Love the shoes from the company, but have the rudest sales associate; especially the one older lady with glasses. I understand if she has a bad day, but seems like whenever I visit the store she’s always rude.

I love the shoes I bought.
Unfortunately I went two days straight and was ignored by the associates who were kissing guess who’s ass?
Tourists!
I do not like to shop in Ala Moana because of this.
I had to approach the counter and make a frowny face to get someone to get the size I wanted, I wanted to try another size to make sure the first size I chose was correct (just girly things) but due to my previous experience on blackfriday I just went to pay for them and BYE!
Next time I will shop online.
Sometimes to dont look FOB is no bueno.

Clark shoe company gives fabulous service. Had shoes that were several years old that fell apart. Clark Co. replaced with no hassle.

I came in today to get a comfortable pair of work shoes. Not ugly, but not 5 – 6 inches like most my stilettos. Work shoes. They actually had decent options that weren’t like Crocs. Sam was super helpful and even measured me. I’m a 6 not a 7 ½ in heels. I beg to differ, since I feel I have fat, Midwest feet and have always bought a different size. Definitely will come back when I wear these out. They definitely are way more comfortable than most my shoes.

I was recommended by a sales person to visit Clark’s for comfortable flats and heels. I went straight to the mall right after in hopes to finally end my battle. And I’m happy to say that I did!
The styles are amazing and cute; not to mention super comfortable. If you have to be on your feet all day, this is the place to go. If you have wide feet, Clark’s offer wide width sizes for all their shoes/​heels/​flip flops.
I bought 2 pairs of flats; one white and one black. My boyfriend also bought 2 pairs of casual sneakers. The sales lady (didn’t get her name) was quick in servicing us. She listened to my concerns and gave me advice. She also was super duper fast in coming from the back room with our sizes.
I know if I need any other decent looking flats, wedges, or heels, Clark’s will be my number one stop before my other regular stores.

Wait for the sales they always have good deals, just gotta go as soon as the sale starts to get your size. Sometimes can be very busy and hard to get a sales person to help you. Went on a week night and not crowded and got helped right away. I just bought a newer model of a shoe I already had so it was very fast to make a decision.

Great service and the most comfy shoes on the planet. What more can a girl ask for? Ask for Marilou, she is helpful and delightful. And get the member card so you can earn $ 40 off a pair in the future.
