I had a facial by Belinda and she did a fantastic job. I went in not knowing exactly what kind to get, and she worked with me to create a facial that was exactly what my skin needed. I left feeling rejuvenated and with super soft skin. She even gave me some extra cream to take with me. The ambiance of the salon is very cool and relaxing, and the prices are reasonable. Can’t wait to go back.

Came here for a color and cut because it was on sale… My stylist was Marissa. This place is super nice! Very high end! My stylist was very nice, polite, and did awesome work! It took about 3 hours for cut, color, and blowout, but she paid attention to detail and really listened to my concerns about everything. She seemed very thorough and did an amazing job! It’s worth the money and time to come here and see Marissa! If you want cheap and fast I would go to supercuts, but if you want a spa experience with a friendly person this is your place! I have and will tell all my friends, and I will be back again!

Anyone who wants to get their hair colored or get an amazing massage or tan should come to this place. The people are friendly and make you feel welcomed. It might look like a small place on the outside but once you go in the place looks so beautiful and spacious! And idk how they keep it smelling so incredibly good throughout the place. I came in not knowing what to expect when I wanted to go from brunette to blonde because I’ve gone to other place where my hair turned out really shitty or not how I wanted it every time. But Ashlyn did such an amazing job giving me lots of heavy highlights because she didn’t want to damage my hair by bleaching it and dying it one whole color. I love my hair so much now! definitely the place to go! :)

Ariselle is an amazing cosmetologist! Shes a diamond in the rough. If your looking for a good hair do ask for her!

I had my eyebrows waxed here. I walked in probably a few minutes before close and they still helped me out. The woman who waxed my eyebrows was friendly and did a great job. I will probably be coming back here again :)

Belinda Gallo is the utmost professional and her expertise in the art of waxing, tanning, and facial services is unsurpassed. I recently had a massage that centered on the areas of concern and followed up with an excluse steam bath. I can not wait to try the bath, massage and steam package. The remark about «fingers touching floor» is ridiculous. I’m 5’10 and the tables are top line. I highly recommend Heaven Scent Day Spa as «the place to go» if you are looking for any beauty treatment.

First time here was an amazing experience! I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and Belinda did an awesome job! She was patient and respectful! Did a pretty awesome job with my eyebrows! Hoghly recomend her I was pleased with my results!

Very welcoming salon! I recommend there stylist Kayleigh Martinez, she is very talented and will listen to what you want. If you are smart and want a great look you will definitely check this salon and day spa out!

I got my wife an appointment here They go out of there way to satisfy you. Never got a dirty look or attitude. Araceli and kayleigh are great. They serve wine coffee and muffins while your getting your hair done. I will say this my wife is so happy with heaven sent Her hair looks amazing she already booked a follow up. One thing that stood out to me was when she told them her mom hasn’t got her hair done in years because she is hesitant to be around people they said they could do it first thing in the morning or a day when no one is there. That’s great customer service. Melinda the owner is doing a great job. Thank you for making my wife so happy.

Okay this is maybe my fifth update. Had a massage scheduled for 9am today. She text me at 730am (see posted picture) to reschedule. She said the tile guys were still there and it was loud. She was worried I wouldn’t enjoy my massage due to the noise (which was present last time I got my massage here.)
Granted, she was apologetic and offered free services due to the inconvenience. But to text someone to reschedule? I thought that was oddly unprofessional. She then also called and left me a voicemail wanting to make sure I got her text. All of this while I was asleep, so I didn’t answer.
After my first semi-​disastrous experience here, I simply told her to cancel my appointment and I wouldn’t be back. She offered a free spa day. I think she was trying to fix the inconvenience. Regardless I told her to please just cancel my appointment.
Around noon today I was unfortunately involved in a car accident. At that time, when I was kind of in shock and creaking out, making sure the other person was okay, doing the stuff you do when involved in an accident, etc she called my cell phone. Twice in less than 5 minutes. I didn’t recognize the number so I didn’t answer it, as I was preoccupied. I also got another phone call from another number I didn’t recognize. I answered because I thought maybe it was the police department calling back since I had three calls in less than 5 minutes. But it was Belinda. I politely said «I’m sorry I cannot talk right now I was just in a car accident.» I hung up. Then I get a phone call from a blocked number. Again, worried it was the PD calling I answered. Wrong, it was her again. She proceeded to somewhat yell at me. I was very shaken due to the accident that just occurred but what I caught from what she said was «hypocrite.» I again said «I was just involved in a car accident and I cannot talk right now.» And hung up. 5 phone calls in less than 5 minutes to be rude and yell at me (for what reason I’m not sure because, as I said, we didn’t finish the conversation) and to have zero empathy or the tiniest amount of tact for anyone just floored me. Her behavior as an adult and a human being is abysmal.
I wanted to call back but thought better of it.
My previous review did say she gave me a very nice massage. however, I will never return to her establishment. EVER.

I feel bad giving a bad review but it took some time to save up $ 75. And it was, no exaggeration the worst massage I’ve ever had. My whole experience was just awful.
1. She was wearing heels and the floor was wood. So every time she moved it was loud.
2. She chewed gum while massaging me… and blew bubbles in her mouth the whole time.
3. The table was so low to the ground that when my arms went over I could put my hands flat against the floor.
4. She was rude, no conversation skills… Didn’t really feel like she was there in mind.
5. I told her specifically where I hurt and she did not spend any extra time on that part. And when I brought it up, she was very rude in her response.
6. She also did not have the proper music. The waves or coyotes or spa music.
The massage itself was just not good. I’ve had MANY massages at many different places so I know a good massage. It felt very rushed, there was no comfort or soothing in her touch. When I would say «ow, that’s too hard» instead of adjusting her touch, she just moved on.
I left far more agitated than I went in. I was not ever able to relax, I did not feel welcome or comfortable. I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends.

I called last minute to book a massage appointment and was delighted when there was an open slot. This boutique salon has a soothing vibe, great atmosphere for relaxation and kind, welcoming staff.
I indulged in a 60 minute massage. The room was dimmed and quiet. Clean environment, easy to melt into the massage table. My masseuse made sure to focus on my problem spots and confirmed that she was applying the right amount of pressure. Could have easily fallen asleep, I was so relaxed.
Highly recommend!

Heaven scent spa is awesome! I came to little hollister with my boyfriend for the holidays and he gave me a gift certificate to this spa. Their brazilian waxes and massages are the best. Belinda is really nice and has a vast knowledge of skincare needs. This place definitely exceeded my expectations and i highly recommend this place when you are in hollister.

I personally have gotten services with two of the Hair dressers there, Noemi & Griselda. They have amazing talent, and are very patient, and listen to the client.
I have gotten cuts, highlights, color, and styling from both, Either one, you can’t go wrong!
