This place has a limited selection, sizes run small, Poor customer service that took 2+ days to resolve issue and gave a very big problem and hassle exchanging my Christmas gift that had just been purchased. Yikes

I love this store! The staff is knowledgable and helpful, and there’s a great selection. You can find something for the entire family which is a major plus — no need to go anywhere else!

The customer service here is lacking. Staff are often MIA; more often than not when I walk by this store, there is a «Be back in 5 minutes» sign on the door. I was finally able to catch an employee in the store the other day, so I swooped in to look for a new pair of Rainbows. After I asked her what side of the store they were on, she turned her back on me and proceeded to text or play with her phone the entire time I was in the store. I paid for my Rainbows mostly in silence and left.

Found this place on Unilocal with the 20% off check-​in offer. I was visiting Hawaii and had the cheap Wal-​Mart sandals. The girl working was a great helping me find a good pair of sandals. It’s worth the money for a good pair of sandals. Your feet will thank you!

They have a crazy selection of slippers but I always just wear Rainbows. My girlfriend however likes looking at every damn thing and their staff is able to tell her all about everything and help her pick out the perfect slipper.
