Haagen Dazs Ice Cream

So I went to get some ice cream with my friend cuz we had a sweet tooth. So we went to Haagen Dazs in the food court to grab a scoop of ice cream.
There is a girl who took my order her name was Stephanie. I ordered a dazzler make your own sundae I scoop rocky road and mint chip. She told me I couldn’t do that. But I always did it at Waikiki location like a lot cuz I use to work right next door so they told me I can make my own dazzler. She got irritated (I can tell) and said whatever never mind. So she mad me the sundae. But there was a lot missing in the sundae and it was $ 9. $ 9 for that shit!!! Fuck I didn’t wanna pay for that with a bad customer service too hell no. I got so mad. And my friend next to me was like «WoW a little rude don’t you think» I agree I wasn’t happy with her.
If I were you I wouldn’t go to this Haagen Dazs cuz it’s full of bad customer service and rude people!!! They don’t know how to treat a local customer

Ice cream chocolate Belgium was awesome. Best I ever tasted. BUT service was horrible. Waited around few minutes ready to order. Asked the gal there and she said oh the other guy will help you. Other guy was doing paperwork and when I said Excuse me, he completely ignored me and continue on with his paperwork. So went back to other gal and she helped. Very odd customer service.

Came by on ³⁄₂₄. Everything on the menu looked ono, however overly priced in my opinion. The staff weren’t very friendly… they looked bored and tired. Also, they do not offer samples for their smoothies which I was bummed about. I didn’t want to waste my time buying something I couldnt sample 1^st. So we went to (the smoothie joint across the way) Jamba Juice, as they always offer samples.

Really enjoyed the ice cream from the store, my order was cookie dough and butter pecan. Several other flavors are also somewhat unique and worth a try.
The ice cream was very creamy and very smooth which perhaps has a good amount of dairy and calcium ;)
One point to remember is that you get to try out a couple flavors before you decide to order the entire scoop and it could either be in the cup or on the cone whichever you feel like the best at the moment.
The store is located in the mall at the food court on the ground floor and it was great that there were seating areas on the side for people to sit down and enjoy the ice cream instead of having to eat and walk at the same time.

Eujoung is a sundae genius! My boyfriend and I chose 3 different flavored ice creams for our sundae and Eujoung expertly paired each ice cream with the perfect sides. The 1^st layer was mint chip with bananas, 2^nd layer dulce de leche with hot fudge and the 3^rd layer was Java chip with almond slivers. Perfecto!

Imagine a Haagen Dazs restaurant where you can build your own sundae starting with the wide variety of ice cream, the baked goods, the sauce, then the toppings. This isn’t that restaurant.
If you’re in the Ala Moana/​Ward area, this is the only place that primarily sells ice cream that you can guarantee is open (within the mall’s hours of course) and still have ice scream in stock. I say this because the recent ice cream parlor that opened earlier in the month was closed, again, and my friend and I really wanted ice cream. Not gelato. Not frozen yogurt. And we especially didn’t want to go to a restaurant just for dessert.
Before resulting in leaving to get mochi ice cream, we thought about Haagen Dazs. That small little ice cream shop on the corner of the currently being renovated food court of what is Ala Moana. Yeah they’re over priced. Yes, they’re small but it will satisfy your craving for ice cream.
I got the Brownie-​A-​La-​Mode hoping I would get a warm brownie underneath a scoop of delicious ice cream but instead it was mixed into the ice cream. It was yummy, of course. I love ice cream, all kinds of ice cream. I’m not that picky with ice cream. Ice cream is slowing blooming in Hawaii and I can’t wait to try out the unique local flavors being concocted. Ice cream.
