Fantastic Store and fantastic employees they were very kind to show my daughter the rings and pendants she wanted to see, eve though it isn’t quite time that the purchase is being made. She was just making sure exactly what she wants ahead of time! Thank you for being so helpful!

I’ve had no issues with the staff here. They are all really friendly there and welcome you. 5 stars for them.
However, the 1 STAR is for the grumpy old white man security/​front door worker. I’ve visited their store many times to pick up my ring, take it in for repair, and take it in for cleaning. However, this one incident has got me bothered. I went in on a Friday night with my husband and pup (who is well trained, does not bark and follows commands. I’ve taken her into the store a couple times before this day) to get my ring picked up from repair at the HW store. I walk in with no security person in the front to open the door. He is inside walking around. I smile at him (to be nice) and to the sales people who greeted with a big smile. The old security guy stares at me and says no hello or smile… wow.
I sit down while they go into the back room to retrieve my ring. My husband walks away to the watch area while i sit and have my pup next to me. Then, randomly the old white man says to me in a VERY RUDE TONE, «KEEP YOUR DOG AWAY FROM THIS SIDE… KEEP HER RIGHT NEXT TO YOU». There wasn’t a ‘please’ or ‘if you could’ in front of his rude remark.
First of all, the staff were very nice to my dog and did not mention of not being able to bring her in. If they did have a problem, they should let customers know. But they didn’t have a problem. Galen said he loves dogs, which was great. The store needs to better train their front door workers to welcome them.
If this is the attitude from security/​front door people, they need to rehire because it’s the whole experience that makes HW different from any other jewellery store. I walked out furious and did not say a ‘thank you’ as he opened the door for us. He needs to go next door to Tiffany’s because thats how the security people are there as well — rude rude rude.

Looking for the Opus 11 Watch by Harry Winston and was told there were only two left on earth of the 111 created. The $ 117,000.00 deposit to bring one in from England.

Hot damn, Harry Winston diamonds are BREATHTAKING. Granted, the starting prices are about as much as a BMW 5 Series, but still, have you seen the Micropave engagement ring setting? Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
We walked in and Rika was very pleasant, giving us more information on diamonds in general and the Harry Winston line (info books). It’s likely we won’t be buying my ring from here (unless my man has a secret pipeline of cash he hasn’t told me about), but this is definitely top tier when it comes to diamonds service and product!

On our hunt for the perfect engagement ring I made an appointment to come in. We were kindly greeted upon our entrance. It was a little intimidating walking in and how formal and grand the layout of the store is. We met with Galen, he was very kind and courteous and knowledgable on Harry Winston products. We were offered beverages and Galen showed us beautiful pieces. Yes, it is very pricey, but you get what you pay for and Harry Winston offers nothing but the best. Although they do not make any pieces with princess cut, and the explanation of why was very understandable, Galen did spark my interest in the alternative cushion cut. I was intrigued with a ring that fit my finger perfectly (4.5). The Mr. had a mini-​heart attack at the price tag ($ 78,400) but just the fact that they didn’t have to pull a credit check just to let me try it on was great. I was scared handling these precious stones Galen made us feel comfortable and we ended up chatting with him about other things for a good half hour. Now to check our budget and see if I can swing that $ 80k! Thank you Galen!

HWD has the best jewelry I have seen at this stage in my life. Mens pieces are great, One day I plan to purchase a diamond ring, or cuff links or the tie clip. I plan to be different from all the other local males wearing their gold chain around their neck and fake diamond studs earnings. HWD diamond jewelry on a guy in a fitted

While on my search for the perfect engagement ring, I couldn’t help but walk into one of the best diamond reputation companies ever. I walked in and was approached by Galen who was nothing short of amazing. Not only did he know his information, but he was SOOOOO helpful! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring that I knew would be the one. I went as far to even let his manager know that he provided us with the best customer service and was SO helpful to me and brandon.
