We had the best experience ever dealing with this company. We spent 3 weeks in Oregon and decided to rent bicycles. The clerk even put a more comfortable seat on it. She was so nice to deal with. I would rent or buy from them again.

Went in to replace a broken spoke and true the front wheel — tried to charge me $ 56. Said that $ 50 was the shop’s standard labor price for a front wheel true… are you kidding me? Maybe its because the shop is near Intel and he tried to peg me as some rich tech scientist that doesn’t know anything about bikes and is willing to pay through the nose for something that shouldn’t cost more than $ 30. The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because after arguing with the rep he gave me a $ 20 discount. If you’re not familiar with bikes, do some research on what a standard price should look like on the work you want done before going in. Hold them to the quote you accept, otherwise, they’ll try and take advantage of you like they probably do to most of the people that live in that area.

This business has deteriorated as a bicycle shop and apparently is spending more attention to its food and beverage angle. Staff seems clueless on actual bike concerns/issues(except for maybe the«mechanic» who wasn’t in when I came in for a minor service issue on a Saturday afternoon), lone employee in the store was clueless to anything bike related, though I don’t blame him personally, he obviously wasn’t hired for this purpose, which is my problem with this place. I’d be happier with a bike forward shop, which this ain’t.

VERY helpful came in with a older 80’s bike and Andy helped me out a lot with getting my then out of commission ride bike back to good working shape. While attempting to replace my tear tube on the bike I managed to snap the rim seal. After bringing it back into Andy he personally replaced it and also tuned up the brakes on my bike. I definitely would recommend coming to this bike shop

I really dig this place. It’s a bike shop/coffee shop/vegetarian café… could it get any better? I had the bean burger sandwich and a cup of quinoa soup and it was fresh and tasty. I think this cute place adds to the Orenco area and I’d like to see it establish itself and stick around.

I’m so happy that this place is in my neighborhood! They are tuned in to quality and fully stocked with healthy convenience food like toddler squeezies, granola bars, homemade cookies, etc. The vegan sandwich menu has lots of options with cute names. Today was my second time in and I had an organic coffee and delicious chili which was seasoned perfectly. Way better than standing in line at New Seasons and braving the crowds just to get real food. You can sit inside or outside. I love supporting my local bike shop even though I don’t need bike parts every day – I could eat like this every day!
