I ordered chicken soup for my friend because she wasn’t feeling to well, it made her worse, her stomach hurt, and caused her diarrhea. Please take care of that, I tried calling calling but nobody answered. You shouldn’t sale soup if it’s going to make others sick.

This place had one of the worst tasting cheeseburgers I have ever had. That’s just the start. I paid $ 12 for this horrible food, and the customer service was the worst part. The ladies behind the counter barely looked at me when I ordered, and genuinely looked irritated that I was even ordering. I work at the mall and will never, ever be going back here again

Based on the fact that I’m the dutchess after only 2 check-ins, I’d venture to say that the reason people fail to return is because of their poor customer service. The food is great, but I find myself always waiting at the cash register while I see the ladies talking and laughing behind the counter. One woman even said hello to me yet did not move to provide me with service. Aside from their low capacity for customer service, I think they had to go out and kill the cow before they made my burger! It took them 15 minutes to make my burger when the sign says that they are a «fast» food place and will serve their food in less than 10 minutes. I came here on my work break, so I had to eat all of the food in less than 5 minutes! Maybe I won’t come here on my breaks anymore…

The service makes it only 3 stars but the food is def 5 stars. Closest burger to In & Out’s imho. They gotta teach their workers better service techniques. If this was a restaurant, I’d elect to be paid tips from them! I’ll still be back for their food, tho

Worst customer service ever. They have a new card reader I suppose and my card was having trouble working(works everywhere else) and they fumbled with it for a bit. They never once smiled or made eye contact. So much apathy from the cashier. She didn’t give a crap about anything. Manager was the same(Jin Soo). I guess it didn’t work and the manager didn’t come out to apologize. The cashier just straight up said«no» and didn’t give me a second glance as she yelled«next» to take another order. I’m honestly livid right now. I’m on my break, time is so valuable, and I’m starving from a crazy shift. So rude and inconsiderate. They could have dealt with this in an entirely different manner.

I’m not sure why Cheeseburger Factory gets such mediocre reviews. This was my first meal in Honolulu because our room wasn’t ready and we were dying after a long foodless flight. My friend and I were impressed with how efficiently our order was taken and how quickly our food came out. I chose the shrimp burger combo meal, which came with fries and a drink. The shrimp burger was literally all shrimp and it was an extremely generous portion. The«burger» was extremely flavorful and really tasty. I really did enjoy every single bite and it wasn’t because I was hungry. The flavors were bold, something that I wasn’t expecting from a food court establishment. The french fries were hot and crispy, exactly how I love them. I thought the meal was really inexpensive considering how big the meal was. I was thoroughly stuffed and ready to spend a lot of my hard earned money at the high end shops at Ala Moana. My friend had the Mahi burger which was a big Mahi steak and also really flavorful and delicious. We were very happy with our first meal in Hawaii and would suggest to any of our seafood loving friends to make a pit stop at CF if shopping at Ala Moana.

I ordered a cheeseburger combo and it was okay. The sauce on the burger was really drippy and the hamburger patty was super thin. The lettuce on the burger was thicker than my patty. I should have got a double cheeseburger instead since I like the sense of their being meat on a burger and not just veggies. I don’t like the new soda dispenser because you get all kinds of crazy flavors in the soda if others have had flavored sodas. My sprite tasted like it had cherry and strawberry and not sure what else. I tried to change it out, but the flavor didn’t really change. I like the steak side of this place better.

I dropped in for lunch after riding 34 miles on my bike. I was starved. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo which included fries and a drink. Everything was fine and I gobbled every last bit but it wasn’t outstanding in any way. This is fast food.

It feels like this place is trying REALLY hard to be the Waikiki answer to the mainland’s In N Out. Or maybe 5 Guys. It’s not. The relish or sauce or whatever is overly pickly(is that a word? if not, I feel like it should be)… The burgers are small and for what you get it’s not that great a price. I guess if you consider the fact that it’s mall food in downtown Honolulu, it’s not a HORRIBLE price, but $ 9+ for a small-ish burger, tiny fries that weren’t fully cooked and a small soda, I was not impressed. I get more food for a kids meal elsewhere. The wait was a long one with just one person in front of me at 2pm on a weekday so that wasn’t great either. And since they run two food store fronts in the same food court with the same employees there seemed to be some confusion in the back on what orders were for which customers with what sides and options and whatever. Flavors were just not there. Fries were hot but mealy, like not cooked through. Burger was blah. More toppings and pickles than meat. Probably won’t bother going back.

The price range is very moderate, with each Sandwhich starting at about $ 8-$ 9. Not bad for Ala Moana. Pros, The food is cheap, and wait time is very short. Cons, Their signature Volcano Fries are okay but too much relish. The cheese is too«cheesy» and the flavors all together just dont match. The meat both beef and chicken taste very cheap and plain. Frankly I could find a better sandwich at McDonalds for $ 5 with a $ 1 any size drink. The sause on the Chicken Breast sandwich has the same consistency as mushroom soup base. It made the Sandwich so sawgy and moist it was unappetizing. If yourr ever on the Search for sloppy cheap meats at Ala Moana make sure to try the Cheeseburger Factory.

Good, but ALWAYS running out of onions. What’s a burger without onions? Get it together.

Been wanting to try this place for 6 months already and it was good that I decided to tried it last night. I actually think this place is better than McDonald when it comes to the price. The burger compared to McDonald’s were huge but the only bad part was its greasiness. Taste is not bad at all. Their sandwich price is less than McDo for a buck. So, overall it is OK. Not bad at all.

so there IS a burger stand in makai market food court, a little bit hidden, could easily go unnoticed next to steak and fish. went with a colleague. colleague beared with it. we were the only ones in line and it took ridiculously long. burgers were interesting. when they put the burger on the tray, both pattys and lettace were flopping out on me. couldve put more effort into the volcano fries. could’ve been lack of oversite or organization, but i think they just didn’t care and maybe they thought we were hosting their meal. didn’t really bother me but the other burger place is better.

Not bad. Not bad. I’ve been working across the street from the mall for the last 3 years. I must have been to the food court at least 200 times in those 3 years. It wasn’t until yesterday that I ever considered eating here. Their décor is pretty plain and generic looking. Who woulda thought these guys are run by the Yummys guys? I decided I’d get the volcano fries after Gemma’s rave reviews. I ended up getting just a regular cheeseburger to go along with it. All in all, it wasn’t bad. It’s not a Teddy’s bigger burger, but it was enough to make me happy.

My absolute favorite thing on this menu — volcano fries. It reminds me of in and out’s animal style fries — but this is way better. French fries, cheese, thousand island and bacon. DROOOL. I want to drive to the mall just thinking about it.

The regular cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and onions was alright. The hamburger was tiny.
