens to be one of my favorite brands across the board. So many fun, practical and affordable designs… it blows my mind! I went in today to try on the new Irony Collection. I did. Until I was side tracked by a black and gold beauty in the glass case. Sarah, one of the Managers, was glad to show it to me. She informed me as I was trying it on that the Ala Moana Store is the only one in the US to carry it. Being apart of the Vendôme Collection, named after the famous shopping street in Paris, Place Vendôme, its only supposed to be sold there. Being a limited piece, I snatched it right up. This store is a Danger Zone for me. But I do love when I go in. Service is always top notch and so are their watches. From now until Aug. 22, bring your Swatches in for Dr. Swatch! Free battery changes, sizing, and buffing! You can’t go wrong with a deal like this people! Review 007⁄365

Okay, so I know basically nothing about watches, quality of watches, features of watches, nada. However, I do know a thing or two about customer service(as in, I know when I’m being ignored, about to be screwed, or completely being lied to). My son walked into Swatch with his dad and totally fell in love with a Speed Racer watch. It cost $ 45, about $ 35 more than I wanted to spend, but whatever I figured in another ten years he’ll be bothering me for a car so this was probably getting away cheap. The sales associate that helped us was super kind and personable it left a lasting impression with me and my son. I have no idea what the guy’s name is, but I’ll guess he was in his early twenties and collecting a paycheck to get through college. Anyway, the watch itself is still working after enduring three months of daily abuse by a 7-year-old kid who refuses to take it off for showers, swimming lessons, basketball practice, and occasional yard work. Customer services goes a long way for me, and coupled with a decent product, I’ll be a repeat customer.

I curse you Swatch! May you instantly close down and let Artlines return to it’s rightful place at the bottom of the escalators at Ala Moana. Curses! Nobody wears Swatches anymore anyway! Notice how there are never any customers in your store? Your time is through(pun intended). I curse thee!
