We really like Mark. We went in to start 529 college savings plans for our children. Mark was very friendly and helpful explaining how everything works and looking at OUR needs and what we could afford. Anytime I call they are very helpful to answer my questions and are ALWAYS willing to have me come down to the office. We have since moved away, but keep Mark as our «Edward Jones guy» He has even been willing to come to our new house to sit down and
help us with our financial needs, so it would be easier with having small boys. The kids love receiving birthday cards from the office each year. Mark and his office make personal connections with their clients. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.

Unreal! I’ve been a customer of Mark Vivian for years. I recently was married and made the decision to move my account to Ameritrade due to the fact that my husbands investments are held there. I was charged $ 135.00 to close the account and another $ 40.00 to transfer to my new account.
RIP OFF– Will never again do business with this outfit!
